I am not happy with how my nails looked when they were done. The person who was working on my nails was friendly but rushed through the whole service. I think if she had slowed down a little bit and checked the shape and style she was giving my nails, I would have had a chance to correct it before it was too late. The price was also high for the provided service. Won't go there again. $50-60 read more

The nail tech rushed through my pedicure, I asked her to buff my toe nails shinny, she said they don't do that, I said you are a nail salon, you don't do this? She pretended to make phone call to see how much more she would charge, she determined that $5 extra charge for buffing. If she had just done her job, she would have received a good tip. No tip, she can consider the $5 as her tip. In addition, this place was gross, long hairs on the floor, and smell of sewage. Will not go here again for sure. read more

I took my daughters there today and when it came to check out the price I was quoted when I made the appointment was not what I was being charged. When I asked about it the lady literally got rude with me in front of other clients which I found to be rather unprofessional and quite embarrassing. I usually like this place but after todays treatment I most likely will not be returning. You don't treat customers that way especially in front of young children. I spent $268 with tip to be disrespected which is not right!!! read more

My daughter and I are regular customers of this shop. They're so friendly, accommodating, and really aim to please. They really take pride in the work they do and the service they provide. We were there this weekend and got into a discussion about things happening in the world, specifically simply treating people kindly. My son had gone out to the car to eat some food and didn't have silverware. They stopped what they were doing to get some from the back for him and also offered him a beverage. This is just an example of one of the acts of kindness demonstrated yesterday; there were multiple and I thanked them for being so kind. This world needs more kindness and they're doing a great job in a time when you really never know who you're interacting with or what will trigger someone. Lastly, not only do we get our feet and nails done here, I also get my lashes done here and love them!! There are nail shops on every corner, but I choose to go to this shop because of the quality service sand friendly staff. Great job!! read more

The nail tech who did my nails mutilated my cuticles. I came in for a regular gel manicure and asked her to replicate what I came in with. I also showed her a picture of what I wanted. Nails look absolutely nothing like what I asked for, they're uneven and not even shaped similarly to each other. I will not be going back. Based on my own experience, Turbo Nails in Chaska is a very clean and professionally run nail spa with a friendly and courteous staff, that goes the extra mile to meet the customer's needs and they do it at a reasonable and competitive price. If I could leave less then one star i would. The employees are nice, and do a good job however the facility is very unsanitary. Of course you could not tell by walking in there. The establishment is very well put together. I went for a pedicure and received a leg scrub as well. Everything was well and dandy until I got home and my wrist had some itchy bumps on it. I didn't think much of it till then next day when my body was covered in them. Both arms, sides, under belly, inner thighs, and butt are covered in these itchy bumps. I headed to the doctor to find out that it is Dermatitis. Dermatitis is caused by many reasons such as mold, dust mites, soaps, cleaners, chemicals. My doctor suspects I was infected by contaminated water that got into my hair follicles and caused Folliculitis when I sweat. I was given Steroid cream to help ease the pain and itch. This is by far the worse experience i have had anywhere, and im not one to write reviews. The only reason i am is people need to be warned. read more

My friend and I have been going here for years. (3 at least) Sad to say that my trip there last week will be my last. The service has slowing gotten worse each time I am there. The prices always change and the constantly try to get you to add things even if you do not need them. The owner Julie can be very rude and snobby and if you bring your child there, they do things first and then tell you the price so be careful. I always get someone new when I go for pedicures but my friend always asks for Nikki and has good luck so ask for her if you do choose to go here. I noticed if you go a lot they start doing less and less for you and if i am paying I want to get the same good service every time. My last trip my friend and I had to paint the oil on our toenails on our own when it was time to go plus I asked her if they were dry enough to put socks on and she said yes but sure enough the polish smeared! So after this last time it is time to find a new nail place. This was because new customers came in and they had no use for us after that! read more

In general, my friends and I like Turbo Nail and the staff. They know we are and are friendly. My main complaint is that it in NOT relaxing when they start you mani while in the pedi chair. I pay good money for a relaxing pedicure only to have to shift uncomfortably while someone tries to do your nails. One at a time please and let us enjoy the experience. read more

I got a gel manicure and pedicure here four days ago. My gel manicure is already chipping and it is completely uneven along my nail bed. It is peeling up from the edges. None of the metal tools used on me were wrapped in plastic. I saw that one of the tools was actually dirty with someone else's "nail stuff" on it. I didn't take my eyes off of the tool until the tech sprayed it with alcohol to "clean" it. I will not be back here. read more

This nail salon is under new ownership and Julie and crew are no longer there. The new owner and employees are extremely nice, they remember your name, accommodating and do a very good job. All prices are posted and if you don't ask you can't be upset if the total isn't what you thought. I've never been misled and love their service. I asked where she went and they would not tell me so I started searching. I found her, she is more than awesome and I am so pleased. This Turbo Nails is under new ownership and management. Should have listened to the review I read. I went in for a $25 pedicure. I ended up being charged $45. The extras were NOT explained. I don't mind paying for extra services- but when the explanations are fuzzy it's just not right. Won't be back - too bad was looking for someone local. Bummed.... read more

This nail salon was very average. It cost roughly $35 for a gel fill/polish change. A bit pricey compared to other salons in this area. The final product is nothing to brag about. None of my nails are rounded nicely, rather they are jagged and choppy. The polish began to chip off that night around the jagged edges. They also did not have me wash my hands after they were filed so down so the individual painted over all the shavings from my previous nails. The only thing that this place had going for them was it was quick (hence the average job) and the individual who did my nails was very friendly and talkative. read more

My daughter and I both got the cheap pedicure (not the luxury one) she also got a full set and I got a fill. We had gel polish on toes and fingers and the total was $300. This is ridiculous. I had pedis with gel for 5, a fill, and 3 manis at this same location a month before and the bill was only $350. Plus they did a horrible job and I ended up with a fungis on one toe. read more
