I was fortunate enough to win a Samsung 4D HD TV on The Price is Right! Well, when it arrived I did not realize how thin and large this TV was and knew right a way that I was going to need some expert help. A neighbor down the street I had told me about Jay so I called him and asked him about mounting the TV on the wall. I had already purchased the wall mount but was having difficulty putting it up on the wall because of the back openings for the screws. Apparently Samsung is famous for having these types of problems because of the width of the TV. Jay came over to the house saw what I needed and had to make three visits in order for this TV to mount properly on the wall. He was kind, informative, punctual, and educated me on this type of TV. Exceptional work. Frank showed up and went above and beyond my expectations. Frank did a great job installing my 65" over the fireplace. He took his time carefully running a thoughtful cable raceway all the way down the wall to hide all of the wires. I was really impressed with all the extra work and thought that was put into the job. Never expected anything beyond hanging the tv and leaving a mess for me to clean up. Instead, all of the wires were hidden while considering any of my own thoughts on how to go about it. He also threw in an extra HDMI cable for me and two extension cords to get things situated properly. 80 dollars well spent as far as I'm concerned. This is one thing I would not be cheap about. I found Jay on Craigslist, offering $139 TV mounting, including the hardware. Jay was professional, funny, and had the whole job done in under 2 hours. I was so happy with the work I had him come do my bedroom the following week. It makes the space seem bigger with the tv on the wall! Not even sure where to start. Called TV Guy Jay on a Wed night at 7pm. Spoke with Jay on my first call who stated that he had to give me a call back. About 5 minutes later I received a call from Bobby and I explained I needed a 55" and a 48" TV mounted the next afternoon. To my surprise he was able to get me in the next day. When Bobby showed up he was extremely polite and explained everything that he would be doing. After inspecting the TV's and the mounts I had he explained that one of my mounts was no longer usable. He was unable to hang the living room TV but hung the bedroom TV and told us he could return the next day with a new mount. My boyfriend asked him if he could recommend a good sound bar. Not only did he recommend a few options, he showed up the next day with a sound bar, a new mount, and a wall shelf for our bedroom cable box. Did I mention that he actually took time out of his day and went to Target for us and purchased the sound bar and the wall shelf! In my opinion customer service just doesn't get any better than that. I could continue to write on and on about how SUPERB Bobby is but I will spare you. I will however say that if you need anything hung in your home this is the company to call. Bobby was extremely professional, efficient, and felt like family. I have stored this company in my phone and will be calling them the next time we need anything hung in our home.
