After a lot of back and forth we finally set a date for my two cars. The day before he messages me and says he can only do one. So we set a date for the second car. Then, he doesn't show up to do the first car. I finally email around 3pm and he says he had a family emergency so he couldn't come. We confirm that he is coming for the next appointment and I try to set an appointment for the other car but he ignores my inquiry. The day comes for the second car and guess what? He doesn't show up. I found Kevin through researching on Yelp. Kevin did a great job on the interior of our 2004 Honda Pilot. Since it is 10 years old, 170K miles, and been through 3 kids, I knew the interior would be a challenge. But Kevin spent the entire day getting every inch of the interior. He even claimed our car was in his top 10 'dirtiest' car, not sure if that is badge of honor, haha. BUT, he got the car as clean as one could get it considering the age and level of food/drink/kid filth! He has not done the exterior yet, but showed me some examples of the various cleaners he uses and am confident when we rebook him the exterior will look excellent. Because he spends ALL day on your car, you will spend more than a carwash, but this is a different level of service, and well worth it if you need your car thoroughly cleaned. read more

The good but boring bit - I am very pleased with Kevin's detailing work. It's of a very high standard and represents great value. He also happens to be a nice guy to deal with. As others have said here his attention to detail is painstaking, he takes his work seriously and I appreciate the fact he is very clear about what you can expect and when you can expect it. Kevin's work on my 2006 Audi A4 removed some of the exterior paintwork's dings and scratches - which previously I had not thought removable without spending a lot of money - and his work has made the paintwork cleaner than I've ever seen it. This work went beyond my expectations as I'd always had the car regularly detailed and did not think I would see much improvement. Further to this I was especially pleased with Kevin's work on the interior. I see now that my previous car detailer had not been doing the job on the (leather) interior seats and trim I was paying him to do, as well as Kevin's work on the Audi's windows. It seems you can get windows cleaner than car-wash clean ;-). The real proof in the pudding... I recently purchased a giant wheelbarrow aka 'Barry' in the form of a hunk of junk (in even worse condition than the Millennium Falcon, but perhaps not as fast...) of a 1998 Toyota pick-up with north of 220,000 miles on it. Its exterior was battered but clean, but I could have grown sizable potatoes on the interior seats and in the foot wells. I wanted it cleaned so I could see out of the windows and sit down without getting my clothes dirty but I did not want to throw much money at it and I couldn't be bothered to do it myself. I was initially apprehensive at suggesting Kevin look at it for fear of the price tag he would put on it but he understood immediately what I wanted, scheduled me it and got right on with it. I am blown away by the results. The seats and carpets, once black, are now a light grey and look new! Who knew there was gold under all that? And he got all the rubbish off the windows. I am really pleased. Who knew I could get that excited about someone cleaning my truck? Kevin did not just a great job but an excellent job and, unusually, as I'm one of those people with ridiculously high expectations who is born to perpetual snippiness, I was genuinely thrilled by Kevin's work.
