I've been ordering from ECS Tuning for years. I don't know what these other people's problems are…read morebut ECS has never screwed me on anything. I've spent thousands with them for three VWs and a Mercedes and I have never had a problem. One time, they sent me the wrong brake pads. They sent me a label, I shipped it back, and they even sent me the correct pads before even getting the wrong ones back. Their customer service phone game is top notch! The people I've spoken to always knew what they were talking about. There's actually a review on here about a guy complaining to ECS that the shipping company screwed up. How's that the vendor's fault? Geez, put your big boy pants on and handle it, man! I can honestly say that after all the business I've done with this company, if they were going to give me a bad time, it would have happened at least five times by now. I will always use ECS for my stuff! Thanks for always doing a great job and taking care of me. I am a grateful and loyal customer!

They are lying about having parts in stock i ordered trans mounts to get overnighted guess what…read morenever got them next day basically they give you fedex tracking number which will never be updated cause they dont even have those parts in stock they are just trying to make a sale what a shady company never again dont waste your time with them i am not the only one which happened the same just google same story all over the forums by the way yes i called them and ordered my stuff on a phone they said they had 8 in stock Other guy had same experience
