As instructed, I brought him the truck back and six weeks later, I finally got another call. Doug was unwilling to take responsibility for the quality of his work. They actually added a few more problems for me to deal with. Extra thirty miles on my truck than when I dropped it off, flat tire, couple new dents, and several new scratches around the bed. He attempted to blame the weather, his tools not working correctly, and finally opted to storm off as I continued to refer to the poor quality of his work. I have dealt with a lot of people over the years in various blue collar trades, he is by far the worst. Completely unprofessional in dealing with customers, horrible quality, the list goes on. I wouldn't have this guy work on a huffy bicycle. Onto small claims court, Doug will not be keeping my money.
