I'm in a metal band and this hurt even my ears, couldn't even hear the waitress over Joe Rogan screaming about an old fight. And nobody knew how to turn it down. I went in last night and it wasn't a busy night. The bartender took her time getting my food order because she first had to have a long conversation with other guests. I never received a straw or napkins so I had to get my own. It's weird because she was constantly checking on all of the other guests!! Little wait but that's expected for a sports bar during tourney time! Drinks were great, beer was super cold! Our waitress, Asia, was very attentive! Had the smoked wings, which were way better than the competitor up the street. My wife loved the chicken tacos and fried pickles! Plenty of staff and management keeping everything clean and ready to go. Plenty of TVs and one of the floor managers found the UFC fights and put them on the tv's closest to us. Lousy, Lousy!! You get 2 stars because of the TV's in bar area. The service was terrible and food was served slightly warm, because you can tell it was sitting around for a while. Waitress never gave us cutlery, we had to ask for our refills also and I didn't even get what I ordered. We never saw her until we got the check . Definitely need more training.. The hostess was decently polite and asked if my party could be seated at a high-top table. When I asked her for a booth in the back, she got an attitude and just walked off without saying anything to me. After I was seated, my server asked if I was waiting for other people, and when I said yes, she just walked off and that was the last I saw of her. When I flagged someone down and asked if there was some way I could get something to drink the person told me she'd find my server and after waiting for 20 minutes WITHOUT talking to my server, I got up and went across the street to Chili's. i had a horrible experience with my bartender Porschela she was very rude to me when i was speaking with her. THEN i went to the bathroom and overheard a white man with tattoos on his face, i am sure he works there, speaking on the phone to somebody about how he sleeps with three different women there (and one of them was porschela (how embarrassing) and how a lot of the staff sleeps with each other. the whole environment made me extremely uncomfortable i did not even finish my second beer. read more

The place is newly renovated and looks good on the surface. However, the ventilation/air ducts are dirty. While I was sitting at the bar, corner seat right as you walk through the entrance the vent above blows out black dirt particles when the heat or AC clicks on. The management staff and bar tenders are completely aware of the issue. I watched as dirt would fly out into customers drinks and food while at the bar. After I made multiple customers aware of the situation the staff got annoyed that I was telling customers that dirt was blowing into their food. At the end of the night the staff felt that I was the issue and not the fact that dirt was blowing into peoples food/drink. I should point on that the fruit for the drinks is also right under the vent but according to the bartender it doesn't get on the fruit. Enjoy the dirt, I will not be back! read more

After being seated, we waited 10 minutes before our waitress came by, even though she came by a table next to us twice before coming to ours. She took our drink order and then we didn't see her for another 15-20 minutes. When I saw her sitting at a table with another customer, I got up and went to the waitress stand at the bar to see if our drinks were there, and they were just sitting there. I'm not sure if she saw me go up there, but a couple minutes later she brought my drink over but told my wife they were still making hers (even though her drink was sitting right next to mine). Then a few minutes later she brings her drink over. We never saw her again until she came by and asked if we wanted our check. There was another couple that I overheard talking about the same horrible customer service. Don't waste your time or money there. The service was awesome with server Cierra and when she left after her shift. We had Porschela serving us. Porschela was attentive and a wonderful server, the food was great as well. You go in to Twin Peaks for exactly what it offers as face value. The beautiful women. If you're going there for the food... don't.. the food is horrible. We did go there pretty late in the evening but if that is an excuse then close the kitchen at 10pm, or limit the menu after 10pm. We ordered the double stack and I use the words double stack loosely, brisket nachos. The heat lamps get ALOT of work in that kitchen. The nachos were ok. We ordered the brisket chili loaded fries. They were a joke. Again, heat lamp fries. Cooked then recooked under lamps. The price for the fries was joke to the size of the serving. You can get a bigger size of loaded fries from Zaxby's. The Ceaser salad was pitiful. The lettuce was wilted and wasn't a crouton to be seen. The Caesar dressing was though. My man got fish and chips and they were laughable. The fish looked like chicken tenders. I wish I took pictures. It was just a hot mess of a meal. The beer I had was amazing. Our server was the bomb but the food was pathetic. The servers were better hotter than Hooyers but Hooter food is way better. So, chose why you're going and chose accordingly. read more

Most of these reviews are based off of when this place first opened. You have to allow a restaurant to settle in and figure out the volume of guests and how to manage the volume. I think they have done a great job of figuring that out. The food has been great all three times I have been and the service was also very fast. The beer is COLD and the drinks are strong! If you had a bad experience early in the opening stages, you should go back and give it another try. read more

Visited Twin Peaks to see if it was as good as other locations. We were not disappointed.This restaurant has the same excellent menu as the others we've visited. Our waitress (Mercadez) was superb! She asked my wife which cocktails she liked, then recommended the white sangria, which my wife loved. The food was delicious. We will definitely return. read more

I came for dinner at prime time! It was two parties waiting to be seated in front of me. I waited for about 5 minutes and was quickly seated by Hannah. Our table was wobbly so the general manager, Adrian, came over, got on his hands and knees to tighten the bottom of the table; I was shocked. Chyna and Myianna did great twin work running our drink and appetizer. The flavors of the Mom's Pot Roast were very surprising and I loved every bite! The sweet tea was perfectly sweetened. I got apple turnovers for desert and the ice cream tasted homemade! I was in heaven!! Jacob, the kitchen manager checked in on us. There was great hospitality.
