Had I been told that results vary significantly and that some patients may not notice any meaningful change, I would have made a different decision before taking on this expense. Additionally, when I told them I was unhappy with the services provided and ask for a refund or compensated services, they refused and instead tried to get me to pay for more treatments! This was a major financial commitment for me and all for a treatment that provided NO benefit. I would not recommend this place to anyone because they will not be honest with you about the results you will see. Do not waste your money- seek providers who are transparent about both the potential benefits and limitations of the treatment.

However the file did not really include anything other than the service I was given and recommended products, but not any of the several actions she recommended a incorporate into my routine. I felt this information was a part of the steep price so I would have appreciated being able to have a chance to write it down. After this portion, we went to the spa where I received a head, neck and shoulder massage along with an array of scalp treatments. This lasted over an hour and was incredibly relaxing and worth the money alone. I did not feel it was rushed, she really look her time with each step. After this, she took another round of photos, followed by 5 minutes of red light therapy and some light blow drying. Overall I really enjoyed my experience and while I wont be going the recommended once a month due to price, I will definitely do it once in a while.

The facial comes with cleansing, extractions, brow touch up, mask, neck & head massage, and an LED section at the end. There are times when they will leave you in the room while your mask is setting or the LED light is on, but I don't mind it. You also get all of this for a very good price. This place is very clean and nice. People there are very kind, friendly, and accommodating. It was so pleasant experience to get a spa pedicure named reflexology. I hadn't gotten a pedi for a long time, as usual I had a long break during winter so my foot (and legs) are so dry and not pretty. The technician took so long time to clean up and did many things like scrub and mud (I can tell this is my favorite! After mud mask, my skin turns out like baby skin!) She made sure my nails are done well. She tried to get my opinions for every steps and did her job very skillful. I also very impressed by their clean system. They wrapped a disposal plastic bag in the pedi basin and every tool is sterilized by an autoclave machine after use on one customer. My technician just took out her tools of sealed pouch which is sterilized. They never recycle any tools and all I got is one-time-use tools, she thrown out all after use it that makes me feel safe. I got a just regular polish at this time, but I realized that they do some design nails with nail stones, I definitely come back here to get some design gel pedicure next time. I am so happy to be ready for reveal my beautiful toes finally! This place will be my place at least every twice a month to get my nails done. read more

Where to start with this salon?! Soley appearance wise it's beautiful and an upscale salon. They have all the polish you could ever look for or need, (even gel polish!).
