They treated me and every other customer the same with integrity, professionalism and compassion. I drove over 2 hours to have them check my tires. I told the gentleman that waited on me that I think I need 4 tires. He said, "let's get it up on the rack and inspect and we can figure out what you need." I appreciate the honesty and lack of presumption. I ended up needing 4 tires and he gave me 2 options, 1 was less than the other but the higher had a rebate. I made my decision and I believe I received great value for the tires I bought. As I was waiting, the general manager was updating my address from Cuyahoga Falls to Toledo on his computer. We had a pleasant conversation and he even looked up the village I live in on Google Earth. He even told me about a border dispute between Ohio and Michigan that he saw on the History channel. Not only do you get good service but you'll probably learn something interesting. In conclusion, I've been going to Leipold for over 35 years. They are fair, trustworthy and will always treat you right!

I went back a day later to have the tires rebalanced since the original work was clearly incorrect. Despite this being their mistake, I waited over an hour, and the front desk was initially unwilling to offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Eventually, I was begrudgingly offered two oil changes. Two days after that visit, my truck is still shaking at highway speeds, meaning the tires are still unbalanced. After giving them a second chance to correct a very basic service, I'm done. I don't trust their work and won't waste more time letting them "try again." I now have to take my truck to another shop and pay out of pocket to fix a problem that never should've happened in the first place. This was sloppy work, poor customer service, and zero accountability. I would not recommend this location if you value your time or your vehicle. Shady operation they either never did the brakes the first encounter or lied to us the second encounter. Once we called them out on this they became very nervous contacted the manager on the phone in back room and refunded our money for the brakes. I will never go back they are running a scam. I am 66 years old and this is the first complaint on any business I have ever posted that's how upset I am.
