Love love love this place. We got 5 different meals and each one tasted amazing(I took a bite of each one). Drinks were just as good. Portions were large and I thought the prices were good for the amount of food and quality. Server was also great. Definitely going to be in my regular breakfast/lunch rotation. I enjoy Turning Point! It's a nice change from Diners. I like the motif and the area the restaurant is in. When I have company visiting I always take them to Turning Point. I know they will enjoy their meal. The wait looks long , but your seated quickly. The only thing I notice is the service might be slow at time, but more time to catch up on conversation. read more

The atmosphere and aesthetics are nice, but the wait for a table is a consistent issue. The food service can also be quite slow, as well. Not quite ready for opening. The cook staff and wait staff simply needed more training. Our order was incorrect starting with the drinks, every tea comes with a small carafe of simple syrup...except ours, ordered a smoothie as well and it came with the very ingredient I asked to be ommitted, fortunately it wasnt an allergy issue. Everything took way longer than it should have though the staff was courteous during the process. The food was decent, cubano was over grilled and a little burned but otherwise edible. This is a good breakfast place the food is always fresh and it is very clean here. My only complaint is I always wait forever here. I wait at least 45 mins-an hour every time I come here. By that point I'm ready to go somewhere else. If you have the time then I would recommend coming here but you won't be in out and fast. read more

While we have enjoyed this place in the past, the OMG was good, my skillet was not. The eggs where fluffy and light but the potatoes were hard and did not seem fresh. I had to send back the vanilla chi ice tea! Not mixed well and gritty. Servers were wonderful and took care of the tea right away, I was very disappointed. read more

Great menu and tasty meals. The owner might consider taking proper reservations, since it is so popular - and calling ahead can also involve a wait. In have been here many times. In fairness to this business, negative comments about parking aren't a reflection on the restaurant. You may need to walk a few blocks, since this is a small shopping mall. I LOVED TP. I had been wanting to go for years and finally got to go for a friend's brunch. The food was delicious and I loved my egg scramble. I only wish I could have tried more during one meal. Food is great staff is friendly Overall just wildly inefficient processes in place. No bussers which means waiters bus their own tables, after the patrons leave...which causes delay in turnover. Restaurant management 101. Kitchen is ill equipped to deal with the volume. Always a long wait because of this. Slow to turn tables over, slow to bring out the food. If you are the owner and consider this place a success, imagine how successful you could be by implementing some minimum wage 14 year olds who want to work hard and have them bus the tables...they would pay for themselves 10 fold. read more

Horrible customer service. I was seated in the back and forgotten. My food was cold and not very good. I was extremely disappointed. When I said something to the manager I was blown off and was not even given a free drink. What does that cost them, less than $1? I never quite understood why they're always so busy. The food was great! The only negative that I have to say is that for breakfast, it was super expensive. However, we did get specialty coffees which were expensive, and it's in a wealthier shopping center. The wait was a little long but we went on a Sunday, so that's expected. Disclaimer on wait times: I'll give 5 stars based on food, service and atmosphere. HOWEVER be prepared to WAIT a long time if you come here during peak hours. I am not a patient person, so typically I ask my wife or daughter to go, get on the wait list and wait there while I do other shopping. Then they text me when the table is ready. If you can't do that, then bring a book to read while you WAIT. Concerning the food, it is excellent. Very fresh, creative recipes with plentiful portions. Delicious, every time. They serve a certain brand coffee, which is very good. Normally, restaurant coffee is so weak that I need to ask for espresso to be added to it, to bring it up to my standards. Went for a weekday breakfast.. I had some waffles that were very good... My daughters OMG French toast was mushy and not very OMG... Wifes skillet was just OK and sisters omelet was good. This restaurant has so much staff it's ridiculous. They literally trip over one another ( space is tight) However they do not work as a team. We waited about 30 minutes to be seated for breakfast The small area we were sitting in had two waitresses plus several manager types running around. Our waitress never showed up for at least 15 min and no one bothered to offer us coffee or water. The other waitress had no customers but when one did show up after us they were waited on before us. Get it together. People need coffee in the morning. We left. Food is mediocre at best. Eat at home. That's the best and safest option read more
