    Purchased a new 2026 RZ 550e FSport and sold a Tesla X. I was told they would write me a check for my Tesla so I agreed to sell my Tesla to them and gave them the title. One week later, I still don't have a check and they told me they are not able to reverse the purchase. After signing the purchase agreement for the RZ and was ready to take possession, they told me there was a chip on the window but the windshield was in stock and I just needed to bring it in and they will replace it. Two days later I took the car in for the window replacement. Also discovered there was a rodent infestation under the hood so they said they would fix that as well. I bought the RZ on Saturday, took the car in for service on Monday and as of Friday, I don't have my new car and I don't have money for my Tesla. They can't tell me when everything will get resolved. They were supposed to email me the purchase contract but never did that either. I spoke to every department manager and asked to speak to the General Manager hoping he could get things fixed. He didn't call so I had to file a complaint with Lexus corporate and Costco Auto. So as of now I'm not in possession of my new car, my old car and no check. This has been the worst car buying experience ever!

    Wow. Outstanding experience from start to finish. My salesperson was Jaime. He figured out what fit my needs and Barron came to close the deal. What I loved most was the service and efficiency of this dealership. There wasn't any nonsense or dragging out of countless hours. My deal was done within an hour. I love my new car and so does my family!!

    I have been searching for a used Lexus LC500 Convertible after selling my LS460 F-Sport. I found an L-Certified one here, Ultra White with a red Interior. I contacted Savannah Rueles in the internet sales department, she knew I was very serious and immediately got a hold of Gilberto Corral, the Sales Manager and we put the deal together in minutes. Oh, did I mention, I am 1,600 miles away in Kansas City. So the Finance department, Patrick Garland called me to arrange the wire transfer and go over warranty options. This all happened Wednesday, Saturday I wired the money and within a week the car shipped to me. This has got to be the smoothest high dollar transaction I have ever made, thank you all.

If you are seeking a Lexus, this is the place to be. I got the 2025 Lexus TX 350 Premium. We needed a 3 row SUV and we got one of the most reliable brands behind us. They are reasonable, down to earth and want to work with getting you the best deal they can give you with competitive rates! I wish that my 2014 Sonata was not burning so much oil. It has only 152000 miles. We have owned many sedans with higher milage that did not burn oil. Apparently, Hyundai has a lifetime engine warranty, but it does not kick in if the engine burns oil. It only kicks in if the engine rattles or seizes!

We came in around 9 AM just to look at vehicles, but Cole had already spent over a week helping us search for the perfect Bronco and even arranged a transfer from another dealership. Unfortunately, after we had established a deal, that vehicle sold, but Tyler (a Sales Manager) immediately stepped in and spent the day finding us an exact replacement. Cole personally drove almost 2 hours to bring the replacement Bronco down for us, had it fully detailed, and made sure the gas tank was filled before we took it home. Roberto (a Finance Manager) was also amazing and took the time to thoroughly explain warranties, packages, and all the numbers so we fully understood everything, even after hours.  As two women shopping for a car, we really appreciated how comfortable and taken care of we felt throughout the process. We were there from 9 AM until almost 10:30 PM, but it was completely worth it because we drove away in our dream car. Huge shoutout to Cole, Tyler, and Roberto for going above and beyond. They have some weird outsourced phone AI system. You literally cannot call the dealership! I made an appointment with a "phone robot" called Zack. Dropped off my vehicle at the dealership in the morning. The dealership or a robot was supposed to contact me to let me know when my vehicle would be ready. They never contacted me. So I tried to call the dealership to check to see when my vehicle would be ready. I kept getting "phone robots". Finally, I spoke with "Amy". She was a human but she wasn't physically at the dealership so she was unable to help me. I asked her if I could speak to "Zack". She told me there is no "Zack". I asked her to connect me with "service". She said she couldn't do that because they don't take incoming calls but she could connect with their "system". I was absolutely furious by this time. I have bought 6 trucks from Autonation Ford! And now I can't even call the dealership? This "robot" system must be new because I have never gone through this nonsense before. And I never will again. They lost a customer!!! A dealership that doesn't take incoming calls????? REALLY????? I hung up and had no way to find out if my vehicle was ready! On top of that, I had no way to get to the dealership! They were supposed to contact me and arrange a "lyft" for me! Despite that, I came out to my car washed. For the past two years, I have always washed my car by hand in a very specific manner. It's never been washed by anyone asides from me. Today I see streaks on the black trim from them washing my car despite me explicitly saying I did not want a wash. Also the vinyl I installed got messed up from their wash. Now I need to reinstall it properly using heat and tweezers and I need to polish the black trim to account for the new scratches from their microfiber cloth. I came here for a simple oil change to have one less thing to worry about but instead left with an additional inconvenience. Three stars because I recognize this is an isolated incident, please improve on the communication. If somebody does not want a car wash, DO NOT wash their car.
