I called service dept Saturday to see if they'd recommend someone to work on a 2004 Harley. The gentleman stated that's not out of their whelm, but we'd need to leave it for about 4 days at the dealership to get looked at. Husband drove his Harley there Sunday, with I followed in his truck, only to be told they have too many bikes and we should bring it on Friday. Service advisor said he didn't say that (which was a lie), and we could leave it IF we really had to, and he pointed at the 3 bikes by the service desk & stated they are overflow. Damage & first impression was already done. Bloody knuckles told my husband to drop his bike off anytime, and they're 2 weeks out. Guess which business was more inviting and accommodating? Superstition Harley, you can do better! I'd imagine you had 3 over flows, but they'd be moved next business day as bikes get fixed. It seems as if you don't really want the business. read more

Absolutely the worst dealership in the world. Took my bike for service and the service advisor was horrible. Gave me an attitude immediately saying I didn't specify when he order parts that I had to prepay for that I wanted the buttons too. If he knew there were other parts needed it was on him to clarify when ordering. He needs to be demoted to order taker not service advisor. Then lied to me about a switch being bad that I know is not bad. Nothing but a bunch of ripoff artist. I will never step foot back in that dealership again and would advise anyone thinking of going there to find a different dealer. Rob is the worst person I have ever had to deal with in a service situation and if he was my employee would be fired on the spot for the way he spoke to me. Beware you have been warned. I told the guy I don't play the back and forth games, this is what I'll pay out the door, give me a yes or no and don't waste my time (but I said it politely) he respected that and got me a yes. Sales is good, forgot his name though. Service is awesome, very prompt, helpful, good guys. Dewey and Dane (I think) have both helped me, with regular service and an electrical squirrel we had to chase down and finally found. Good guys, definitely recommend the place all around... Wow what I was hoping for was nada! Parts department was awesome last visit! Went to take my brand new bike for initial service this time, was never told my service agreement wasn't accepted here. Found out afterwards Harley Davidson dealers don't accept or honor the service agreements we pay our hard earned pay for!!!! I was there 3 hours no one even approached me. Then to find the dealers don't accept expensive service agreements!!!! So I buy a bike! Move somewhere and find a dealer close by! Arrange the service and find out after they don't accept the service I paid for! Not an ounce of effort went to make my experience good! I brought my bike in here to have multiple issues sorted out after another Harley dealership sold me Cobra Neighbor Haters with a Screaming Eagle power tuner that I had them put on based on their recommendations. Turns out the parts they sold me were not compatible and the bike ended up running like crap, backfiring and blowing air filter oil all over the place. They over oiled the air filter so badly that it was literally dripping oil. Superstition's service department said while they don't like to talk trash about other dealerships, the one I went to had ben known to recommend incompatible parts to clients, and they had to spend a lot of time sorting these issues out. fYI, the creaming Eagle tuner is NOT compatible with Cobra slip-ons because it has limited fuel maps available which are not really compatible with them. So an additional few hundred dollars later (and yes I did go back to the original dealer who said everything was running fine, and maybe I just don't know how to ride a bike lol!) I have a new Power Vision tuner mapping program installed which is compatible with my Cobra Neighbor Hater slip ons and K&N air filter, and the bike is inning fine. Super props to the service personnel and supervisor who patiently listened to me bitch without getting an attitude or being condescending, and sorting out a solution that worked without recommending that I drop another grand installing fresh new parts. Two years ago, SHD performed a simple Oil/filter change. Prior to that, I never had a drop of oil on my garage floor. I alerted them, and gave then a chance to fix. They only wiped the casing and returned bike - no problem found. To get if fixed, had to take to a shop with folks who know what they are doing (B.K). Too bad. Yeah, I went into superstition Harley today in the Service area and worked with Dane or Dave or dork or whatever the hell his name is ask him a simple question about a possible screw that would go onto the end of your heated grips and he wanted me to sign my bike in for a day to look at a hole to see if they had an actual set. Screw to go with it instead of just coming out and looking at it saying yes or nohe wanted me to put my bike in for a day for a set screw so not happy with him at all that I talk to him other service personnel are awesome read more

I came to your store on December 9th with my two little boys and ended up buying a bike that day to surprise my husband with on Christmas. Not only did Reno and team make the buying experience super easy (especially with having my 6 and 4 year old with me) but also volunteering to dress up as Santa and deliver the bike to my house on Christmas morning. Stopped in to this place based on recommendations from FB, and asked if asked if someone could listen to an engine noise on my HD motorcycle and tell me what they thought. The guy was more than accommodating and spent some time listening to the bike and talking things over with me. I ended up buying some oil from them and was on my way. Turned out the noise was the result of a broken heat shield bracket, but I appreciated the time he took to listen and talk with me. I'll keep them in mind next time O need service or repairs on one of my three HD motorcycles. read more

I had 3 employees walk past me numerous time and not even greet me. I have been looking and had narrowed down my options. Totally thought I would see what they had to offer. They sold us a lemon 2022 pan American that has been in the shop more than it's been on the road. Broke down for the 7th time leaving me stranded. Each time I'm told the tech for pan am only works on Friday so it's in the shop for weeks. Ended up buying an extended warranty for $2000. They said the bike was fully serviced but surprise, it didn't register oil on the dip strick and the plugs were Fowled. Don't buy from them and don't take your bike in for service read more

On 13 Mar 2023, I misplaced my keys and fob for 2009 Heritage Softail. The security code inexplicably would not work to start the bike. Around 2:30pm my husband and I came here for help. The gentleman in the parts department was friendly and genuinely tried to help. However the desk jockey in the service department was a completely different story. I have rarely been subjected to such condescending treatment from such an arrogant dick! No help at all! He all but told us that we might as well scrap it as he couldn't even "hack" a bike that old! What a complete jerk! We were also treated rudely a couple of years ago at this same dealership. This location is far behind the Scottsdale one where we originally purchased our bike in customer service. We only came here as our regular shop, Dr. Dave's (formerly Stick Engineering) is closed on Monday. Fortunately, the fob and keys turned up and our regular shop has been able to suss out the code issue. This dealership might be ok to buy a bike or purchase parts, but don't expect any level of respectful after sale service. It is obviously not a priority! read more

My husband took his Harley to them. We had a 9am appointment to have a 10,000 mile service done. Rob from the service department is not customer friendly. It took them till 4:30 to complete our service appt. They did not like the after market parts on the bike, called them safety issues, even though the parts were put on by a Harley certified mechanic. The parts have been on the bike for 4 years and no other Harley Davidson dealership has had any concerns. We will not be going back there. read more

In September I was traveling out of state through AZ when the battery went out on my bike, I called their service dept. and they fit me in and had me back on the road in 2 hours with a detailed motorcycle. Great work! Today I call @ 9:00 am from out of state to schedule some service work as a thank you and to enjoy a ride to AZ. The service writer Sam answers and explains he has the early morning crowd at his station and asks to put me on hold. During my 35 minute hold I ask, wouldn't a reasonably trained individual take my phone # and call me back when they are free to do so? After the 35 minutes (which I used to check my emails) I hung the phone up, now disappointed with their service department. read more

Lost all respect! Don't lie. It's the code of sales. Don't lie. A friend sold his bike to SHD last week a day before I knew he was selling it. He told me the owner bought it and told me what he sold it for: $22,500. A day later, that bike is listed for $28,995. I called and offered $24k..knowing they got to make a profit and theres "dealer prep" which on this immaculate bike was a slight polish and maybe an oil change. My friend is what we would call "obsessed" with care and maintenance. The motorcycle had less thsn 4500 miles on it. Well, Ritchie, the sales boy, informed me that they were "in it for $27k" ...when I called bulls### he then said "it spent some time getting work done" what a stupid way to justify the increase in price...even if it was true (which it wasn't). Special shout out to Mason and Troll for their patience with me taking my time on my decision to buy. The service prices are very reasonable on top of all this. They also don't try to lure you in with "free "whatever" for life like some dealers that will remain nameless. I will be coming here for all my Harley needs from here on forward. I walked in with my family and he took us in and showed us the place and asked what we were looking for. Zero pressure zero shyster dealer attitude. Took the bike home had a small issue. A few days later took it back they took care of it and were so nice about it. I will only buy bikes at the HD dealership in the future cause they know how to treat customers and value your business. I wish I could post zero stars. Service department tightened my handlebars, replaced bushings. Went to pick it up and it won't start...they broke a line somehow, either in service or detail and want to charge me for their mistake. No one will tell the truth, literally everyone you speak to has a conflicting story. I've gone in here three different times looking at new Street Glides and their sales team ignore me....I guess they don't sell bikes to women, just snow birds. Just so you know, I've been riding over 40 years...I've owned rigid frame choppers, panheads, shovelheads etc...I'm not a newby and I know when someone is handing me a load of BS. I giving 2 stars for Dane in service department but 0 for the actual service on my Crossbones, I dropped it off around 11 am and by closing time they still hadn't got it done. I understand being busy with other customers bikes but telling me that the bike is almost done then I walk by the service bay to see that they didn't even install my tire on the bike makes me furious. I'm a former student from motorcycle mechanics institute and if that school was able to teach me to install a bike tire have it balanced and align it in less than 1 hour then I expected a dealership to have higher standards. I brought it to a dealership out of brand loyalty but after this experience I'd rather just invest in the tools necessary to do all the jobs myself. read more

Dan the sales manager conducts himself like a mafiaso. I returned a bike i bought from them off the internet after just a few days, less than a week, i offered to buy a different bike of greater value pointing to the one i wanted. Acting as though he didn't know the value of either he barked at Jason the friendly salesman to "write it up and I will take a look." Then they left me in the hopper for more than 30 min (how long do deal points take?) Then it got worse - when i asked Jason what was taking so long he said "can i see your keys?" As they still had the sales tag on them i assumed he needed the vin or something. After 15 more minutes I went outside and saw they had moved my bike inside without telling me. Wow !!! When i found the salesman he mumbled something about needing check it over and company policy. No sheister policy is what that is. Drag out the sales process, remove the method of egress, delay delay delay - bullshit! Walked right into the shop and started my bike (it was not being looked over and was not even in a mechanic bay). "You can't take that out of here we have to walk it." I stopped and allowed the mechanic to walk the bike out and he thanked me (not his fault). Leadership comes from the top - I don't know if Dan is acting on his own or has a manager who likes his methods but they have a long way to go to earn my business again. I feel sorry for the street level employees who seem good. Guaranteed they have a problem with turnover. Go to Chandler Harley Davidson instead - they can't be worse than these goons. read more

Two hours later I had to hunt them down and get my keys and bike back because they forgot about me completely! Then they just let me walk because they don't care! Went to look at New Harleys for my brothers 50th. Salesman was very knowledgeable on most of the features of each bike. It did take almost 15 minutes to be waited on but he then took me bike to bike and gave a very good overview of each one. I am far from a bike expert so definitely needed help. I co-purchased a brand new 2015 Harley Davidson from Superstition. The CONTRACT and TITLE APPLICATION was done up with the word AND in between my name and the co-owner. This dealership had the title processed with the word OR, not AND. Of course I didn't find out about it until 7 years later, April 2022 when I PAID THE BIKE OFF. The 2nd party on the contract took the title with the word OR back to Superstition Harley Davidson and they bought the bike back. When I found out about this I immediately called them and Eric in Finance acted like, too bad so sad not our problem and said IN FACT WE ALREADY SOLD YOUR BIKE. I did everything right to protect myself on co-signing on this contract, making payments and paying it off because I knew my signature would be needed to sell the bike. However, because of their error I am out the money I paid on this bike. This is illegal on so many levels. The Harley Davidson Contract has AND the Title APPLICATION has AND, but this place will not recognize their mistake. I will not let this go they need to be held accountable for not verifying the title paperwork after THEY HAD IT PROCESSED. IN ADDITION, BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP "KNOW YOUR SCORE". THEY WILL GIVE YOU A HIGH PERCENTAGE RATE THAT IS HIGHER THAN WHAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO GET. ASK TO SEE ALL OFFERS, IF THEY WILL NOT SHOW YOU THE PAGE ON THE COMPUTER SCREEN WALK AWAY. The last motorcycle we bought from them they played this game, that's how they work. I told my husband to walk and sure enough, their finance person came back and made up some BS story that "OH I just got you this offer, by doing this" Such a load of crap. I think I made him come down another percentage before we decided to buy. My issue will be reported to the Attorney Generals Office and has been reported to the Better Business Bureau. Love Harley Davidson but this particular one was a bummer to deal with. I got a pair of Harley gloves as a gift but they weren't the ones I needed so I rode from Phoenix out here to return them. On the receipt it says I can return these gloves to a Harley dealership as long as it was the dealership they came from which it was but the lady running the counter said "we don't do that, we don't take back online orders". I told her what the receipt said and she said her "manager doesn't ever allow it." I hopped back on my bike and rode home. This whole situation is frustrating because Harley Davidson is brand I trust but because of this my trust in the brand is challenged.
