I needed a tuxedo for a wedding about a month away. This little store is tucked away on the ground floor of Burbank Town Center mall. When I arrived I was greeted by "Mo", who helped fit me with a tux, and actually had one available to try on. Since it fit well I placed the order. I came back a month later on the Friday before the Sunday wedding and the tuxedo, shirt, shoes, and accessories were neat, clean, bagged, and ready for me. I returned the rental on Monday. I was pleased with the customer service and the rental cost was a good value. FYI they are fully stocked with tuxedoes and accessories for sale as well as rental. I recommend this store. read more

Needed a Tux to attend the National Space Club's SpaceProm. The gentleman that appears to work the place by himself measured me in about 20 seconds and came back with an outfit to try on. Sized perfectly! A week later I picked up the Tux and I must say it looked sharp. I felt like I could wait on tables at a 5-star restaurant! I was allowed to rent the suit for a week and travel out of town with it for about 150 bucks. Not bad. The place is a bit crowded with suits but who really cares about that. This place is great! I came in a few weeks before New Year's Eve, to get fitted for a white tie event, and the service was exceptional. The shirt that I tried on originally wasn't the shirt that should have gone with the tuxedo. I was a little worried about that when I left . The day I arrived to pick up the tuxedo (which was 30 December), These guys had everything the way it was supposed to be. The correct shirt, tie, pants and jacket. The pants were a little bit short, but they took them in the back while I waited and lowered the hem. The party that I went to was a blast! I got a lot of compliments on my tux. When I picked up the tux, he told me to go ahead and bring it in on 2 January. So I had the tux for four days. All for the price of one. I'll update after pick up and return but our first visit to Tuxedo Junction was a success. I stopped in with my son on a Sunday afternoon to look at options for a Prom rental. They took his height and weight, a few measurements and minutes later he was trying on options. I can be a bit picky (I know, I know, extremely tough to believe!). I wanted him to try on a variety of cuts, colors, styles, etc. before I was happy and let's face it I'm the one who should feel good about this tuxedo right? Totally kidding, I know he feels great about the selection as well. We are picking it up in a few weeks for a Saturday event. I'm banking on it looking spectacular by the time we pick it up since it did cost $129 (paid in full although, they only asked for a deposit) to rent for one evening. They are running a Prom special now. I'd definitely recommend this location for a tux rental if that's the sort of thing you are in the market for. Customer service was good and patient (which is what really mattered since I wanted to explore many options before deciding on which would be the rental). This location is located on the first floor near the Bed Bath & Beyond if you're in a real hurry and need to dart right in and out. First time going here. Horrible experience and will never come back. When I was being measured for a suit and had to try on the shirt and pants, the tall older guy with gray hair thought it was okay to just stick his hands in my pants to tuck in my own shirt when he could have simply asked me to do so. I immediately took a step back and tucked it in myself. Super uncomfortable and unprofessional. Then after that's all said and done I was charged $150 for the shirt, pants, tie and jacket. I then asked for the handkerchief and black buttons to go onto of the white buttons I was given. I got everything except the buttons and I'm already dressed to the wedding so I had no choice but to just go without it. Next day I return the suit and complain that I never received the buttons so how can we settle this if I'm being charged for something I never received. The same man who helped me said that I was lying, I probably wasn't looking "in the right place" and that when I was given the suit he was told that I was given the buttons. It's not about the buttons it's about the principal and this guy made me look like I was full of it. He denied everything I said like it was nothing, smiled at me and told me "have a good time sir".
