Horrible customer service, techs that are a no show and no way to actually ever call and reach anyone (give it a try). Pro-Tip- fill out another automated request to get anyone to call because they're quick to call you to book and get money but not available after so use the tool against their scam to reach them. For me they booked, crazy overpriced BTW $450 for 1 65" and soundbar my own mounts, (this is just their labor) canceled and no showed 3 times.. I was willing to pay for quality service and work so the high price wasnt a hangup for me. They also need your ladder and ask you to help (like WTF?!)..would it be more if you wanted them to be prepared and to do the work you paid them for?!? They keep adding discounts to keep you thinking they'll actually follow through (or as if they actually care) dont be tempted just cut your losses and call a real, or at least reputable provider. No they won't show (you know that feeling when you know they just won't follow through? This is that place) no they won't communicate after booking (20 min after your appointment with no show and no way to reach anyone? This is that place) no they dont care they wasted your time, its all about them and making money, bottom line, you do not matter at all. Get you ladder, hammer and mount while they watch and pay them $450 and that makes sense to them, whats your problem?!?..lol. I don't know how good they are, since they never showed up. I had an appointment that had been scheduled two weeks prior. I confirmed the week before and the day before. But at the scheduled time, no one showed. I gave them a call. The person I talked to told me he'd talk to the installer and let me know what was going on. He called back a few minutes later to say it would be about 10 minutes. An hour later I called again. He told me again that he'd call the installer. I never heard from them again. A different company showed up that same day about a half hour after I called them and did a great job. Do NOT use TV Mount Master. Art was thoughtful enough to wear shoe covers during the installation, even cleaned up the dust from the wall where he inserted the screws. Art is very professional. Thieves!!! I had called them to get a tv mounted, and got the service request for the same day, with excellent customer service and professionalism up until they had arrived. We had been borrowing a projector from a friend in the meanwhile, since we didn't have a tv installed yet, so we had it positioned in the living room facing the wall where our new tv would go. It's really funny that the people who would come in to replace your television would also decide that you don't need a projector either. Artem didn't speak much English, so a young man named David did most of the talking. Asking me personal things--like how much i pay for rent and how old i am/what i do for work. Friendly enough, but it makes this type of robbery that much more infuriating, when you are hiring people to install something in your home just to steal from you. They charged $500 for the mounting service, but offered to reposition the tv to center it with no extra charge, which i graciously/generously tipped them extra for--not knowing they left with their own $600+ tip worth in stolen goods. I was going to leave a good review, after they left--before we noticed the projector was missing. It's a very awkward situation to have to confront hired help about theft. I tried reaching out and seeing if they would be honest about the entire situation, and return it, or that other people at TV mount Masters would hold their workers accountable, but instead i just want to tell people to be more vigilant. read more
