I never write bad reviews--but this one could save you thousands. I'm usually a big supporter of small businesses (just check my Yelp history), but I feel obligated to write this review to warn other homeowners. I used TV Mount Masters a year ago when I first moved in, and they did a solid job hanging my TV. Based on that experience, I called them again to mount two more TVs. That's when things went south--fast. TV #1 (Outdoor): Mounted fine. Slightly off-center, but I let it go. TV #2 (Living Room): Total disaster. I specifically bought a Hisense Frame TV instead of the Samsung Frame because it doesn't require a separate box. I made this clear multiple times because I have custom wood paneling above my fireplace and didn't want to damage it. Despite this, the technician--who unfortunately could not communicate in English--began cutting a giant, crooked hole in the wall using a multi-tool. I stopped him as soon as I noticed, but by then it was too late. Even worse? He left the electrical outlets hanging unsecured inside the wall, right next to fireplace insulation. I said this looked like a fire hazard. He insisted, "No, no--it's okay." But I wasn't convinced. I had a licensed electrician come out the next day. He was horrified. He confirmed it was one of the most negligent jobs he'd seen, with a serious fire risk due to the loose outlets and insulation. He made some emergency fixes ($100), but told me to do it correctly would cost another $600+. I called TV Mount Masters and explained the situation. To their credit, they sent the owner out to fix the electrical and remount the TV. He was respectful and helpful, and promised a full refund. But they didn't honor that promise. After all this--dangerous electrical work, damage to expensive custom paneling (which may cost thousands to restore), communication issues, and a TV that's still a few inches off-center--they gave me only a partial refund. If they had refunded me fully, I wouldn't even be writing this review. But I can't stay quiet after everything we went through. This could've ended in a house fire. I have two young kids. This isn't just bad service--it was reckless. Bottom line: maybe you'll get lucky and get a good tech. But maybe you'll get someone who can't understand your instructions, cuts into your walls, and leaves you with a fire hazard. That's a gamble I wouldn't take again. read more

I recently had a disappointing experience with this service provider, and I feel it was a case of misleading scam communication and poor customer service. Here's what happened: I called to get a quote for mounting a 65-inch frame TV and installing two in-ceiling speakers. Over the phone, I was quoted $200 in total and felt pressured to accept the offer immediately. The next day, when the technician arrived for the installation, they informed me there would be an additional $100 charge to drill a hole in the wall to hide the cables. This was never mentioned during the initial call. I explained that my builder had already pre-drilled and buried a PVC pipe in the wall, so no additional drilling was necessary. The technician simply opened the panel with a screwdriver, fed the power cable through the pipe, and pulled it out on the other side. For this, I was charged $29 instead of the original $100, which still felt unnecessary since the infrastructure was already in place. Next, the technician inspected the speakers and said they didn't bring the necessary round drill bit for the installation. They assured me they would return the following week to complete the job. Trusting this, I paid the full price upfront. However, on the scheduled day, no one showed up. When I called to follow up, I was told the appointment had been canceled without any notification to me. They mentioned they wouldn't charge me for the incomplete service, but I had already paid in full on the first day, which I now realize I shouldn't have done. They eventually offered a $30 refund, but this amount doesn't even begin to cover the cost of installing the speakers. When I expressed my frustration, they repeatedly claimed that the TV was mounted, the cable was hidden, and the total charges were fair. They insisted that $120 was for the mounting and $100 for hiding the cables, saying I had already received a "good deal." This was not the quote I was originally given, and the whole experience felt dishonest. I am deeply disappointed with how this was handled and feel like it was a bait-and-switch tactic. So I had an appt today 12/28/25.. My appt windows was from 6.pm. to 7p.m. .I arrive home from work at 5:45 p.m. awaiting my tech between my windows time. Mind you im tired ready to unwind but decided to wait for the tech first before doing so. So 7:30 hit i have no call/text no nothing..So I decided to call n find out what exactly was going on/eta of tech. So i call someone by the name of David answers i tell him im calling cause I have a window of 6 to 7 p.m. ,it is now 730 n I have not heard from anyone. So now he is like ohhh let me check n see what's going on. Comes back n says oh the tech won't make it tonight,the manager was suppose to call you earlier,im like where is the manager he in return says he is gone home for the night. Now he is like I can offer you maybe tomorrow around 11 with a discount. Im like maybe! He was like let me check, yea maybe tomorrow around 1030 or 11a.m. n I then ask with what discount... This motha fucka had the nerve to say 10$,I in return said 10$ for my inconvenience,no call from anyone,n me having to call your business to find out no one was coming as I sat here waiting!!! They was charging 129$,I told him take the 29$ off Now he want to tell me about how he didn't have to discount with 10$/or we could go back n forth about price n how he not raising his voice,why am I raising minds etc etc... im like yea you wasn't inconvenienced!! #1 n number 2!! If you're like me and find yourself having to mount 2 big TV's and don't know where to go - this is it. Before calling mount master, I called some handy man that told me he could do the job ($200 cheaper) and had to ask him to go home because I immediately knew he had no idea what we has doing. These TVs are new, expensive and heavy and if you're smart, you should have this done by a professional. It could cost you a lot less in the long run. Arthur came on time (extremely punctual) and knew EXACTLY what to do and what to use. I lost the instructions for the mount and he didn't even need them. He was very kind, respectful and even offered to clean (which I said no to but appreciated the thoughtfulness). My TVs are 65 and 75 in and my wall is drywall with metal studs. He accomplished to do this very quickly and were perfectly installed. He also hid the cables (not in the wall) and explained why we could not do this in the wall. Im very pleased with the service and the result! I would recommend this 100% to anyone out there. read more

I called T.V. Mounted Masters and was able to get my 75" T.V. mounted that same day by Artem, he worked late to accommodate me. I was amazed that without even asking he put covers over his shoes before stepping into our home. While drilling in the wall he caught everything and just put it in the trash, no mess what so ever. In like 20 to 30 minutes the job was completely done. The T.V. was installed exactly the way I had asked, and I don't need to worry as I would of, if I tried doing it myself. If I ever want another T.V. mounted, I'll again call T.V. Mount Masters and request that Artem again does the installation. Was worth every penny, knowing it was done correctly. I experienced significant dissatisfaction with the customer service after scheduling an appointment on Friday for Saturday at 5pm. Despite my call on Saturday to confirm, I did not receive an answer. As 5pm and 6pm passed, I did not receive a call or a visit. As a result, I booked another service through Thumbtack for later that day. Although the technician called, he was 40 minutes late without any prior notification. He arrived and completed the job. The importance of customer service cannot be overstated, as it is equally crucial as work quality. I can't say enough about this company and how amazing they were today for me. First, I called them this morning and they were available to come out in a few short hours to mount a new tv. Then after installing the new tv, it was brought to my attention that the tv I had bought had been damaged. Alex took down the damaged tv, put back up the old one, and then said they would come back later in the day to install the new one at no additional charge. I had a really frustrating experience with TV Mount Master. They confirmed a same-day appointment for noon, which I planned my entire day around. Right before the appointment, they called and said they needed to push it back to 4 PM. Not ideal, but I adjusted my schedule to accommodate. Then 4 PM came and went... and no one showed up. I tried calling multiple times and didn't get any response. No follow-up, no explanation, nothing. Just completely ghosted after already rescheduling once. Art was the handyman that came out today to assemble a 7 piece dining set, a 5 piece dining set, 65 inch tv stand, coffee table and island counter height chairs. Art, is extremely professional, friendly, kind and was a pleasure to work with. I found out today that Art hangs tv mounts/tv's as well assemble, furniture. Had I known he does it all, after having him assemble my Furniture, i wish I could have patronized his business to mount my tv's, if I had been aware of his business at the time they were mounted.
