Ive been getting the oil changed in my car and my work truck here for 4 years now they are always super fast and not that expensive. I think in the last four years I've only had to wait about 20 minutes top. The rest of the time has always be ten minutes. They always send customers coupons in the mail too for a free oil change so its a win- win. Definitely would get my oil changed here read more

I have never been disappointed at Turbo Lube. The customer service is great, they do a great job, they are fast and the price is right. I took my car to Jiffy Lube down the street once and they charged me an arm and a leg. I'll never go anywhere else...Turbo Lube is the best around. This place is great. I have been taking my car here for years to get the oil changed. They are fast, (I've never been there for more than 20 minutes, even when others are there before me) and always do a thorough and excellent job. The price is great and I am always getting coupons in the mail that make the price even better. I HATE Jiffy Lube and don't even get me started about WalMart in Lunenburg. This was my first time at Turbo Lube. It took me about 15 min to get here but it's worth it! They wash your windshield, vacuum your car, top all of the fluids and put air in your tires while your oil change is happening! I was there for about 15 minutes and I'll definitely be coming back! I'm impressed! They also checked the Engine Light codes and told me it's most likely just a spark plug I have to replace. Great service! Thanks again! read more

Avoid this place, they lie! I went there for the first time today, granted they were very nice and checked all fluids and cleaned my car. However I told the gentleman at the front desk I always use a synthetic blend, he told me that's all they use and don't charge extra for it. THIS IS A LIE! They use Mobil Super which is just a premium "conventional" oil. Now I have to take my car somewhere else to get a real blend oil change. Waste of $36.00. read more

Big Problem here- I went for an oil change, and got a lesson in ethics. I had an oil pressure limit switch changed a year before, no problems with it. Took my car into Turbo Lube for a 'special', and I got my car back, I didn't know leaking oil because somehow this pressure switch, which is located right next to the oil filter got cracked. Took the car home, and sure enough, the crack let go, and now I left trails of oil all over my street, I call them, they have the store owner come and look, he tells me it is the limit switch broken, and I believe because I did lay the blame for it at their feet, he tells me he'll go back to the store and see what he can do for me, whild blaming it on a bent motor mount, maybe I did a "hole shot" with it, or someone I lent the car to did- I baby the shit out of this car- I'm pissed that after baking me 3 hours, I drove the car there, and trust me, drove out worse off than when I started, and they still haven't got to "we could have cracked it changing your filter". I'm going somewhere else from now on, and I wouldn't recommend these guys to someone I couldn't stand, this isn't even the whole story, I still have to pay another garage to fix what they broke..... read more

Very disappointing. Appears that this once reputable location has come under less than honest management. I and my family have been going to this location for over 25 years. On my last visit, the individual at the cash register made a big deal about counting my change twice (I had tendered a $100 bill) but he held the change out of sight so that I could not really count with him. I made the mistake of not wanting to embarrass him by counting it myself in front of him (since after all he had counted it out twice and should have caught any errors). My mistake! He handed me $5 less than I was owed which I kept separated from other cash since is behavior raised my suspicions. I called back and told them I was shorted. They said they would send the remaining change in the mail. It never arrived. I won't deal with dishonest people, I will not go there again and suggest others do not until they clean up their act. read more
