I've never been given the run around or felt like I was being taken advantage of as a female. A lot of mechanics take advantage of women and try to charge us more thinking we don't know any better but this place doesn't do that. I was taking my car to Vandevere and paying 100.00 for an oil change when Ken's charges me 45.00 for the same service. Also it takes them maybe half an hour versus three hours at the dealer. I politely informed the service advisor that my wife's Rogue doesn't have a REAR DIFFERNTIAL or a TRANSFER CASE. Advisor said I was wrong. I invited her to check the VIN. She checked her computer and came back with, "Oh, I am sorry. You're right." I thought about this all the way home. I called and asked to speak with the service manager. When he called back, I explained. I was left with the impression he wasn't too concerned about why I would never set foot in that dealership ever again.
