Quick story short, my wife and I decided to go get a larger TV. We head to Best Buy, spend an hour picking a new TV, surround sound, etc. Only thing we asked the sales rep for was for them to install all of it prior to Super Bowl Sunday. As we're about to get ready to pay he looks at the scheduling calendar for installation (which we had asked him to do first thing a so we'd know if I it was possible). He goes "first availability is on the 5th of February" !!!! We walked out and didn't spend the 5 grand we were about to give them. He then came out to my business, the following day as scheduled, on time with a wagon full of supplies. I needed 2 giant screen tv's mounted to a wall ...that we didn't know anything about.
