Do not recommend this business and if you go there, review your bill very closely. I was overcharged for a services that was not performed at visit. They apologized and removed incorrect charge from the already-paid invoice but no refund was issued to me and my insurance was billed the incorrect amount. Multiple calls to office did not resolve it and billing number does not return calls. Sad way to do business in the islands. read more

I have worked several warehouse jobs. Anyone who has experienced that, knows how fast paced movement and constant heavy lifting is an unhealthy recipe for straining your back. She called the office and received a lot of good information and made an appointment. I'm the type of person that doesn't like having their bones popped for them, so you can imagine how nervous I was to take my wife's advice and go in for my consultation, but when your body hurts as much as mine did, you can't just get up and run away. We found the Ewa Beach location very fast I really liked how clean and professional the office was. Jessica was at the front desk and she was very helpful and inviting. When it was time to be seen I didn't exactly know what to expect. I was comforted with being introduced to the care with a lot of background and history of chiropractic healing. When I met Dr. Dean, his calm demeanor helped me to relax. After a quick review of my issues and concerns, he pinpointed the source of my pain, and described exactly what he was going to do to fix the problem. It was Dr. Dean's confidence and calm resolute that gave me hope, for the first time in years, that I could get better. That, in itself felt like a weight being lifted. He set up a specific plan to suit my needs and we scheduled the appointments. I could not believe the results after the first visit! The flexibility and mobility restored was incredible! It was incredible how fast the treatment was working. And even though I have years of misalignment to correct, I finally have the excitement of knowing that a better and healthier life is ahead of me. I'm so glad I decided to go to Turning Point Chiropractic! I was always nervous to go to a chiropractor but because of my back, neck and shoulder pain, I decided to go and I don't regret it at all! I only had two sessions so far and I feel soo much better! The pain has already significantly reduced and I can actually fall asleep better. Dr. Davis has been great especially how he always explains what he is doing and is very thorough with my treatment plan. The front desk staff and assistants have also been very friendly. Overall excellent, I have always had lower back pain, neck stiffness, hip and joint issues. I started a regimen with Turning Point and after 2/3 visits, I could feel the difference in mobility, and less aches and pains. Now on a maintenance schedule, and only go when needed. I highly recommend Turning Point Chiropractic in Ewa Beach, Dr. Scott in particular. Dr. Scott was extremely professional and lead me on the path to recovery. After my initial consultation he recommended that my symtoms were more severe than he was able to treat with stretching, ice, or manipulations. He told me to "contact my PCM, ask them to get an X-ray, MRI, and start on Gabapentin for pain relief". I followed Dr Scott's advice to the letter and decribing the symtoms to my PCM, he fully concurred with Dr Scott's recommendation. The MRI showed a synomial cyst (3.5cm large) that was pressing on my L5 to S1 and cutting off my sciatic nerve. I had Interventional Radiology surgery that "burst" the cyst and now I am on the road to recovery. I'm currently 90% pain free and only two days post surgery. If it wasn't for Dr Scott to start this ball rolling, I would still be living in a "shell of the life style" that I used to live. Dr Scott was professional, knowledgeable, and he didn't try to "rake me over the coals" by prolonging treatment that I didn't need. He genuinely cared about my health and quality of life. My sessions at Turning Point Chiropractic in Ewa Beach, with Dr. Moss & Krystal started about a month ago and now I continue to go multiple times a week. I initially looked up 'chiropractor locations closest to me' and that's because I can't drive far since my injury, but this office was favorably appealing due to its cleanliness and ambience. Although it's a very unfortunate circumstance to be injured, I couldn't be more comfortable & pleased than I am while in their care! There's never a wait when I come in for my appointments and scheduling with them to my convenience is so easy going! It's also nice how Krystal's kind and peaceful energy has really set the tone of each of my experiences. And as for Dr. Moss, he's got positive vibes, is knowledgeable and he has good attention to detail. He is witty at deciphering my descriptions of the pain from my injury that I try to communicate best I can. He consistently gives reassuring yet realistic explanations that are simply put & easy to understand. During my visits the chiropractic practices that are specifically needed to be worked on me are priority, thus enabling my body for noticeably progressive healing from each session. I'll say it once, I'll say it again. Credit is given where credit is due. I've been to several other chiropractors on island (not mentioning names) and not a single one comes close to the experience and most I'm important, medical relief I get from this clinic. I suffer from 9/10 pain in my c1-c3 region which causes me agony, to the point that I need to be on high doses of prescription narcotics 24/7 going on eight years now. My only options are fusing those vertebrae with a strap and screwed to the base of my skull or being on high doses narcotics for the rest of my adult life. Let me tell you, I was so close to doing the surgery but the fighter in me sought to give chiropractic adjustment a last and final chance. That's when I found Turning Point's clinic in Ewa Beach. First impression was the warm greeting I got from the girls in the front (Celeste, Taylor and Marcella). They're highly efficient at processing insurance paperwork, scheduling adjustments and easy on the eyes :) The clinic is extremely clean and they play cool music. Now I save the best for last.
