Simply Delicious does a great job of feeding you healthy food that fills your stomach and dosnt empty your wallet. Had the brisket sandwich (sliced brisket not shredded) with a side salad and it was really good! My father had a giant breakfast bowl and he really enjoyed it. Self service water and silverware, walk-up ordering and payment (which was a little confusing). Our food server was kind and brought us samples of fresh pressed juice! It was a nice healthy lunch with a "mom and pop" vibe!

Driving back from Lambertville, my friends and I searched for a non-touristy restaurant that would have good, home-cooked food at reasonable prices. Well this is it. Our cordial waitress greeted us and explained the operation and menu. It offered everything we were looking for, and more. This place even has special cooked to order take-out meals for advanced ordering. The three of us decided on "Yeah Baby Brisket Sandwiches"-- delicious slow-cooked brisket, spinach, roasted peppers, and fantastic hand cut sharp provolone for that extra kick-- all on a fresh Ciabatta roll. The generous plate was accented with a crisp tossed salad and a monkey cup of balsamic dressing. What a great lunch! We all decided to meet there again soon for breakfast. The menu is terrific. and the service, wonderful. Yeah Baby Brisket Sandwich

The food was delectable. The dessert was delicious. They have good customer service, and personable staff. The atmosphere is quaint, and comfy. Will return to this restaurant again.

Simply Delicious by Tina is the star of the culinary show on this stretch of York Road, Jamison, PA. Plenty of parking alongside the stand alone building, with a long ramp up to the main door, you walk into a small deli/cashier area. There you can scan some of the home cooked meals offered by Proprietress Tina and her crew, as well as a sampling of her tasty baked goods. The dining room is to the left, and bathed in bright sunlight on this Saturday morn. Only one table was occupied by a grandfather/granddaughter team, so I gamboled to the other side near the bar for my seat. Orders are taken at the register, so I returned there after perusing the two sided laminate menu. Lots of healthy choices, and I selected the Hungry Person Breakfast Sandwich (3 eggs, 3 small homemade sausages, American cheese, tomato, greens on toasted thick sliced brioche). It was so large upon delivery to me that I asked that it be cut in half so I would have a chance to pick it up and take a bite without it falling apart in my hands. Well, it sort of fell to pieces under pressure from the kitchen knife anyway, but it still looked great when it came back to me. It still wasn't possible to secure it by hand with all the slippery ingredients, so I went after it with knife and fork. I combined different elements on the tines of my fork and jammed each into my mouth, my jaws as wide open as possible. It was totally worth the effort. The parts were as good as the whole. I took home a square of Tina's Key Lime Strawberry bar for later enjoyment. Just devoured that four hours later. Loved it! From moist graham cracker crust through tart creamy lime/cheese body, and hint of sweet strawberry, it was a pleasure all the way down. Hot coffee chaser to finish my excellent weekend early day repast.

$15 for a breakfast bowl you'd think it would actually be substantial. I got the West Coast Good morning Bowl & without exaggeration got two bites of sausage--there was close to none there. To make it even more disappointing, look at the picture of what they consider "avocado" as part of the bowl: not even a half of an avocado, just two little slivers.

Was looking for breakfast in the area and this place came highly recommended on Yelp, so I thought I would try it. I'm glad I did, because it was, quite frankly, super delicious. Everything was freshly made, served quickly, and was tasty. In addition to my food I got a lavender honey latte, which was also delicious. My dining companion got the regular drip coffee which he enjoyed as well. I would absolutely come back when I'm in the area again.

I've been to Terrain a few times over the past several months. It took a few visits to figure out…read morewhether I liked the restaurant or not. This wasn't because of poor service or bad food, because those are both pretty good. This was really just due to the atmosphere. Don't get me wrong, it's a newer building and well-maintained (and clean). But gives me "Tea Room" vibes from the colors to the plants. With that said, I won't let this affect my review. Our last visit was on Saturday night. It was a strange night because on Sunday, we were set to be hit with snowstorm Fern. You could tell that people were bracing for what would come. To me, it was very reminiscent of just before the lockdowns for COVID-19 in 2020. Anyways, moving on from my memories of that! We sat at the bar, which is always my favorite seat in any restaurant, but we don't do much as normally we have our six-year old son with us. Not tonight! There were two (or maybe three) bartenders. It's a large bar, probably about 20 seats, and at 4:30 pm, they were all open but 2. We started with a few cocktails, an Espresso Martini for my wife and the Torched Orange Negroni for me. The drinks were good...the Negroni was too good and went down too quickly; time to switch to beer I guess. For appetizers, we ordered the Fried Cauliflower: crispy cauliflower tossed in pastrami spice, served with tangy mustard aioli; and the Artisanal Cheese Board: a curated selection of local cheeses, tangy pickles, fresh fruit, sweet preserves, crunchy crostini, and golden honey (and yes, we added the prosciutto for $4 more). The cauliflower was pretty good; it wasn't breaded, which I was happy about, and both the spice and aioli added good flavor and contrast. It wasn't that hot, but I didn't think anything of that (more on this later). The cheeseboard was larger than I expected. Several mixed berries, five different (large pieces) of cheese, the priscuotto, and some crackers. All good. The crackers were probably the highlight and the most disappointing item. They were very good, heavily flavored with rosemary and the perfect crunch and salt. But, they overpowered the delicate cheeses. My wife likes a cracker with some cheese, but in this case, we just ate them separately (still very good). For entrees, my wife ordered the Shrimp and Blue Crab Bucatini: green garlic butter, fresh scallions, and spicy Calabrian chili oil; and I ordered the Terrain Burger: 8 oz. grass-fed beef, Cabot Creamery white cheddar, sweet balsamic onion jam, brioche bun, simply dressed greens, with an egg (cooked to order over easy) and bacon. And since we were facing the snowpocalypse, I ordered the Truffle and Pecorino Fries for an upcharge instead of the normal salad that comes with it (more tea room vibes here?). My wife's plate looked very good, and I'm always happy to see when a pasta dish with seafood isn't ruined with a heavy red sauce. Instead, a light butter sauce complements the light flavors of the seafood. My wife took a bite and said, "Whoa, that's spicy," but the subsequent bites showed that perhaps she had the only Calabrian chili in the first bite, and it was not mixed through. She did mention to me that her food was just lukewarm (cauliflower flashback?). I briefly wrote this off because sometimes she likes her food far too hot (temperature)...but maybe she was right. I was first surprised when mine arrived. I was expecting fries doused with fake truffle oil and some grated pecorino on top. Instead, I saw fries that had a truffle cheese grated on them, not quite melted yet. It honestly tasted good and was a good change. But it wouldn't melt; my wife was correct with the food being lukewarm. My fries were cool, so the cheese never melted, and the burger seemed cool too. Now, that aside, the burger was cooked to a perfect medium and was seasoned well. It was good! All in all, it is a good restaurant. It's a little on the high end price-wise for what you get, but it is a good change. I will return and think about my Tea Room fears as I hopefully enjoy another meal at the bar.

The ambiance feels like stepping into a cozy winter greenhouse with warm string lights, greenery, and rustic wooden decor. It's visually stunning and perfect for a relaxing brunch or a special occasion. I ordered coffee and a mixed dessert board, and everything was beautifully plated and well balanced--not overly sweet, with nice variety. The latte had smooth foam with a delicate finish, and the macarons, cookies, and mini pastries were fresh and delicious. Service was friendly and attentive without feeling rushed. With a full bar of spinners and dining area the waitstaff works together and before long your food is before you. Our plates looked appealing enough and the portions were generous. My eggs and bacon were basic with no surprises and his pancakes looked fluffy and light. While his eggs were perfectly cooked to order, the sausage was undercooked and still pink inside. The full dining room kept the staff busy and unable to check back in time for the issue to be remedied but we did end up swapping it out for bacon after our meal was finished. There is always room for bacon The place is dated and could use some sprucing up, pricing is slightly on the high end for basic breakfast and no specials that include coffee/tea - that coupled with the undercooked meat.
