That Kale Yeah Caesar is amazing. I love the sun-dried tomatoes and pesto dressing. It's a great everyday salad!

What a great find! I love the concept and the execution here. It's like a New American cuisine version of Cava or Chipotle. You can get a wrap or bowl or salad. It's all fresh and it's all gluten-free--cheers! Lots of options for proteins, greens, and sauces, so it's easy to meet a variety of dietary preferences or requirements. The service is fast, friendly, and efficient. We came by for an early dinner and there were (sadly) very few people in the UrbanSpace (where Twenty One Grains and several other fast casual places are). I highly recommend and hope to get back here soon...

Great place with healthy options. Ordered the Kalling it Kale, noticed that the chicken looked like twas cooked from few days ago. The Flavors were good and staff was very attentive.

Kale salad with salmon

Picked up a kale salad with salmon from twentyonegrains at the new UrbanSpace location, which is a great food hall to grab work lunch. Overall, while I appreciated that it was a healthy lunch, the meal was just okay. The kale was very dry, so it could have benefited from some more dressing and a good shaking of the salad. The salmon didn't taste like much. I probably won't be returning given the vast amount of good fast-casual options in the area.

Conveniently located, I had an avocado toast here. It was pretty good and standard. I dont have too many complaints, the portion was quite small as expected with the FiDi prices.

The buffalo chicken wrap I actually received (sans chicken)

From the moment you walk in, you feel the care and intention behind everything -- it's elegant, warm, and welcoming. The food is incredible. Everything tastes fresh, authentic, and thoughtfully prepared. The pasta dishes are rich and comforting, the appetizers are full of flavor, and the desserts are just as impressive as anything you'd find in a traditional Italian restaurant -- you would never guess it's all gluten free. We stopped in around 9:30 AM on a Saturday, and the place was buzzing--a clear sign of its popularity. While it is strictly a "to-go" spot, the efficiency of the operation makes the morning rush manageable. The Logistics & Ordering The menu is expansive, spanning three screens with an incredible variety of bagel types, cream cheese flavors, meats, and cheeses. Despite the line, the ordering process was straightforward. A major plus: you have the option to have your bagel toasted before they assemble the sandwich. Our coffees were ready within 2-3 minutes, and the sandwiches followed about 10 minutes later--very reasonable given how busy they were. The Food I went with a classic Sausage, Egg, and Cheese on an Egg Bagel. * The Bagel: The egg bagel itself was phenomenal. It had that perfect, authentic texture that makes NYC bagels famous. * The Build: The sandwich was very generously portioned. Every bite was delicious, well-balanced, and exactly what you want from a hearty breakfast sandwich. The "Extras" One of the most charming and unexpected parts of BTS is their candy selection. They carry an array of nostalgic and "internet-famous" treats I didn't even realize were still in production (or existed at all!). I was able to try their infamous and hyped up cardamom bun. Delicious! The hype is real. Not overly dense and the cardamom flavor comes through without being overpowering. It was a quick pop by, and I didn't stay. But got an Americano to go (which was fine). Seats in the back looked like a cute spot for locals and tourists to stay. Obviously, come for the carb offerings. Curious to try their sourdough and other pastries -- so far, I'm sold on this place!

Not as good as the one I sampled in Copenhagen, Denmark. But it's worthy of your time and curiosity. Their sugar twist would pair nicely with a black coffee. Sometimes, it's the combination of your items that makes the meal memorable and delightful. One suggestion I would offer for the establishment is to offer to warm the pastries. That would further elevate the experience of your guest. Inside is small. You can fill a few tables and seating, but not a large party. Best to take away and enjoy on the road to the park. Overall, it's enjoyable, and you should stop in. I was inclined to give this place a 3-star, but they are on to something. The staff was nice, which pushed my award over to 4. Great job, team!
