I experienced intermittent pressure loss, even after changing my filter. I also drained my 100-gallon tank to flush out any debris and bypassed my water-softening system to see if that was the culprit. Almeda initially guided me through these steps to help save me some money.
Ultimately, they sent two technicians over the same day to diagnose the issue, checking the tank, breakers, and pipes back to the well. They discovered a leak about three feet down, which could not be repaired immediately, so they scheduled a follow-up for the next day.
