We were welcomed with a hand-written dry erase board outside of the entrance promoting "SPecails" and should have turned around then. We were seated at the bar and eventually greeted by a bartender, who was able to get me a drink, on my 3rd order (telling us that the manager had quit, the pear martini was no longer on the menu due to cost and that they didn't have the Edmunds Oast, Bound by Time beer that was on the menu (actually spelled on menu as "Bond")). My Wife ordered her usual, Cosmo, and said it was the worst she'd ever had. We ordered the Mediterranean plate and Brussels. They were both fine but we weren't checked on a single time after they were delivered. Our water glasses were empty well before we finished, and never refilled. When I asked for the check and gave the bartender a $100 bill, she gave me change from her pocket, which was to the restaurant's favor by a few cents! What in the world?!?
