This office rocks. It's very clean, and they play great music in the rooms! It's such a relaxing place to be in, when you aren't feeling 100. I have to give a huge shout-out to Dr. Kai and Tessa, because they helped make my day so much better. I had to leave work early because I was in so much pain, but I was able to get right in. Tessa was so welcoming and sweet, and it was so refreshing considering I was hurting so much. Usually going in to see a new chiropractor can be a scary at first, but Dr. Kai is awesome. Let me start off by saying, This is an incredible team.. My gf has severe headaches, back and neck pains due to a couple car accidents.. and she's been going thru chiropractors for years and our search recently ended with Dr.Scott and his team.. I waited a bit before posting a review, but my family has been coming here for over a month now and we've had nothing but great experiences every time! Scheduling appointments and coming in for adjustments are super easy and quick. From the kind and efficient receptionists in the front, to the doctors (we've seen Dr. Lily, Dr. Scott, Dr. Dean) the entire staff is amazing here. We each have a different treatment plan - my husband for his specific problems, me being pregnant in my second trimester and my growing 17-month old daughter. We've seen significant changes in our pain in over a short period and I definitely notice a difference in comfort between my two pregnancies since I did not have chiropractic care while pregnant with my daughter. I was experiencing a few problems with my shoulder so I decided to try Turning Point Chiropractor. Wasn't really sure what to expect since I really never had the opportunity to experience this type of medical care. What I really appreciated was that they explained exactly what Chiropractic care was all about. Before your treatment gets started you sit and watch a very informative video that gives you all the facts you need to know about the treatments and pretty much how your body works. I met with Dr. Scott who was awesome. He answered all of my questions and gave me many facts about why I was feeling the pain in my shoulder and what needed to be done to eliminate the pain. I received my alignment and I felt great. Dr. Scott even gave me home work to do to hopefully speed up my healing process. The office is super stylish and chic and everything is so clean. The receptionist are really friendly and knows every patient by name. I definitely felt welcomed and cared for. Plus they accept most insurance coverages with really helps. With my Kaiser plan I have so many visits a year for the price of my copay. What a deal! read more

I've been putting off treating my neck pain for about a year but Doc has worked his magic and reduced the amount of pain that I used to feel on a regular basis. He also educated me with some exercises and stretches I can do to alleviate my pain while I'm out of the office. He is awesome and always listens and asks questions regarding my well being. Dr Wilson and staff here are the best. I'm a runner and had been experiencing knee and ankle swelling that prevented me from running and just began using a cane to assist in walking. My previous three Physical therapist used dry needling and PRP and where never able to correctly diagnose nor alleviate my pain. During pretreatment questioning he asked if any thing was new and I mentioned my knee issues and he was quick to identify the misalignment with the knee-tibia/fibula and also the pelvic region. After adjustment I am now able to run and walk with out assistance. I have been wanting to see a chiropractor for the longest time but never tried to see one. My boyfriend definitely needed to see one for his back so I started to look around and see if there was any locations close to home and they were good. I was surprised they had an appointment for the upcoming Saturday, being that I called on Thursday! They are located near Urbanbowls808 and Boba Cafe. Once you enter the office, you're greeted with a smile from the woman at the front desk. They are very helpful, friendly and informative. I loved that they were understanding, when you book your appointment as a new patient - they send you papers to fill out and ask that you complete it upon arrival. Welp! I'm very forgetful and forgot to fill it up but no worries! They said haha. Anywho, we seen Dr. Scott! We were a little scared in the beginning but he was very informative and really listened to what was going on with our bodies. He educated us on how the process works and how the pain was occurring in our bodies.
