Thankfully, it was just the battery. I was expecting to spend $150-200 however, when I went back inside, Derek asked me if I wanted a free, top of the line battery. I was shocked and it turns out that I was selected as the winner of a promotion! I got a battery with a value of $275. I cannot thank Derek and Joey enough. I asked to speak to the guy who was on the phone yesterday because he told me that my total would be 1700$ and supposedly he wasn't working and they did nothing to help me out beside say oh well we can just give u your deposit back knowing I drove 3 and a half hours so I had to pay due to the fact that I drove there from so far the transmission does look nice and new Becuase it only has 26k miles but with the 1 year warranty for parts and labor I paid 2,221$ and felt like shit Becuase that's how they made me feel definitely could have better customer service although it wasn't to bad they could of worked with me on the price instead they basically said then don't buy it we will reimburse ur deposit and didn't try to contact the person I talk to when I paid deposit which I felt was one of the guys there to be honest but could be wrong .
