Both my sons have been at Tutor Time from a very young age. They are now 1 & 2 and my husband and I could not be happier with our decision, especially after touring other daycares in the area. We not only love all the teachers, but the staff as well. I love that everyone knows all the kids' names regardless of the room. Throughout the day, we are kept informed of everything they do from diaper changes, to food, to naps, to activities. I love getting pictures and videos during the day, and being able to watch a live camera anytime I want (not that I need to, but it's fun to watch sometimes). They keep the children engaged all day. It's truly amazing. The teachers are all very nurturing and hands on. The facility is always clean and bright, with a great outdoor space in the back, which is perfect for water play in the summer. I would highly recommend Tutor Time to anyone. I am confident my children are safe and in a great learning environment. And, in the wake of Covid they have taken extreme caution to keep all the children and staff safe. Plus, there are some great perks...they are very flexible with scheduling, and have reasonable pricing, which includes diapers, wipes, crib sheets and food, and a discounted price for weeks you don't attend due to vacation or illness. I couldn't imagine my kids going anywhere else, and both my boys love going. They literally start happy screams and kicks when I pull into the lot each morning. I had both my sons in Tutor Time since they were about 2 yo. One is now in K and the other one is still attending. They both love it here. They come home with new concepts almost daily. There's always plenty of engaging crafts and activities for them to do. We get regular updates and frequent communications. We just graduated Tutor Time to a full day Kindergarten in Fair Lawn and my daughter who just turned 5 could not have been more prepared. I am so happy with the level of care, nurturing environment and rigorous curriculum that TT offered. We started our daughter there when she was 2.5 and in the 2.5 years that we were there there were never any real issues or concerns. Whenever there was something out of the ordinary, the matter was dealt with professionally and they were always great at communicating with us. My daughter liked the food and not having to pack breakfast and lunch was such a help. I never felt bad about the long hours that my daughter was there because of all they offered. I can't say enough good things about Tutor Time and their staff. read more

The worst daycare ever. I would never forgive myself that I bring my son there. Last time I went there I called to the police. My son was bullied. I say everything on the camera but they hided the record from the camera. Three weeks after that day my son couldn't sleep well. So unprofessional !!! read more

I saw bad reviews but decided to go ahead anyway. WHY DID I DO THAT?!? The lack of compassion and unprofessionalism is baffling! Countless times being late for work because no teachers were there on time OR my son not wanting me to leave and the teacher not being able to take him because she's dealing with the other kids already there. Staff is overwhelmed (teacher actually told us this herself. She said she is putting out more fires than teaching the kids) WHYYYYY was my son even here if he's not learning? They didn't nothing to help my son they "apologized for the inconvenience" multiple times but that doesn't excuse Ronnie being EXTREMELY rude, their unprofessionalism, lack of compassion, and them having horrible communication between each other and giving me the wrong information multiple times. My daughter went there a few years ago. The place looks nice on the outside. However, the daycare was at max capacity and the workers were tired. Id see the workers yapping with one another vs teaching the kids. Many of the workers were either too young and inexperienced or elderly with lack of energy. Nonetheless, the employee turnover rate was high ( which speaks volumes). Make sure you interview the people who will actually be watching your kid not just the front management. I pulled my daughter out and sent her to Goddard in Elmwood pk. I wish I made that move sooner. read more

My son went to Tutor Time from 6 month until 2 1/2 and the only reason he stopped going to this location at 2 1/2 was because his grandmother runs an early childhood school in town. Otherwise, my now 5 year old son would still be going to Tutor Time. However, we continue to use Tutor Time as a back-up care. Everyone at this school is kind, compassionate and absolutely wonderful with the kids. My son has excelled due to the education program, that also leaves plenty of time for the kids to be kids. The security is top notch and I feel very safe and comfortable when I left my son there as a baby and now as a little boy. I truly cannot more highly recommend a day care program. read more

I visited almost 10 schools before deciding on tutor time in saddle brook and I can't be happier. Every child is different, but the teachers, other students, parents, atmosphere and curriculum is ideal for my child. Kids still need to be kids but they also need structure, which this school gives my son. My son goes outside twice a day, has the option to learn Spanish and karate, which he loves! Last year, they had "show and tell" weekly, which taught him public speaking skills and taught him how to "express himself." When visiting Tutor Time, a major difference...you can tell how much the children love the school, if you watch them leave for the day..... Many children are laughing, happy and you can tell they enjoyed their day. At first I was nervous that they didn't allow outside food and that the children had to eat from the provided menu.... but it allowed my child to try new and different food that I wouldn't have offered. read more

My wife and I fell in love with this daycare when we found out that they provide diapers and wipes! That wasn't the only reason why we decided to place our child in this daycare. You are always greeted with kindness by Miss Ronnie or Miss Laurie who are always there to help. You can always count on Miss Ali making sure that things are being run smoothly in the classrooms. Marlene the janitor is always on her game making sure that the classrooms are wiped down and vacuumed. Miss Sarah, Miss Kristen, Miss Krista, and Miss Kristine are always there to answer any and all questions that I have about my son. I love the fact that they send me constant updates on how my child is doing, and as far as the baby monitoring system goes I never need to check it because I know that my son is in great hands! read more

It's a shame that there's only 5 stars to rate this facility. This place is an easy 10 stars to us. Under Ms. Allison as their director and the teachers and her staff. This school is awesome and the price is very reasonable too. Our child is 4 and she attended there and the only reason we left is because we had to relocate for my husband's job. I'm saddened that I cannot find another school such as this. Close but not the same. They kept my child busy, fed and in great company. Not a day I worried about Isabella being there all day! I completely trusted each and everyone of them. They were so welcoming towards my whole family too. I wish they had more Tutor time nationwide because I will not hesitate to put my 4 year old and 11 month old children here. Thank you so much for all you do!!! read more

My son experienced abuse at this location and specifically named his teacher, what happened and had the bruises to show for it. I felt the response from school and Dept of children services was inadequate and lacked a sense of urgency. Because my son wasn't severely or mortally wounded, the issues wasn't treated as seriously as I expected and I often felt we were Treated as if we were in the wrong, for bringing this issue to light. Please be aware, this teacher may still be in the school, since no one is allowed to disclose to us whether she is or is not. She told our son the abuse was a secret, so please be sure to talk to your children if you decide to attend this daycare. read more

My 7 year old went to Tutor Time from the age of 18 months and now my 4 year old is currently attending Tutor Time. I can not say enough wonderful things about the staff, the teachers and how hard they work to ensure my children are in a safe, comfortable, clean learning environment. My child recently graduated from the Pre-K program. He attended tutor time for 3-years where he was nurtured daily by the wonderful staff. The hours are terrific for working parents 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM, and includes a great lunch and snacks. The center is very clean and organized and has all new indoor and outdoor equipment. Their are two seperate indoor play areas, aside from the classrooms, as well as a very nice outdoor area. The school has very few days that they are closed for holidays. All of this is important in making a decison for your child as well as your working schedule. The teachers and staff do an amazing job with the children. I would rate this facility a 10, and would not hesitate to recommend them. read more

An incident where my child was not properly watched and received a gash on her hand, ultimately led me to realize there were not enough staff present in her class. My opinion on large childcare chains is they do not have enough staff to adequately care for large numbers of children they enroll. A family emergency led me to withdraw my son from this daycare without me being able to give a 2 week notice, (during the only 2 weeks he was there he attended 7 days) so without any compassion they just refused to refund my security deposit ,like they follow through with what they promisse and what they  advertise overall:misinformed staff,early drop off -6:30 am?  well ...staff starts arriving at 6:26 and I ended more then once alone in the infant room for 10 to 15 minutes waiting till staff was ready...ending up arriving  to work late...so overall they wore never considerate initially .Bad experience / woild not recommend to any parent! read more
