Brought my tire home and put back on my tractor. I did some mowing and the next day when I came back to my tractor the tire was flat again. I was not happy but did understand that it was an old rim that the tire was on. I took the rim and tire back off and took back to Don Owen. I told them the story. I was not holding them liable because I know it is an old rim that was not in the best condition. They called me the next day and told me my tire was finished and there was no charge. I was amazed and thankful. They really stand behind their work even when in some ways it is no one's fault. Sometimes things just happen especially when the rim is almost 50 years old.
