I have been nothing but calm and professional a sincere apology would have been huge but instead have been blocked on all forms of social media, and phone number. As someone who is also in the service industry I am the first to be understanding but this is inexcusable. Sharing my experience so another bride doesn't have to go through the same thing. Colton and I hired DA Productions DJ & Lighting for our wedding. Following our event I reached out to David (See Message Below) to express my thoughts and have been completely ignored. As Brides we spend so many hours thinking, and planning and I would hate to have someone else have a similar experience. I wasn't expecting money back, or to change the outcome but a sincere apology would have gone a long way. "Hi David, I wanted to reach out following our event last night. We are extremely disappointed with our investment and unhappy with the service you provided. It began with you not being able to be located 5 minutes prior to our ceremony to mic up our officiant, and then entering the home numerous times to get things without asking. Had this been a traditional venue those things would have not been okay you would've gone to the commons areas along with others. After spending hours perfectly curating the music it was truly disappointing, when you played the wrong song for my dad and I to walk down the aisle. To end the night you were found sleeping in your car on multiple occasions, and then taking nearly 2 hours to clean up. I do not feel like as the bride, and paying customer I should have to be clear that just because it is a family friends home that venue rules still apply. Your behavior and lack of professionalism would have not been acceptable at any venue."

They helped us pick the perfect package for our needs and venue layout. On the day of, our MC, Jesson was the PERFECT addition to our wedding. He kept the energy high from the moment he stepped into the property until he left late that evening. He kept all of our guests engaged and the day running smoothly. He also took care of us on a personal level, making sure we had time to eat and stayed hydrated! Our DJ, Micah, was also fantastic. We were a little stressed about picking the right music for our group and he took the reins and did a great job. Our dance floor was packed all night and so many guests have already reached out to us to tell us our wedding was one of the most fun they have ever been to. We now have a name for the worker we witness for no reason rip a bunch of children out of a family event for having "to much fun". You red carded them, sassed them and removed them without warrant on a power trip. When more adults approached you after witnessing these actions we were met with strange responses and deflections. You shook your finger at me! The haunted house needs some serious work, we have been to plenty around the area and it looked uncompleted with various trip hazards. Half the rooms were dark and uninteresting or weren't even working? High prices. Strange lines. We won't be returning. Speaking to the assumed owners/this person is very different from how you act online. I find this disheartening. Word around town is someone was actually ran over at this location. For our community I hope someone steps in and makes some changes. ...... After multiple local events and uncomfortable experiences I cannot recommend own the night productions. If you end up at the haunted house nightmare on 9 it is not worth the price. We saw an older woman, smaller with grey hair sassing both employees and customers. Approach with caution, you're met with misdirection and careless responses. Shaking her finger and kicking out people from the spinning machine for having fun! They turned it off while we were inside which felt incredibly dangerous, my family could not see or walk! After tripping in a few areas we felt unsafe. We waited 30 mins in line after it said they would open, we were the 5th group! Recently this company was running another local event for a beer festival. It was just as confusing, late and with no local information and the same lack of care. Our family realized it was the same company after recognizing the bird in their uniforms and some research. If you attempt to bring any of these issues to their attention they do not respond or walk away. I care about Snohomish and the community here. This is not a place to bring your family until some real changes can be made with how own the night treats it's customers. Seems as if extracting money is the only goal!

Both we and our guests had an amazing time, and we truly loved working with him. From the very beginning, he connected with us to deeply understand our requirements and song preferences. He was incredibly prompt with custom edits for various parts of our big day--including the baraat, bride and groom entries, and the reception. When it came to the dance floor after the reception, he absolutely nailed it. The energy was incredible, and everyone had a blast. Beyond just playing music, he helped plan and manage the flow of the entire event, and he even suggested great song selections when we needed inspiration. If you want a DJ who is proactive, organized, and knows how to keep a dance floor packed, we highly recommend DJ Karthik!

He was responsive to requests, read the room really well, and kept a variety of nonstop hits coming for our 5 hour dance party! He also seemed like he was enjoying himself, which was super fun for us to see throughout the night. He captured some great videos and pictures throughout the evening too, and since we were busy dancing, it was SO fun to be able to look back and re-live these moments later! We also loved our experience with Jojo and Bamboo Beats leading up to the wedding. We had an initial Zoom call, and then after booking there was clear and concise ent communication. We filled out a preliminary form and then they had a great app where we could upload songs, notes, playlists from Spotify, and about a month before the wedding we had another call with Jojo and Waylon (our DJ). We felt very seen and cared for throughout the planning process and then our experience the day of was 12 out of 10. Even if you don't want music at that time you have to pay for it. I asked him to start 30 minutes later, this is a huge expense for a teen party and he said I'd have to pay $75 extra for 30 minutes.
