Where have you been all my life?!? Food was wonderful! Service was quick, server was on top of his game. We will be back.. and often! My daughter got 2 pounds of crawfish with garlic butter sauce to die for, my husband got combo 3 with mild garlic butter which had a good kick and I got king crab with boiled shrimp. The seafood was so fresh and full of flavor! I have never done a seafood pot before so my hopes were high. We almost went to Joe's and I am so glad we didn't as this is so close to us. We love Cajun food and feel the need to try it whenever we see someplace. We got snow crab, scallops, and crawfish. The snow crab was some of the biggest I've had! When we first arrived the host was on her phone and never greeted us! I walked up to her and she said how can I help you. I love the customer service and environment. It seems like they don't put any seasoning in the boil. The crawfish head and meat was bland. You have to really dip and drown your seafood into the butter sauce. This wouldn't be one of my top places to go near home for viet-cajun crawfish. Poor Management! The food at this location is good, service is great. I am a regular but I am debating no longer supporting this restaurant for this reason. Management is horrendous. One of the managers, Jennifer, is unreasonably rude to the staff/servers. The servers there are wonderful and do a great job, I've had nothing but good service experiences. Unfortunately, this particular manager is so unbearably rude with the servers, it makes the whole establishment look unprofessional and trashy. I have a history of working in the food industry and I am very upset for the workers there. The treatment they receive, which I have witnessed on more than one occasion, is so awful I pity them. I would encourage to not go to this particular location and instead try another location, because this treatment to your employees is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Ummm......so let me just say that the food IS good. I'm just giving it three stars because no matter how many times I've had the boiled seafood flavors and try to get different varieties of the flavor, they all taste the same. For example, if you get hot lemon pepper flavor it tastes just the same as the mild cajun flavor. So why even put the flavors on there as if I'm going to get a different taste. It's literally the same thing every single time I try something. Everything just tastes spicy so if you're looking for mild then you won't get it. But again, the food IS good. Service sometimes is hit or miss. Sometimes when I've been in there, and I'm waiting to be serviced I'm not even acknowledged and that irks me so much. And one time I ordered some boiled seafood with a lobster tail and when I got home the lobster wasn't in there because the lobster fell out of the tail and nobody noticed. So that was unfortunate but I don't think it happens all the time. I have ordered from Twin Crab twice now, once last night and once tonight lol. It was just THAT GOOD!!! I wish I had taken pictures but I DEVOURED it too fast. Last night I ordered the shrimp, snow crab and lobster combo, as well as crawfish. I know a lot of people care about the size of crawfish, and while they were on the smaller side, that doesn't bother me much. The flavor was great and they were cooked perfectly. The texture on the lobster was AWESOME, same for the snow crab. I'm super picky about lobster and it's very easy to over cook. Trust me, I have tried time and time again to get it right and I fail every time. This one was so tender that you could practically pull it apart. Tonight I ordered lobster, shrimp and mussels. The lobster and shrimp were both very delicious and the mussels were outstanding! Mussels are another thing I tend to be super picky about. It's a bit pricey but it's to be expected with seafood, especially with good quality seafood. Worth every penny! read more

I was very excited to try this place, but i was very disappointed. I went the first day it opened and order my food to go. It took about 35 minutes to receive my order which was find they were busy. I order one snow crab and a 1/2 pound of boil shrimp which came out to be 28 dollars. The shrimp and snow crab were both overcooked and the potatoes were still hard. They also didn't even have any dipping butter for the boil. I definitely would not recommend this place. read more

NOT WORTH IT. This is our first time eating here and me and my husband both got the fried catfish and shrimp with Cajun fries. My little girl got the chicken nugget kids meal and we also got onion rings for an appetizer. I got a side of corn on the cob as well as coleslaw, my husband got a side of sausage and eggs. The onion rings was so bland and was obviously frozen before fried. The sausage my husband got was dry and sliced into pieces, and his egg was a plain boiled egg, no sauce no seasoning or anything. My coleslaw was gross, it smelled sour but I still tasted it and it wasn't any good. It had a very sour taste to it. My corn was really hard, but edible. I also asked for my corn to be tossed in one of their sauces, instead I was told it would be $8 extra because they 'make the sauce fresh and don't make it to store it'. The lemonade was also nasty, very plain and almost watered down. Also I was going to originally get the chicken strip basket and add shrimp, but the shrimp was $1.95 extra A PIECE. We don't wanna just rule this place out but we won't be back till improvement is made. read more
