The first time we were ever at this establishment, it was loud, the service was ok and the was nothing to write home about, my granddaughters' mac&cheese had a bread tag in it. The second time we tried this restaurant was in Boynton, Florida on vacation. After again, an "ok" meal, bathrooms had ROACHES. NEVER AGAIN. I hope things improve, for your safety and everyone's health.:((

I have been to 2 other locations, and this one is comparable. Service was excellent and the food is good. There is a great assortment of food for all tastes.

Love Turning Point! We came here for Easter Brunch with 10 people. They don't take reservations but do take call ahead seating. We called when we were on our way and we were seated immediately in the dining room. They dropped off water pitchers and coffee orders right away. The interior is very cozy and is exactly what you would think of when you think "cozy brunch spot". The food was delicious. Everyone ordered something different and everyone was satisfied. My wife and I both had the Avocado Smash Benny and we split the power grain pancakes. I had a French press of their house blend coffee. I forgot to take food pictures because it was so good. One of the best things I can say is their menu is very diverse and they accommodate allergy and dietary restrictions more than any other restaurant we have been too. My niece has a severe egg allergy and they serve Just Egg, which is perfect, and they don't charge an arm and a leg for it. We sat for maybe 20 minutes after the food was gone to finish our coffee. We never felt like we were getting kicked out or rushed by any means. Turning Point is highly recommended!

Turning Point is a restaurant chain that specializes in breakfast, brunch, and lunch. This location can be found in The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley. They are open every day from 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM. I never heard of this place, but a friend mentioned it to me. Once I took a look at the menu, I had to go! They have so many unique choices. I ended up ordering the Wilbur Skillet. It's made with potatoes, crushed bacon, avocado, diced tomatoes, jack cheese, & 2 eggs your way with an English muffin. Yum! My friends ordered the Bacon Lollipops, the Pavo Cubano, Turkey Chili, and the Chicken Pesto Panini. Everything was enjoyable. The Bacon Lollipops are a must try! I've been to Melt before, so I went in with fairly neutral expectations, not expecting anything terrific, but not expecting it to be terrible either. My friend and I started with the calamari fritti. As I went to pick up my first bite, I noticed how light it felt, which made sense once I realized there was barely any calamari beneath all that breading. Next I had a bowl of their homemade pasta e fagioli. There wasn't much in it but it came out hot and had a nice, comforting flavor. For my main, I went with the garlic herb buttered scallops with house-made orzo, Parmigiano, fava beans, and pancetta, listed on the menu as capesante. It was so salty that by the third bite that's all I tasted. My friend went with the chicken Parmesan with house-made buttered pasta, listed on the menu as pizzaiola di pollo. Unfortunately, both the chicken and pasta were rubbery, and the tomato sauce lacked flavor. The entire dish came across as if it had been reheated. Our server was polite, but he never asked how the food was. Not once. My first visit was average, my second visit was awful, and well, there won't be a third. On a positive note, Melt is exceptional for Thanksgiving. I've gone the past three years, and the food and service were both top tier.

Tortilla Chips with House Guac - 9/10 No real complaints here. The chips are amazing. Super crunchy, near flaky. They do them very well. The guac is solid, nothing special, but tasty nonetheless. Would definitely come back for this if I wanted to go get drinks. Birria Loaded Fries - 4/10 Sad excuse for a meal. Soggy fries covered in what seems to be literal canned cheese sauce with a few green onions and white sauce on top. To make it worse, the birria meat itself sucked too. Completely bland and unseasoned. It wasn't chewy so it at least had that going for it, but that's a pretty low bar. Los Cabos Tacos (mahi mahi tacos) - 1/10 Sucked. Badly. Sent these back they were so bad. Felt like I was eating a fried crust with nothing inside of it, like next to no fish. Taste wise equally bad. I saw a few reviews warning about these, should've listened. Don't get these. Chicken fajita plate - 5/10 Average. For $30+, sad. Just some unseasoned grilled chicken with some sautéed vegetables and tortillas. Wouldn't come back here besides for drinks and chips & guac.

This effectively cut the menu in half -Waters were never refilled or offered to be the entire two hours we were here -hot sandwiches were almost all served cold and the egg was overcooked on one of them -Chicken Caesar Wrap was tiny and so was the breakfast burrito. Like tiny tiny -Food and service took a very long time (two hours from sitting down to receiving check) and the place was nearly empty when we sat down and ordered -The wrong menu item was brought out for one of our friends who dined with us -an ordered side of hot sauce came nearly an hour after the initial food was brought out -the large and small drinks were volumetrically the same despite a difference in price -things kept getting burned in the kitchen and the ventilation didn't seem to be working so the whole dining area was smoky Overall it felt like the restaurant was way more focused on aesthetics and instagramability than quality of the actual food. Which is possibly why the majority of the images available on the internet are of the restaurant itself and not the food they serve The pricing wasn't great either. overall not an experience we intend to try again

Some things were good, others were disappointing. I couldn't decide between the breakfast tacos and the G145 egg sandwich, so I got both. This was the first time I ever ordered breakfast tacos so I'm glad they were delicious! They were piled high with chorizo, scrambled eggs, tater tots, cheddar jack cheese, pico, and sour cream. The G145 egg sandwich consists of two eggs, bacon, & American cheese on a brioche bun. The bacon was cooked perfectly and the roll was soft and flavorful. My dad ordered a strip steak and eggs. He said, "it was okay, it's kind of tough". A medium rare steak should never be tough. My mom ordered two eggs, breakfast potatoes, and toast. She enjoyed the eggs and toast, but said the potatoes were awful. I had some with my sandwich and I have to agree with her. They were bland and dry. Overall, I thought the food was pretty good, but the service was substandard. Our server was super unattentive.
