The server had a great personality but had no time and took 15 minutes to get two beers. Food was fast and good (wings and a chicken meal). I was surprised that an order of fries was $3.49 for a small amount. Basically, it worked out to ten cents a fry. Really? I don't mind paying for fries but it should have been a basket. You can see my screenshots website still says there is a $10 cheeseburger meal deal. You could also see that the sandwich had half of the sandwich with bacon. I essentially just paid for a container full of fries bread a slice of tomato and lettuce. I asked for no ice and they gave me a ton of ice. The theme of this new age hooters is so cute. (Please don't come for me because I just dropped hooters in here as a mild comparison) I had good service, the restaurant and bathrooms were clean, I sat at the bar and had a beer and shared some appetizers. This was a pretty good day - shop at the Daytona outlets for some Christmas gifts, end it at Twin Peaks with a tall beer and some bar food. Perfect ying and yang. If I'm dragging a straight guy around with me shopping at an outlet mall for a couple of hours, least I can do is buy him a tall beer, wings, and some bar food as a thank you. Our bartender was super nice and gave us a lil 101 since we had never dined at a Twin Peaks before. I ordered the bacon appetizer along with some wings with medium heat to them. Next time I'll order slightly hotter wings. We both liked the wings more so than the bacon which was actually kindive a shocker. I think half of the bacon app or more was left on the plate - we did not wish to finish it. Not my favorite but the boneless wings were decent! I would order those again and just kick up the heat more. I've never been to the Twin Peaks in Jacksonville, but I can vouch for this Daytona location. If you are looking to watch a game, get some decent beer and apps, in a clean, not super loud environment, well then Twin Peaks is your spot. Started off with ice teas for the 2 of us. And got the billion dollar bacon. Very good with a spicy kick. I ordered the chicken ranch sandwich with fries. Very good and they ask if you want it grilled or fried. Normally you don't have a choice. Candyce had a bacon cheese burger with the sweet potato fries. Both sandwiches were really good. We had Alexandria for our waitress and she did an exceptional job. Didn't have to want for a thing. I was very surprised for a chain restaurant. They did a good job. Dang. This TP has serious problems. We dropped by about a year ago & noticed lots of eye candy combined with lousy service. The typical ''breastaurant'' issue like what caused Hooters recent bankruptcy with attractive wait-staff hired solely on looks but virtually zero intellect and negative hospitality skills. It took forever this trip for the attractive and utterly vacuous bar-gal to walk over & ask us "...what do want to drink?" Never mind "welcome to TP", or "hello", or "hi", or "how can I help?" Getting a second beer proved to be monumentally difficult as neither snowflake nor anyone else bothered to come check on us. Nobody. Our lunch plans were scuttled. No menu. No set-ups. No wait-person. Nothing. And the restaurant was less than half full. The folks next to us said the same thing. The good news: Ale House business next door has skyrocketed. No competition for AH other than TP draws folks in, then quickly runs them off to AH with their dreadful service. Lack of management will close this TP down in no time. But they do hire attractive gals. Too bad. Maybe they plan to turn this TP into a strip club? read more

Just OK. First time on a Sunday. Plenty of parking and quick to be seated. Service was OK but we had to find our own silverware after the food was delivered. Coke was flat and sprite was just barely carbonated. The Guinness was not very cold - my fridge does better. The Twin Peaks Drop Dead Redhead is actually a blond. Need to rename that. It was served cold though with ice floating in the mug. The BLT lobster rolls were more like tuna salad on a soft Texas toast. Hard to tell if it was lobster. The salmon was OK but dry and the small portion of rice it was served with had a lot of hard pieces. The ambiance is that of a mountain hunting lodge with plenty of taxidermy and plenty of screens. This looks like a great place as a sports bar for beer and wings but not a great dinner meal place. We will try it again someday to see if it was just today that things did not flow well. read more

This is one of those places where you ask yourself why am I here. This is the first time I been to a Twin Peaks restaurant and probably could be my last. My wife and I both ordered the Cheeseburger and fries special for $8.00 and the Cheeseburger was fairly small but good. The service was average. The reason we probably won't be coming back is there are several other nearby restaurants in the area that I feel have better selections with better prices. My husband and I decided to try Twin Peaks on our date night. I wasn't sure if there would be a wait, since most restaurants in the area are usually packed on a Saturday night. We arrived about 7pm, walked in and was seated right away. We were told the menu was available by scanning a QR code but our cellular service wasn't great so I asked for a paper menu. After a bit of time, one was found and brought to us. In the mean time our server, Lyric, took our drink order and gave us WiFi info. Of course, I had to try the bacon appetizer. It was smaller than pictured. The appetizer was six pieces - but actually turned out to be three pieces cut in half. The flavor was great and just a hint of spice. I enjoyed it. I ordered the NY Strip, medium. It was cooked perfectly, with a touch of char on the outside. The mashed garlic potatoes were a bit of a paste like consistency and no garlic taste. Broccoli was good and not over cooked. My husband ordered a bacon burger. He enjoyed it and especially enjoyed the crispy fries. The beer was so cold and delicious - ice floating in my mug. Twin Peaks was amazing. Checkin service was easy. Leave your name and number; get a text and you're seated. If you miss your txt, they don't dump you, they will send you txt until you cancel your spot or show up. The menu is a QRC, which seems to be the direction of many restaurants. Saves money, time and is much more sanitary. It was a bit crowded and the waist Tess was amazing and funny. She let us know straight off- there may be a 45 min wait til you get your food, there were no sandwiches, and the burgers came in sour dough bread. I ordered the chips w/ 3 dips-cheeses, guacamole, and salsa. The cheese and guac were amazing. Cheese was warm, with a vegetable seasoning-yellow, red, and green Peppers; same with the cheese. But that salsa was a No Bueno.. I have never, ever, ever had warm salsa, let alone Fire roasted tomato salsa.... That one I had to take a hard pass on. The food did not take as long as expected. The crows had died down a bit and the burger had a bun . Burger was cooked well. Juicy, not bloody. Stacked with $millionaires bacon and the basic vegetables. Nice size burger-definitely need a knife to split it. ( no pics, she dug in too soon) Chicken and shrimp- healthy portions of both. Crispy seined well. And came to the table piping hot. Fries were amazingly seasoned . Crispy, but not hot, Luke warm I'd say, but tolerable. The atmosphere was your typical sports bar.. but the service was overwhelming amazing. Went in on a Sunday for dinner, and the restaurant wasn't that busy but the food took a long time to arrive at table. The Twin peak sampler was overly salty. My husband ordered wings: they were freezer burnt and overcooked, and arrived with no dipping sauces. My mother had Cole slaw with her ribs that was inedible. The service was mediocre at best, we were given three cocktail napkins and told there were no other napkins. When asked for utensils they were wrapped in cloth napkins ?? I eat at Twin Peaks Frequently. I like the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. I don't get to the one in Daytona often but I eat at different locations around the country. When I sat at the bar I received quick service and ordered a beer and a sandwich. I never saw the bartender again. After eating some of my fries & part of my sandwich I wanted another beer. While I was waiting the couple next to me ordered appetizers and ate them and still no bartender. Twice, I started to go to the hostess station to ask for a manager when I saw the bartender was headed towards where I was sitting but never stopped. I finally went to where the bartender was and told her " you know 15 minutes ago I would have loved another beer to go with my sandwich but at this point I would just like my check". At that point some woman, I'm assuming a manager said HEY STEP AWAY, Nobody yells at my bartenders. I told her nobody was yelling except her. All she said at that point was well I'm here what do you need. I told her I just wanted to pay my bill, and again was told I'm here, I can take care of that for you. Never asked what the issue was, never apologized for the poor service. She then charged me full price for my meal and never said another word. With service like this I can see why there are so many other reviews with only 1 or 2 stars. We were visiting Daytona for the day, and had never seen this bar/restaurant before. Turns out it has only been open less than 2 months, so there's good reason for that. So we stopped in for dinner. The building has a rustic, cabin-style look from the outside, and that continues once you enter. Game trophy heads adorn the walls, and among the plethora of televisions are some of the largest screens I have ever seen! The young female servers are dressed in tight-fitting, rather skimpy attire, obviously designed to further appeal to a certain demographic. I found all employees we encountered to be very welcoming and friendly. Prices are reasonable, though not cheap. I tried boneless buffalo wings, and found the chicken to be very tender, and the breading to be light. Overall, a delicious meal. The meal was provided quickly and with a smile.
