    2026 Kia Carnival EX V6!

I made the long trek to Tustin from Ventura County and it was well worth it! From my first contact with Joanne on the phone, it was fabulous. She was matter of fact, friendly etc. Then the sales mgr Johnny Madrigal-was great on phone as well and Today I bought the car. Ayden was extremely helpful showing all the high tech features to the Carnival. Washington the finance guy was so thorough explaining great options to protect my vehicle. This dealership experience was top notch! Make the drive from wherever you are! Thank you again Tustin Kia for working with me and helping me get my dream car!

I had a great experience at Tustin Kia purchasing my new car! My sales rep Danny did a great job of finding the car I desired at the price I hoped for! The entire process was simple. We prepared a little bit before my arrival to make the process as quick and easy as possible. I didn't have much of a wait, but my little wait was relaxing in their big beautiful waiting room with water, coffee, and snacks available! Danny walked me through how to work with my new car and gave me some great tips on set up. Danny truly made the experience easy and satisfying start to finish! I love my new car. I would recommend Tustin Kia!

    2026 Kia Sportage

After looking at several dealerships i came to Tustin Kia. At a couple of the other dealers, they had 9K dealer markup on the Sportage. Not the case at Tustin Kia. It was the best car buying experience i have ever experienced. No pressure to buy extras Shout to Damian for his excellent service as well as the other staff i met here. It was well worth the drive.

Revised lease payment . After calling out salesman and showing him their website pricing of the vehicle

I had been looking for a car for a few weeks and decided I wanted to buy a 2026 Kia EV9, so I looked online at different Kia dealerships to see where I could find the best deal. I found a few that offered a similar price Kia of Irvine, Kia of Tustin and Cerritos. I live closer to Tustin so I decided to go there. Nowadays if you go online many dealerships have the exact price details and breakdown online, I assumed it was to add transparency. I get to Kia of Tustin and had to sign in at the kiosk which was weird, usually sales people approach you before you make it to the front door. My salesperson was Keyvan Riazati, I told him I just wanted to test drive the EV9 so we do. During the entire test drive he was on his phone, he wasn't listening to me ask him questions so I had to repeat myself and he seemed to overall be disinterested in his job and didn't know anything really about the car. At this point I should have asked for another salesperson but since it really didn't matter who sold me the car because I already knew the price from the website. Anyway we go upstairs to start the paperwork. I have a very high credit score so I knew there would be no issues with that. I leased the car as I would recommend most people do with an electric vehicle. He brought back the payment summary and it was nearly double of what it should be! $1,167 instead of around $700 based on $0 down and their numbers were based on 10,000 miles a year. The $700/month online is based on 12,000 miles a year and it was still substantially lower. I'm very good at crunching numbers so I did some mathband reviewed the summary. The dealer suddenly changed the Residual to me $7,000 less than it was online for the same exact car. This is a very shady tactic that you all should be aware of. The residual is the estimated value of the car at the end of the lease term, this matters because the lease payments are based on the current value minus the residual. So a lower residual means a larger lease payment. I noticed this immediately and questioned Keyvan about it and he knew I knew what he was trying to do. Very shady and disrespectful behavior. They talk about buying a car and being part of the Tustin Kia family but at least Keyvan wasn't very forth coming. I showed him on their website the car and what it showed the residual as and also the dealer discount listed and he goes to "talk to the manager". He comes back and wow the price suddenly drops down to the $700 it should have always been! I asked him what happened and why the price was so different and he literally had no response. The sales manager was Donald Smalley, I'm not sure which one of the two is doing things like this but it is very wrong to clearly list the price breakdown on your website and have such a massive difference like this. Once confronted with this they ended up changing it to what it showed on their website. Was this a gross negligence or intentional scam, I would say it was 100% intentional. These people do this every day, they definitely know the prices, residual values and rebates. Please be aware of this classic car sales scam, do your research know the residual value. It is easy to find online at many dealer websites. Then after this whole ordeal Keyvan fills out his own customer survey, yes he reviewed himself! I didn't realize this until I was going to the documents, super wrong of him because I definitely would have left him a true honest review like I am doing now. To add on top of this all I waited 2.5 hrs upstairs for a finance manager, Keyvan never came back to check on us probably because he already filled out my customer survey for himself. The finance manager was actually very cool and helpful, but Keyvan should be reprimanded for his behavior unless that's just how things are done at Tustin Kia. See attached photos

Working with Juan Salgado and Benjamin Fernandez. The vehicle was advertised for $14,999, and I made a $10,000 down payment toward the purchase. One of the primary reasons I felt comfortable proceeding with the transaction was the dealership's representation that I would have a 48-hour period to review the transaction and return the vehicle if I disagreed with any aspect of the purchase or was dissatisfied for any reason. Relying upon those representations, I completed the purchase believing I would have a meaningful opportunity to review all transaction documents and associated charges. However, I was not provided copies of my paperwork until after the 48-hour period had expired. Upon finally receiving and reviewing the documents, I discovered that the total cost of the transaction had been significantly increased by additional products and charges, including $1,936 for a Tire and Wheel Protection Plan and $3,399 for a theft deterrent product (Starguard), which i was originally quoted $20 per day. These charges materially increased the overall cost of the vehicle and were not expressed to me at the time I entered into the transaction. My current balance on the car is $12.360.55, after putting $10,000 down on a 14,999 car. OC Motors is a total rip off! Had I been provided the complete paperwork immediately following the sale, I would have been able to review the documents during the promised review period and make an informed decision regarding the transactions. But apparently thats how this company operates. After discovering these charges, I made numerous attempts to contact the dealership to discuss my concerns and obtain clarification. Unfortunately, my efforts were unsuccessful. I was repeatedly transferred between offices, informed that I was contacting the wrong department, and, on multiple occasions, my calls were disconnected. I also sent emails seeking assistance and clarification but did not receive any response. I further learned that the vehicle had a prior damage history reflected in the vehicle history report. While vehicle history information may have been available, consumers should be provided with complete transparency regarding both the condition of the vehicle and all financial terms associated with the purchase. I'm documenting this to caution other consumers to exercise diligence when purchasing a vehicle. Prospective buyers should carefully review every document, verify every charge, ask questions regarding all add-on products, and ensure they receive copies of all signed paperwork BEFORE leaving the dealership. I wouldn't recommend them at all but if you do purchase a car from this dealership, read everything, even the small print, they are very crafty- they try to "legally" scam people. In my opinion, the manner in which this transaction was handled lacked the transparency and customer service that consumers should reasonably expect when making a significant financial purchase. No matter how good these cars look or the prices, do not trust this company I hope that by sharing my experience, other consumers will be better informed and able to avoid similar frustrations. *They will reap what they sow* Blessings to all

This is my honest firsthand experience buying a vehicle here so other people can be aware. We found a car that seemed like a great deal and test drove it. The salesperson was sweet and welcoming, but by the time we closed the deal we felt misguided and left out of the loop on important details, both about the car and the finances. There were numbers we went over and were told, and when we reviewed everything later it just didn't add up based on the conversations we had. We were there for so long, felt rushed into the decision, and walked away feeling completely blindsided. The car was a Mazda CX 90 plug in hybrid, and the plug in feature was miserable. The EV range only gets 26 miles fully charged, and if it's not fully charged you barely get 21 to 22 miles. On top of that it needs premium gas, and if you use regular 87 you get engine knocking. So why would I ever run anything but premium on a car I just bought, and none of that was communicated to us. We found it buried in the manual. The car looked pretty and we loved it at first, but the focus never felt like it was on the actual details, price point, or real value. We tried to like it for about a month and a half to 2 months and finally decided we had to get rid of it. When we went to another dealership we found out we were almost 11,000 dollars in negative equity on a brand new car, which was a huge shock and showed us how much we got bamboozled. I'll give credit on one thing, the service team helped us get a new windshield since it had chips and cracks before we drove off the lot, and they covered it, which was honestly the only positive from all this. Otherwise the Apple CarPlay wasn't working, the plug in wasn't working, just headache after headache. The finance side made everything feel rushed too. It was very much a sign this, you're on your own now kind of energy, with things not clearly explained as far as costs. This is the 6th or 7th car we've purchased and by far the worst experience I've had with any dealership. When we came back to say we wanted out, the response was basically you don't like the car, what do you want me to do. No apology, no is there anything we can do, just here's your problem, we can't help. Then we were told to go do a private sale since we'd get a better offer than anything they could do. Overall, it was an awful experience. Definitely do your research on the car and the numbers before you sign, don't feel forced into anything just because it's being pushed on you, and go in with your eyes open. I'm only sharing this so future customers have more insight before working with this dealership.

I was nervous as I arrived alone and every past experience with dealerships has been abrupt & rude and had felt like I got had at some level. The day before, I had consulted with Carmax who offered $1,900 less than the online Kelley Blue Book offer. The week before that, a friend offered to help me sell my Jeep but he tried to get me to sign my title without a date saying that's what all sellers do in advance of selling cars. (Never sign the title until the money has been surrendered to you and the buyer is standing in front of you. I felt betrayed and disappointed by the so-called "friend". I had already contacted a shop owner & friends who only purchase Jeeps. They all wanted to buy my Jeep but times are tough lately & no one was liquid to purchase. I'm telling you all this to let you know how discouraged and roughed up I was feeling by the time I arranged my appoint my for Phillips Auto to see my Jeep. I am spreading the word now that your experience with Phillips will also feel great. You will be greeted in a friendly, professional casual manner. I finally met the affable Andreas (who had been communicating with me about my Jeep I was thinking of selling) and the impressive Bianca who feels like a friend from the start. She is in charge and you feel comfortable and charmed and informed. Both are kind and efficient while appraising my vehicle. Bianca's experienced eye and candor helps the checklist go fast. Their offer price was transparent and fair; very close to my Kelley Blue Book estimate. Bianca is prepared and lets you k is what she is thinking & openly helps you along with understanding the process. I chose to finalize selling my Jeep to Phillips because they gave me a fair offer and did not waste my time. Also, there was no pressure; they gave me the time I needed to call a couple friends' approval to hear their thumb's up. I got free water & a peaceful environment despite other customers & representatives doing business. The showroom is busy but not loud or bustly. Yes, I could have gone privately to sell my Jeep. But I had to get real with myself; I have never sold a vehicle privately before & my Jeep was older & would need time & investment of staging it well to sell it in my own. I did not have the knowledge to do all the trudge work necessary & not the time to meet & haggle with prospective buyers when Phillips has the staff & equipment to pass the Wrangler along to someone who would be just as happy with it as I have been driving it. The paperwork was quick. Phillips will do everything needed. All I did was sign & cancel my car insurance--and that process was not as nice as selling the car, wouldn't you know?! (I certainly felt taken advantage of by my car insurance later that day. That is a different and not as cheerful of a Yelp review & I have been with the same insurance company for 40 years.) Phillips treated me better on our first transaction than my long term insurance agent. Phillips Auto even provided me a complimentary Uber ride home. The wonderful element about Phillips is integrity & decency at this family-owned dealership. My car insurance franchise is also family-owned. Mind boggling with how wonderful I regard Phillips Auto. I'm going to keep referring all whom I care about to do business with Phillips Auto. Bianca is stellar. Please tell her you read this review. She is great people!!
