The service person Jordan was one of the best communicators. He went over the list of issues and spoke extensively with us by phone about all the parts we would need to repair, in order to make it safe on the road. When we told him we decided to give up on repairing it, he even referred us to the Salvage Company who towed the car. I have always preferred Conrads. They will tell you the whole story on any car issues and let you decide what you can or cannot fix. I appreciate their careful attention to detail. I went back a day later to have the tires rebalanced since the original work was clearly incorrect. Despite this being their mistake, I waited over an hour, and the front desk was initially unwilling to offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Eventually, I was begrudgingly offered two oil changes. Two days after that visit, my truck is still shaking at highway speeds, meaning the tires are still unbalanced. After giving them a second chance to correct a very basic service, I'm done. I don't trust their work and won't waste more time letting them "try again." I now have to take my truck to another shop and pay out of pocket to fix a problem that never should've happened in the first place. This was sloppy work, poor customer service, and zero accountability. I would not recommend this location if you value your time or your vehicle. I will be going to Leipold's for all future needs, and you should too.

Once we called them out on this they became very nervous contacted the manager on the phone in back room and refunded our money for the brakes. I will never go back they are running a scam. I recently purchased a set of Michelin defenders from this store and had them mounted and balanced…read more At that time I am sure I was told that the rotation and balance would be free for the life of the tires but maybe the guy only said rotation and I assumed it would include the balance because only an idiot would rotate tires without balancing them. Last week I went in to get a rotation and balance because there was a little vibration. They told me that only the rotation was free and I would have to pay $15 per tire to balance them..so $60. I was angry and walked out of the shop without discussing it further. In the parking lot I looked up the price at discount tire and found the rotation and balance would cost exactly the same. Yesterday I went there and had the job done. The charge was zero. They asked me to buy my next tires from them. I keep five vehicles on the road and only buy Michelin defenders. I'll be buying the next set from discount tire in Macedonia. I'd say this is a marketing error that could cost them several lost customers. They can keep their $60 worth of servicing.

He must be on meth or something, because when I told him my front tire was leaking and I'd like to get it checked for a nail, he went all around my car with an air pump and started overfilling my tires. Told me he was filling them to 40 psi--without asking, of course--, I asked "why? isn't the limit 35 on my car?" and he said "ohhh, naw, the true limit on your tires is 51. I'm filling em to 40 cause it gets you better mileage." I told him that I filled my tires before this to check for the leak, but because they were all the same PSI, he insisted that my tire wasn't leaking, "otherwise it would have been different than the other ones." A week later, that same tire is 24 psi and the other ones, unsurprisingly, aren't. A guy who can't even be bothered to jack my car up and spin the tire around to find the nail will never get my business again, and hopefully this place will fire him one day, or they won't be seeing me again either.

They were pretty nice and responsive here! Tons of parking, located right on the corner. They even have an online service portal where they take pictures of your rotors, air filters, and recommend other services during your routine maintenance. They are pretty reasonable and I didn't feel like I was being cheated or taken advantage of - their recommendations were reasonable and the staff was kind.
