She knows her stuff and helped us diagnose and determine next steps with our low maintenance Subaru cross trek. The interactions were friendly and professional. The work space is clean and organized. They are pretty timely and flexed a bit at the end of the day so we could get there to pick up the rig. After about $4000 of quoted repairs ($2000 for the fan replacement), they also quoted me $500 to replace a dead battery. Five hundred dollars for a car battery that should be $250 maximum. The battery was under warranty with AAA so I said I will get them to replace it for free. The kicker is that when AAA tested the battery it was still working completely fine. Three months later the battery is in good health. I wish I would've read other reviews before taking my vehicle here, but let this be a warning to anyone else looking to use this shop. They are dishonest, will overcharge you for parts, try to sell you on unnecessary services, and charge exorbitant labor fees. Seek anywhere else.
