(I have 3 gates. I completed the first one, started on rotted gate, but could not complete because of shoulder injury). His gate is square design. My 25 year old existing gate is the white one. Denis his colleague showed up to move the washer/dryer and inspect the floor, and determined it was not level (it was VERY uneven). Denis gave me several options for how to proceed. They took the time to show me the support frame under the floor and explain why it wasn't level, and what they could do to level it as much as possible. I had hired Pro Handyman Service to address the floor only, but after they were finished and placed everything back the way it was, Denis asked to see a wash cycle on the washing machine to see if the floor fixed the machine as well - it worked great, no more intense shaking! Highly recommend, and will definitely be using their services again in the future.
