The best thrift store I have ever been to. I go to the gym on second street so when I saw that this place opened next to another thrift store I was curious. We have visited now during one of the sales and when it isn't. I love how they bring in new products at the beginning of the month and then have a massive sale by the end of the month. I attached a photo of their August sale. I was able to find such a great pair of jeans and shirt for $7. If you are someone who wants great finds at affordable prices you need to try this place. And try to come back when they have their sales. The place is always organized and never smells. Fair warning. If you do some closer to the end of the month there are less products in store. A second hand clothing store in an upscale area. The selection was decent and well curated. You won't have to sift through rubble to find diamonds, but you are paying for that luxury and value. The workers were friendly and attentive, and if you're looking for a quick vintage find and aren't worried about cost then this is a good choice if you don't have time to dig. :) read more

It's a really nice place, nice clean aesthetic for being second hand. I found some really dope pieces but they didn't end up working out. To reiterate on what someone else said the fitting room wallpapers & lighting are terrible. Fitting room employee was on her phone & seemed very unenthusiastic to be there, gave me a Gen Z stare. Also put me into a fitting room with leftover hangers from the person prior, which to me is a risky situation to be in as a person of color out of fear of false shoplifting accusations. I would come back but hope they can train there staff to provide better customer service. read more

been here twice and got items both times!! the items are pretty organized into categories - y2k, streetwear, etc, so it's easier to find styles you may be looking for. they try to replace stock around every month and a half, so on the 6th week they do a deal where you buy one item and get two items for free - you'll only have to pay for the most expensive one out of the three!! such a great deal when you go in during their discounts. there are more per week that i forgot now. if you sell here and they decide that they want the item, they will give you 28% back of whatever they price it at, or 32% for store credit. they mentioned they are very picky. i like the interior when you first walk in, and there are couches that you can sit on. the staff are super friendly and offer to hold your items in the fitting room if they notice you're holding a lot that may be heavy. my only con about this place is their fitting rooms - the wallpaper on each fitting room is a different ridiculously bright color or pattern that distracts me from what i'm trying on since it affects the lighting in the room, and i can't tell how the shade of the item actually is, so i have to step outside of the fitting rooms to their big mirror for better lighting. read more

Oh, this is a hidden gem in plain sight! The prices are extremely reasonable, and the trendy selections are top notch. They have a wide selection of gently worn clothes and accessories and several items still had tags on them. We shopped for nothing and walked out with a T. Hilfiger coat, a dope pair of jeans by the same designer, a $5 baseball hat, a crossbody bag and a hoodie. When we got to the register, everything was 30% off! I'm here visiting from the east coast, and this one shopping trip will make me go buy extra luggage just to get home! read more

The store is well organized, unlike most thrift stores. Everything is sectioned by type and size! There are clean fitting rooms and an attendant to help you out. The selection is great. They have men's and women's clothes along with a good selection of accessories like purses, ties, scarves, shoes but no jewelry (that I saw). From what I'm aware of, items are sorted at a facility and then transferred to the store. All of the items that I saw were in great condition, nothing had holes or stains. Of course, minor ones are bound happen considering its a second hand store but I didn't notice any while there. There pricing is decent. Some things were a bit overpriced but I'd say it's fair overall. The staff were nice, store clean and the atmosphere was not chaotic. Side note...I loved the sweater I bought. read more

Checked out the Long Beach location! They charge you additional 3% fee per price per each item or per total you purchase! Then add on sales to that total. Supposedly goin to employees, so that fee is passed on to consumers rather then employer paying their employees more and giving them benefits! Hence will not shop their again and stick to Good Will for vintage & rare findings! read more

I went into this shop looking forward to supporting a new business on our block and was immediately stopped and profiled by security for wearing a hoodie that says "Free Palestine." I was told I could not wear it in the store, despite there being no signage on the windows or any mention of such a policy on the store's website. When I called to ask about it, the manager claimed this is store policy. If that were true, it should be clearly posted on their windows and expressed on their site. Given the shop's proximity to the beach--where people constantly wear hoodies and hats for sun protection--it's hard not to conclude that this "policy" was selectively enforced based on the message on my clothing.Being singled out for what I was wearing is unacceptable. If this Policy actually existed would also effectively exclude Muslim women who wear hijabs, making the store inaccessible to them. Being profiled is bad enough; being gaslit afterward by citing an unwritten policy is even worse! read more

Normally customer service is great but was greeted by the rudest employee. The way she spoke to customers is very uninviting and made me want to leave. Instead of being helpful and guiding customers to the correct place to pay she would tell customers to go to self checkout in a rude manner. read more

We were denied entry because of what my fiancé was wearing--a hoodie after the gym. This dress code policy appears nowhere on their website or posted at the entrance. When I called to speak with management, I was told the issue was their AI facial recognition system, which requires hoods to be down. The manager claimed my fiancé would only have been asked to remove the hood, not leave entirely. However, that's not what happened--the security guard refused us entry and asked us to leave immediately. If the manager believes her presence would have prevented this situation, then she needs to ensure she's actually on the floor to enforce policies correctly. More importantly, if facial recognition technology is dictating your customer interactions, that policy should be clearly communicated before customers reach your door. read more

I just shopped here & luckily I only had 30 minutes to shop & purchased 2 items! I will not shop here again bc each item is added a 3 % fee that is supposedly for their employees! This fee is paid by us consumers when it should be the responsibility of the employer and again NOT passed on to the consumer! I will not shop here again! read more
