Spoiler; no one called or came by so I'm out the cost of the oil change and paying someone to come power wash this stain off my driveway.

Valvoline is always open on Sundays. I'm so grateful. Their goal is to do 15 minutes a car. Based on my experience I saw some cars less than 15 minutes. And some Cars over 15 minutes. I was less than 15 :) Whether if it's less than 15 or not it doesn't matter to me what matters is they have good customer service and we get to wait in our car while our car is being serviced. I'm back today because I didn't think I need wiper blades. And it's raining like crazy today. Again I'm in my car and they're putting on my new wiper blades. Thanks Valvoline Team!!

Around 12:30pm, I called back and was told that the technician had gone home sick at noon. My car was not looked at in the 4 hours except to complete an inspection, that I had asked for. I was told someone might be able to work on my car if I left it, but that they were fully booked for the next two days. I retrieved my car and took it elsewhere.

Of course, there's a charge for that "service." Instead, we asked for specific repairs and they charged for "taking a look" to confirm in addition to cost of repair. They also said they had to run codes, charged to run codes, then quoted a repair that had already been done. The communication from the "front office" to techs is ineffective resulting in wasted time and unnecessary repairs being made and quoted. If your car problem is not cookie cutter, they are not equipped or able to diagnose. Their service is mostly consuming time and charging for it.
