I was visiting my sister and wanted to go get our nails done. I went in wanting an ombré nail and that's what I got! Love it! They even stayed past closing and didn't rush me out to to be sure they got it all just right. Will be back when I am in the area again!

I don't think I've ever written a bad review before, but this experience was honestly awful…read more They recently reopened (I assume) and claim to be under new ownership. I was visiting my boyfriend's family in Chaska, and this salon was right down the street, so I decided to get a Gel-X set. I showed them the photo I wanted, and the girl doing my nails was the owner's daughter. She told me the starting price would be $55--keep that in mind. Right from the beginning, she had a really difficult time removing my old nails. She took the foil off, filed multiple times, and even kept grazing my fingers with the drill. Then she started applying the new nails, but the placement was wrong on several of them. She had to remove and redo around four different nails by filing and drilling them off again. The whole time, her mom was talking to her in another language, so I have no idea what was being said, but it was obvious she was struggling. At this point, it had already been an hour and a half, and we hadn't even started painting or shaping the nails yet. I considered asking them to stop, but honestly, removing everything would've taken another 45 minutes, and my fingers were already so sore that I just wanted it to be over. Once she finally started painting, my fingers were incredibly tender. The polish is basically see-through, so you can see my natural nails underneath. The French tips are uneven on both sides, and several of the nails are slightly crooked. By the time she finally finished, I had been sitting in the salon for almost four hours. I was already upset, but I still paid because I'm terrible at standing up for myself. Then, to make it even worse, the owner suddenly changed the price from the original $55 to $60. When I questioned it, she just laughed it off and said she had "already taken $5 off for new clients." That made no sense because I was originally quoted $55 to begin with. It felt dismissive, especially after everything that had happened. I left with sore fingers, poorly done nails, and after spending four hours there, I was beyond frustrated. I would not recommend this salon. Based on my experience, they clearly weren't prepared to do the service, and I didn't feel like they cared about how uncomfortable or disappointed I was.

Oh man ... I don't like leaving a bad review for small salons, especially since I wanted this to be…read moremy new salon since moving to the area in October. But I have to leave this review. The ladies were nice, but this is the worst quality salon work I've ever had and it makes me upset how much money I wasted and that this was the manicure and pedicure I had for my anniversary celebration. I went for gel manicure and gel pedicure on Friday, November 19. My gel manicure is already toast just a week later. Three of my nails are severely chipped and since they didn't do a good job removing my cuticles, the start of the grow out looks awful. Super disappointing. They also do dry cuticle removal, which was the first time I've had that done and I wouldn't do that again. I'm sure they'll say it's better for your cuticles, but it doesn't do the job. Also, the colors I picked out for the manicure both had something wrong with them. The glitter she couldn't get to come out and the burgundy gel color I picked wasn't curing and was wiping off after the top coat and cure. The color I ended up with isn't what I was looking for. But it was too late at that point. As far as the pedicure, there was a small amount of gel polish that needed to be removed. I was fine with paying for the removal. Instead of properly removing all of it, she cut my toe nail down so short to get the remaining gel off that it hurt immediately. Luckily it didn't bleed, but it was so raw that the hot towel at the end of the pedicure was painful and it hurt to wear shoes or socks for the next few days. I have an appointment at my previously nail salon that I have decided I will just have to make worth the half hour drive after moving away. And, unfortunately, this appointment is way sooner than necessary after getting a gel manicure anywhere. I reached out to the salon via Instagram message and the email they provide for contacting on November 20. I didn't get a reply to either message. Update: It is Dec. 21 and I still have not received a reply from this salon. Safe to say I will not go back for a redeeming effort.

I kept telling her I wanted them more slim and she said " ok yes! I know! I will do it at the end" gave her some faith but still ended up looking hideous.. I'm so tempted to cut them off but I leave for vacation. my appt was at 4, she had another appt @4:30, and we didn't finish til about 5 so her 4:30 appt was waiting on her and felt like she was trying to get me done and over with so she can go to her next client.. honestly wanted to add some cute nail art or design..clearly by the vibe they wouldn't have time for me. She then Drilled my skin it started bleeding right away. My fingers are currently stinging.. and I have TWO CUTS on my pinky and ring finger.. she then gave me an attitude when I told her she forgot to put clear coat on two of my nails.. overall the whole experience was terrible I walked out so eff'N annoyed. I honestly didn't even wanted to tip her but still did.. I hate going to nail salons where they act like they don't even wanna do nails in the first place. This was my 3rd time but after this experience I will probably not come back sadly.. I wouldn't waste my time or money again especially if I'm paying $70 for plain nails and terrible service.

This salon is a nail salon in the front half, and hair spa in the back half. They have 4 beds. The technician will start with a scalp and shoulders massage. Then she will start with shampooing and more massaging. My treatment was for 1 hour. Afterwards you come to the front where the technician will comb and dry your hair.
