Jenny M. babysat our 7 year old daughter in our hotel room at the Aria from 5pm to midnight one night. She was friendly, responsive, on-time, and communicative. I did a quick call with Jenny before she babysat for us and I appreciated that she asked about our screen time policy and our daughter's interests. Jenny then brought relevant activities with her - for example, my daughter loved creating sticker art with Jenny. Working with Nanny's and Granny's was easy and simple. Their prices are a bit steep at $55/hour, but I valued the peace of mind that using a babysitter that had been vetted by a reputable agency brought. (Our hotel concierge recommended Nanny's and Granny's to us.) I would recommend this agency without reservation and would use them again. I definitely recommend Jenny M.!

Ms. Tina is serious about running an amazing and safe school. No matter what the issue may be, we as parents are all informed as soon as she is. Ms. Jessica is her current teacher and I believe she has amazing patience and has taught my daughter so much. She is kind and works with each and every one of her kids to make sure they are happy and learning. I am always so grateful for morning drop offs (my little one doesn't always make it easy when i need to go) and when we get home, she shows me all that she has learned for that day. The other teacher I want to mention is Ms. Becca- she's pretty much my rock haha. She was one of the teachers that has been around my daughter the longest (or so it seems to me). She is able to match the tone of whatever mood mine is in and able to work with her. If she's having a bad day, Ms. Becca seems to always turn it around. I will miss this school once we move on to "big kid school" and will always have respect for these teachers that have helped my daughter grow and learn.

We can't say enough good things about the staff and communication. As a new mom, I was nervous to send my then-18mo old into a daycare but the teachers alleviated my concerns. I still remember the first day when we dropped him off, I received a video of him *not crying* and singing with his new classmates, within 15 minutes. The teachers work hard to take care of the children and I can feel the love they pour into each student. The staff are extremely patient. We have a picky eater and Ms. Chrissy and the teachers worked to get him to eat and really encouraged him to try new things. The teachers make every effort to get kids to engage and get along. They address all my concerns and work diligently to prepare my pre-k student for kindergarten. I love to see his writing progress and his vocabulary explode! We love all the updates and newsletters. We especially love the pictures and videos the teachers send. I love the app we use to communicate and receive updates for the kids throughout the day. While this location is small, I also think it adds to the family feel and all the teachers know the children/parents. I feel safe sending my kids to this school and do not hesitate to recommend them to future families. When my child attended, they would always send my child home with someone else's clothes and or someone else's cup, my child's things often came up missing, never to be found again. There was times when I picked up my child around 3-4pm, and my child was still sleeping on a cot, soaking wet with other kids running around my child playing and or watching tv, all in one room. I would ask my child what they did for the day and often times they would only watch tv. My child also disclosed that the teachers would give them " candy " and the " candy " would make them sleepy before lunch. I would often ask my child what they ate for lunch and they would say that they went to sleep before lunch. They are also in terrible area and often times I could not get into the gate to get my kid and the staff has no way to let us in. It's cheap, but you get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend this daycare to anyone
