Solid job. We had a last minute rental for my sons senior ball and they did a great job. It fit perfect and got it done on time. The lady and gentleman working were super friendly and helpful and didn't even get mad when my son forgot to return the bow tie with the tux. They let us bring it back the next day with no issue. The store has no online method for checking in on an order rental or purchase. I asked about buying a navy suit and put in an order, weeks later they call to let me know the navy suit is essentially black, and I will in fact have to rent. I was ordering for the groomsmen. Half the pants had belt loops, the other half didn't. No mention that the pants would both have and not have belt loops, determined by random drawing. Refund non-negotiable. This place exudes an aura of a dying business that DGAF about its customers. read more

My experience with Tuxedo Junction over this past Labor Day weekend could be described as at least a disappointment. From start to finish, their treatment of my rental order was unprofessional and disorderly. My suit did not have all components advertised, even after multiple phone calls to clarify my specifications. Additionally, it is shocking to me that a tuxedo establishment would not have a drop-off location when it is common for weddings to be scheduled around the holidays - I had to find someone who was staying in town two days longer than me to turn in my tuxedo. Great service! I called in because I was worried about how a men's tux would fit on a woman's body for a wedding I was in and was pleasantly surprised to find that the owner has answered my call. He had me come in the next day and got me fitted in the perfect suit. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, he even gave me a few pocket squares on the house. This is the place to go for EXCEPTIONAL men's wedding attire. Not only are their tuxes wonderful, their selection is fantastic. I used Tuxedo Junction for my wedding last July and I could not have been more pleased. Usually people are complimented on how great the bridesmaids look, but we were complimented on how smart our groomsmen looked as well. First off the sales girls are not overly friendly or helpful, it feels like they are doing you a favor just by walking over. Which should have already made us suspicious of the kind of service we should receive. I wish it did. They did the measurements for our party of 5 groomsmen (plus groom), and ended up giving us two tuxedos which were too small for the guys and had to be rushed back the day before the wedding in hopes that they have a correct size available still in order to correct their measuring mistake. Thankfully they did have something in stock that night. We left the garment bags in which the tuxes came overnight on our couches, not thinking anything of it - and once we moved them in the morning it turned out that sticky black unknown substance had rubbed off the bags and onto our leather beige couches. One of the couch pillows is now permanently ruined. The sales people did not apologize for this, said that they TRY to wash them and left it at that. Then made us feel like we were the ones at fault for putting them on the furniture in the first place... Maybe I am missing something but they should really warn you that their bags need to be kept at a safe distance from anything you do not want ruined inside your house/closet/car etc. If we had hung them up in a closet next to say- the wedding dress, I shudder to think what would have happened. Needless to say they did offer any compensation or discount whatsoever and reluctantly gave us the name of the owner/manager without a phone number !! - saying he pops in the store once in a while, and we will just have to try him a few times to see if we can reach him! All the while being completely disinterested and unapologetic about the terrible service they provided. What a joke of a place, DO not go there if you want to have a great customer experience for your special occasion. read more
