The installations were not exactly straightforward. The main TV was going over an original brick fireplace, and I chose a pull-down mount, which requires much more precision and skill than a standard TV mount. I'm the daughter of a long line of carpenters, so I tend to notice how someone approaches their work. From the moment Jay arrived, I could tell he was extremely knowledgeable and skilled. He took the time to prepare properly, worked confidently and carefully, and I could immediately relax knowing that everything was going to be mounted securely and correctly. Watching someone who truly knows what they're doing is such a pleasure. He was also incredibly clean and respectful of my home. His wife worked alongside him throughout the installation, and the two of them were exceptionally efficient without ever making the work feel rushed. He was also wonderfully resourceful. I had planned to purchase a separate bracket for my soundbar, but he found an elegant way to attach it using the existing TV mount, saving me about $90 while actually giving me a cleaner-looking installation. I really appreciated that he wasn't just there to install things -- he was thinking about the best solution for my setup. The entire experience was professional, thoughtful, efficient, and beautifully done. Both TVs look fantastic, everything feels extremely secure, and the work area was left spotless. Highly recommend. It's rare to find someone who combines technical skill, craftsmanship, efficiency, and genuine care for the finished result. I would absolutely use him again.

I spoke with the owner by phone, but the conversation did not lead to any resolution or effort to properly address the misunderstanding. Overall, the communication and booking process felt disorganized and not handled at a professional level. For anyone looking for high end TV installation and mounting, I would suggest being cautious and considering other local options where communication and scheduling are clearer and more reliable. I would be willing to update this review if the owner acknowledges the miscommunication and provides the level of professionalism and service experience reflected in other reviews I saw for this business.

Mikhail is super-prompt and efficient. He wall-mounted our 60 inch TV single-handedly -- no help because we were occupied with the moving company. He also assembled a bunch of furniture for us. Great customer service: accommodates any requests, no fuss. Even helped me out with moving items/furniture. Mikhail charged us very reasonably sticking to the lower estimate he had provided even when the assembly took much longer. He is friendly and trustworthy (I left him to work by himself in the house when I had to step outside). His favorite food is Indian - so grease his palms before he starts work with some chicken tikka masala. I'd hire him in a heartbeat again. read more

Mikhail was great. I had three separate sets and two sound bars to be mounted. He was quick and spent the time to make sure everything was set at the proper height. Mike is terrific: timely, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. After we had Mike over to install a Samsung TV that arrived broken, he helped set everything up and clean everything including packing the tv in the original box. When the replacement arrived, he came at our convenience and finished the job out of the goodness of his heart. Final work looks perfect. read more
