The parking spaces are tight. If you want to avoid not being able to get into your car because someone parked an inch from your door, then park further away; happens more than you think. Very clean shopping area and parking lot. Accessible bridge to get back to the UCI campus, if you're a student. Variety is good: mix selection of restaurants, desserts, school supplies, movie theater, and tons of outdoor tables. Most of the places are reasonably priced. Try to avoid during lunch rush; parking is crazy impossible.
