Emma, our AGM is a disarming warm professional who resembles a mother figure; she greets me in the mornings everyday as I work out in our beautifully renovated gym filled with muscle aching equipment designed to help you achieve those fitness goals. She always wears a smile on her face, with a can-do attitude and a pleasant disposition to any concerns, questions or comments I may have--which are rare if at all. We have a wonderful new manager Priscilla who has made her onboarding experience with us, the residents a personable one; establishing morning breakfasts for us, fully catered to meet the residents and greet us with her own unique flare and professionalism. And we do get fed very well, as well as other delectable treats--again fully catered for us all. I love being fed, don't you? I do! Especially for free and when it's tasty and as often as it's been--Ovation certainly knows how to treat their residents. Our on-site maintenance professionals are just that! Courteous , pleasant, helpful and respectful when entering into our homes; love them when I need a new air filter or light put in! We have a beautiful backdrop of Red Rock which delivers unparalleled sunsets with breath taking silhouettes of the desert. A neighborhood park just next door, which is in a ravine, secluded and private, quiet, and filled with grass that stretches a good three miles--excellent for your run with your dog. My apartment is fully renovated with its own fireplace, vaulted ceilings that are easily 14ft high, and beautiful bay windows which accent my living space in a Friscan kind of way--for you Bay lovers. My kitchen is extremely spacious, with its own breakfast nook and bar for high top seating. I have beautiful subway title for my backsplash and gray cabinetry with Silver modern finishes to compliment my quartz countertops. And of course recessed lighting, which is amazing! Did I mention I have a garage attached to my apartment? I didn't?! Well, i do! Our pool comes fully furnished with towels, new seat cushions that are clean and mildew free--encased architecturally in a beautiful coliseum foreground when facing it from our fabulous jacuzzi. We also have wildlife which I absolutely adore, it adds to the whimsical feelings our property layout offers. From our neighboring rabbits to family's of quail who run by In little zig zags with a family trailing by--pure magic. I have truly found a diamond in a city filled with cubic zirconiums! I'm new to the area from California and was super excited to be part of the Tuscany community. Once office management changed that's when things went downhill. Initially I emailed 6/3/23 inquiring about re-enabling the echeck option. I didn't receive a response until 6/5/23 at which point my rent was considered late. When I provided the cashiers check for June's rent; later that day I received a 3 day notice for not including the late fee. Moving on to July 2023, I discovered a large insect that appeared to be a roach in my bathroom. I emailed management early am 7/19 and was told pest control wouldn't come until Friday 7/21. Permission to enter my unit was also granted. Friday comes, I receive a call from the office with a voicemail stating pest control was on site. I called back 2 mins later and received no answer. After an hour of calling with no response I walked to the office. The office manager advises pest control had already left for the day and I'd have to wait until Monday for pest control, which would be 5 days with a unknown pest in my home not to mention I have 2 small children. I called emergency maintenance that Friday evening expressing the pest was still in my bathroom and was told it was outside of the maintenance scope and could hire my own pest control if I couldn't wait. Pest control (costs $125) I sourced came early that Saturday. I sent an email to the maintenance supervisor including a picture of the large roach now dead! When it came time to pay August rent I initially deducted costs for the pest control service I paid for. I was told by the manager that she did not agree to that and I needed to pay the rent in full. If I live in an apartment home why should I need to pay for my own pest control services? I was also told by the manager it was just a water bug and wasn't infested. She told me I could've grabbed it with a piece of tissue. Kindly note: the office manager didn't know what type of pest issue I had until I provided the picture of the dead roach. Next, I noticed a leak coming from my garage ceiling which I assumed was coming from my bathroom. I've put in 3 work order requests to repair the leak and stop patching it up. I'm always met with well the leak is dry. That's because it's over 100° in the garage! The last work order request submitted, the maintenance personnel expressed when I ran the water the ceiling was in fact wet and he'd send a plumber. He was advised to seal the shower drain with silicone which was previously done. Might I mention the leak existed prior to my moving into the unit. I can smell mold in my bathroom. Besides the manager, the other office staff is great. Thank you for your rapid response. It would be appreciated if someone contacts me directly. As the late fee and pest control fees paid out of pocket have not yet been credited to my rental account. read more

Me and my boyfriend moved in exactly ONE month and 5 days ago and already.. our toilet overflowed our entire bathroom bc it didn't work properly. Our closet shelf collapsed. The door of our shower barely hanging on and the water in both bathtubs barely drained and our ice machine broken and the smoke alarms go off anytime you cook literally anything and the air filter looked like it had never been replaced. We thought we were moving into luxury apartments in the heart of summerlin but instead we moved into a rundown complex. AND ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS OUR PACKAGES WERE STOLEN OFF OF OUR PORCH AND PATRICIA at the front said there's nothing to be done zero sympathy. So sad we have 11 more months of living here. We lived in Tuscany Apartments from January 2020 to September 2020 as we relocated to Nevada from California. From tour to the application process, move-in to repairs to move out, we had a phenomenal experience working with the management team. We visited several apartment complexes within the 89117 and 89145 zip codes as we wanted to be close to family in The Lakes and Summerlin. This was the last complex on a list of about 20 that we ultimately chose. When we walked into the management office and saw the apartment, we knew it would be "home." We applied, signed our lease, and left with keys on the same day. Elizabeth and Yvonne were always responsive to our needs and requests. We did not have any negative experiences when asking for help or information. Some of the work they did while in the apartment included fixing the vinyl flooring, changing air filters, replacing the garage door opener, and fixing a hole in the garage ceiling. Coming from California - for the amenities and location, we found the price fair and reasonable. What we loved about our 1-bedroom upstairs with an attached 1-car garage: - Stairs are inside and carpeted. If you have ever had outside stairs living in an apartment, this is a game-changer. - Did I mention the attached garage? Spacious enough for an SUV, we had a 2019 Toyota Rav4 and still had plenty of storage space for a small fridge, a metal storage rack, and two bicycles. - The small deck and view of the mountains. On nice days, our puppies enjoyed the warm sun out there. There's also additional storage space with a locked door on the deck, and most decks in the complex have it. - The dog park inside the complex was very convenient to let the dogs do their business and easy for cleanup. We also liked being next door to Cottonwood Canyon to go for long walks and biking with the pups. - The stainless steel appliances - gas stove, gas dryer, and large washer. - Layout of the apartment loved the separation of the bedroom and living room. High ceilings made it feel more spacious. 1 bathroom but came with two sinks, and separation from bath area and water closet, if you know what I mean. This is great for when you have guests. Loved the blend of carpet and vinyl flooring: cordless blinds and all the natural light. - The complex is conveniently located near grocery stores and amenities - Smith's, Albertson's, Costco, Red Rock Casino, BestBuy, Freed's Bakery, and Downtown Summerlin, to name a few. This is an update after living here for two years. We rent a two bedroom with a den, advertised as a three bedroom. Although the apartment and community is very pretty, I do feel they overcharge you on rent increases. To pay almost 2300 for what we have during this whole pandemic time where they're advertising much lower rates makes me very unhappy! We have asked several times for a rent reduction and have not been given one. This is literally the worst place I have ever lived, and we've only been here a week. When we moved in, our apartment was not cleaned between the last tenants and us. Animal hair and THUMBTACKS all over the carpet in my baby's room. Food crusted on the baseboards. Vinyl floors so dirty they turn our feet black. My bedroom carpet smells like pee. Orange spray paint on the bathroom floor, broken towel racks, broken shelves, broken light fixtures. Our hot water heater did not work and had to be replaced the day we moved in. The people who live above us (about 6 people in one apartment) are so loud they shake our apartment and keep my baby awake. There has been an old man needlessly leaf blowing the front porches of my apartment for the last 20 minutes, knocking over our bikes and blasting dirt and pigeon poop all over our stroller. my mailbox key doesn't work. I cannot stand this place and we pay over $1800 a month plus utilities. Do not move here! read more

They made a mistake by my apartment number from the they I rent it, I had to stay in hotel for 2 weeks cause they said it's gonna be renovated and they just figured after I signed everything. Yes the appearance is nice but just the appearance.after living for 5 months I really get tired of an issue not being solved, it's been two months I'm asking them to repair the heater nothing changed, it's very disappointing and unfair. The maintenance is terrible. I wish I had time to look for another place and never be here. I've been living here for six months and I have avoided posting a review. But it must be done. The apartment, newly renovated is gorgeous and worth every dime. The staff is friendly and attentive. That's 5 stars. The amenities are awful. The pool is constantly being repaired and isn't kept clean when it's working. The jacuzzi is old and none of the jets work properly. The deck chairs are old and mostly uncomfortable with torn, weather-bleached cushions. The gas grills are barely usable. If you never leave your apartment, or amenities aren't important to you, then you'll be fine. Otherwise, this property wouldn't get one star from me. read more

Really tried to give this place a chance.. been living here for a little over a month now. When we moved in there were SO many things wrong with the apartment. Toilet flapper broken, closet shelves falling off, shower door popping out, air filters had not been changed since old tenant moved out, ice machine non functional, both bathtubs drains clogged & had long hairs pulled out from them, smoke detectors going off after you cook 1 piece of bacon with the door open and fan on high. The icing on the cake was this morning at 4:47am a braided blonde woman stole our Amazon package. We have the entire thing recorded on our Ring. After notifying the front desk workers about this they explained there was nothing they could do. No cameras? No system of residents to try and recognize this person? You do not care that there are literally thieves in your community? Told me to call the police and that there's nothing they can do. They do not care about you or your safety. read more

Please could you improve on your Landscaping Contract! They are a disgrace and a contradiction to your advertisement 'Professional Landscaping' The garden area in front of the ground floor model apartment has dead flowers that have never been watered. The roses are dying around the pool area and have never been trimmed. This is detrimental to future tenants. It was not like this when we took residence 4 months ago. I lived at Tuscany since 2018. When we moved here it was welcome hands. Yes, the local is amazing. With great restaurants, stores, bowling, movie theaters and casino only a mile away. Since there's only four Costcos in Vegas. It's only 1/2 mile away. The scenery of Red Rock mountains in your backyard. There's a hiking trail next to the apartments that worth exploring. Then six months passed and the honeymoon was over. You call in for any problems and nothing got done. Then just a year ago the management team changed. That's where things started to happen. My front porch light under my door hasn't work over three years and new staff took under a hour to fix. The new management been conducted themselves with the up most respect and professionalism that you could expect from any management team. Their dedication to customer service and commitment to making us feel at home has set the bar so high that it has been a no brainer for us to keep renewing our lease every year. read more

Worst severs ever! Dishwasher broken takes a whole week to get some one to check about it! Need Hand wash for 6 people's dishes every meal! They just saying nothing can do about it! Tuscany Apartments provided an affordable, beautifully landscaped property that's very close to shopping that we couldn't ask for a more perfect setting. The kitchen has stainless appliances and all in great condition. Besides conveniently located mailboxes they also have Amazon lockers for your packages. You'll love the great accommodations but especially the management team of Yvonne and Kasi. They took care of all of our needs and as their maintenance team was quick with repairs. I've lived here for about three months and I absolutely love it. Office staff is awesome. All the residents are very friendly. The canyon next to us is very convenient to take your bog out for a walk, go hiking or running. The mansions next to the canyon are an amazing view. I've lived in a couple of other apartment communities and by far this is the quietest I've ever seen. I love the location as well, you have Red Rock Casino across the street, Costco, Lowe's, all the food courts, a lot of restaurants, mind you behind the Red Rock Casino is the downtown Summerlin mall. Next street down on Fort Apache you have Ross, Target, Cheesecake Factory, more restaurants and bars. Next street over to the right on Sahara you have TJ Max, Burlington, Sprouts Farmers Market. In and Out, Cane's etc. I'm very happy here and absolutely recommend it. read more

I live there since Spring of 2020. Moving during a pandemic is tough but it worked out and I was there. The apartment is so spacious I love it. The place I will never move from even though I live part time overseas. They changed office stuff a lot , but I think the current staff there are Very responsive and helpful. My only complaint is they seem very cold sometimes in person when you go to the office. Makes me try to avoid it. But They get the job done And the place is worth living read more

I've lived here 3 months and have decided to move. WHen i moved in for some reason the apartment had been vaccummed but not cleaned! There was dust everywhere and the bathrooms needed to be cleaned. I cleaned up and had to buy a plunger for the guest bathroom since from day one it kept backing up. The size of the 3 bedroom apartment can't be beat, but during those 3 months I've had problems with the toilets (on going issue), dishwasher, and washing machine. Even with all these problems, I did love the location and layout but now they have implemented a mandatory $50 a month for water, sewage trash. To me thats just a way of raising the rent without having to justify a new lease. Be aware that they have a MANDATORY 60 day notice policy. If you don't give them 60 days you will be charged UNLESS they want you out because they found someone else to rent your apartment. They pulled this with me. Get it in writing! You as the tenant are responsible to them for that time since its in your lease. As I get ready to move I'm faced with a HUGE water bill. $245 for 3 months. My work has me out of town 2 - 3 weeks a month! So in 3 months I was physically in this apartment only 1 -2 weeks a month! Its because they didn't fix the toilet until my neighbor complained about the water coming thru his ceiling that my bill is so high! Even after this I could hear the toilet running constantly. They tried a few cheap fixes before finally replacing the toilet ( took an additional 3 weeks of complaining after they came in to fix the leak) I'm fighting them on this charge. They really don't like to fix things either. My dishwasher is broken. In order for it to work you need to pour water into it before you start washing your dishes. Since I go out of town so much 2 or 3 weeks can pass before i use it again. When that much time passes I once more have to pour water into it to get it to work. My first week here I wrote them an email telling them the apartment was dirty, and in MAJOR disrepair. Broken dishwasher, broken washing machine, broken toilet, broken window and broken shelf in one of the bedrooms. As I move out and they get ready to move someone else in, the only repairs they have made is to replace the toilet and they replaced the washing machine. All other problems have not been addressed. I found out last week from some of the neighbors that the people that lived in the apartment before me, also left after only 3 months. It makes me wonder if they had the same problems I'm having. This location is great . from the outside this place looks awesome, and having a 2 car garage attached garage is wonderful, but all that glitters is not gold! For the price you are better off anywhere else. Management is real nice until you point out that nothing is being fixed and their policies are somewhat suspect. Then they turn nasty, real nasty. Be prepared. The staff is older so you don't want to yell at some 70 year old woman but I had to really restrain myself from telling one of the agents, Ada Mae exactly what I thought about her! read more

I have lived her since 12/29/14. I leased this apt for a 12 month lease. I have a two bedroom 2 bath and I am so cozying little apt my utility bills are not huge. I have had several issues to call Mai tenancy and each time they responded the very same day and we set up and appt for the next day. Problem Solved. I have had an issue on mypatio with bird dropping they've been awful. Management has frequently called an exterminator and o notice a significant drop finally. I am moving to Denver in January but if I ever wonder back toward Vegas, I would have no problem renting from Them again oh, word to the wise,,,,get a plunger. I pride you you will need it. I love living here. Not only is this neighborhood beautiful and quiet, but it has access to Cottonwood Canyon. I moved to Summerlin after 10 years in Green Valley and this is by far my favorite spot after six other places in Vegas. The staff is very nice and professional- always responsive and they've handled my issues with ease. Maintenance is very quick to respond and follow up is consistent. In particular Yvonne and Joanna- I work with them most often and they are great- super helpful and always friendly. I have one of the loft units and wow! Spacious and pretty. They're currently remodeling and I saw one of the upgraded units today- beautiful. The price is competitive for what you get, and for the zip code. I've really enjoyed the complex too- serene and spacious and I very rarely hear anyone else. People are friendly and respectful. read more

I've been living here for two months, and couldn't really ask for a better place. Our apartment is more than enough for us, was totally clean on moving in, and without infestation of any sort. Abundant parking spaces. Very quiet complex, but not dead. But the real draw are the office staff, who have made my life much easier with their helpfulness, humor, vivacity, and - I'll just say it - ravishing beauty. Even the maintenance crew are good, down to earth people. Great little lounge with cable TV and iPads. Good gym and sauna. The pool & spa area is always clean and well-lit. Yvonne assisted my husband and I during the holidays. She was incredibly professional and thorough. She really took the time to understand our needs and housing goals, which includes us needing a temporary rental while we make a purchase on a new build. What really impressed us was her willingness to look at her sister properties to find a price point we'd be comfortable with in the short term. Now, the Tuscany apartments are great - spacious and modernized and the grounds were clean and quiet. Also, the location is great too! We just went with another property based on cost. I'm not sure if the manager has had this kind of training on professionalism to military wives, but she was completely disrespectful and had no idea how BAH works. She was constant "I can't, I can't" when she actually could, just did not want to help. I explained that my husband was within the navy and I reside here in Las Vegas, she said "I can not help you, at all, unless he is living with you". I explained HE WAS and she still continued saying "I can not rent to you", you can not rent to guaranteed housing? You actually could, you just did not want to do the necessary paperwork that was needed to do so because you were very lazy. She was also completely disrespectful to my In Laws and takes to them with complete attitude, she continued with her attitude with them, but would not talk to me in the same manner. It made my In Laws feel objectified, you won't scream with attitude to the white wife, but you will to the colored in laws? Disrespectful. Do not only was the manager racist, but she wasn't a fan of military members either. The man who helped us was amazing though! He looked completely baffled by the way the manager spoke to us! I didn't live in "Tuscany", I'm writing this review only for "Yvonne Wirner" whom I got the honor & pleasure to meet during my search for an apartment in Las Vegas. I used to live in San Francisco; I rented an apartment in LV, but I had to break the contract due to some bad reviews I found about the complex I was renting in. I went back to LV to find another place, having only two weeks left to find a place, pack & move out, as I was already gave the notice to my landlord in SF. I visited more than 50 compounds in LV & Henderson while was looking for a place, I definitely met a so nice & very helpful people, but only few of those you met in your life leaves you completely speechless & have no word to say, one of them is "Yvonne Wirner" My wife has a lunge & heart conditions, & was looking for an apartment with a very specific conditions, not only this, I had only two days left in LV, where I have to find a place before coming back to SF for an urgent work, "Yvonne" wasn't only very friendly & welcoming & didn't only look for an apartment for me in her compound, & which is what she was only required to do, she: - Based on my requests, she looked up all available apartments in all the compounds under "Ovation", Tuscany's mother Property Management Company. (Do you know how much patience & time did it take her to do that?!) - She printed all of results to me - When I went to them, I found that she already sent them emails, telling them about my conditions, what exactly I'm looking for. - She kept sending me updates to my email about available vacancies in her and other sister compounds. We really meet a lot of nice people during our lives, but only those who don't know you, don't have anything to expect back from you, and might not even see you again, but they just DO ALL THEIR VERY BEST just to help you, not waiting or expecting anything in return, are those who leaves you speechless & don't know what should you say!!!
