The service was extremely lacking no straws, napkins or menus unless you ask. when you did ask you waited a while, longer than should be expected. we ordered across the menu sandwich, tacos, burger, wings and chips with salsa. The wings were bland I asked for butter and seasoning was brought lemon juice and seasoning. How do they expect the seasoning to stick to the wing with this combination! my daughter tacos had hair in them. The lobster roll had no lobster to speak of. we waited 20 minutes for a check so we could leave. dinner out is not cheap and to have trash service and inedible food was not worth it at al. I eat at Twin Peaks Frequently. I like the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. I don't get to the one in Daytona often but I eat at different locations around the country. When I sat at the bar I received quick service and ordered a beer and a sandwich. I never saw the bartender again. After eating some of my fries & part of my sandwich I wanted another beer. While I was waiting the couple next to me ordered appetizers and ate them and still no bartender. Twice, I started to go to the hostess station to ask for a manager when I saw the bartender was headed towards where I was sitting but never stopped. I finally went to where the bartender was and told her " you know 15 minutes ago I would have loved another beer to go with my sandwich but at this point I would just like my check". At that point some woman, I'm assuming a manager said HEY STEP AWAY, Nobody yells at my bartenders. I told her nobody was yelling except her. All she said at that point was well I'm here what do you need. I told her I just wanted to pay my bill, and again was told I'm here, I can take care of that for you. Never asked what the issue was, never apologized for the poor service. She then charged me full price for my meal and never said another word. With service like this I can see why there are so many other reviews with only 1 or 2 stars. We were visiting Daytona for the day, and had never seen this bar/restaurant before. Turns out it has only been open less than 2 months, so there's good reason for that. So we stopped in for dinner. The building has a rustic, cabin-style look from the outside, and that continues once you enter. Game trophy heads adorn the walls, and among the plethora of televisions are some of the largest screens I have ever seen! The young female servers are dressed in tight-fitting, rather skimpy attire, obviously designed to further appeal to a certain demographic. I found all employees we encountered to be very welcoming and friendly. Prices are reasonable, though not cheap. I tried boneless buffalo wings, and found the chicken to be very tender, and the breading to be light. Overall, a delicious meal. The meal was provided quickly and with a smile. First impression, the restaurant is big. Bar area is big. They have 2 bars. Plenty of tables and workers. Service at the inside bar was good. Ordered 18 of the bone-in breaded wings and I was not impressed at all. The wings were almost over-breaded and did not taste that great. The fries as well were not that good. The best way to describe this is really average bar food. Another annoying part was the service. This establishment advertises their service as "friendly and attentive," that could not be further from the truth. The servers were annoyed at me and my party and they only cheered up when they received a tip. They were rude and appeared to be upset that they had to work and wear those outfits. But seriously the bar in this place has a great vibe to it. Fantastic experience for my very first visit to the brand new location. I always love visiting Twin Peaks. It's honestly my favorite Sports Bar and Grill. They're literally in a class alone by themselves. My brother was visiting from Louisville, Kentucky and we are driving back from Jacksonville Florida on vacation to Clearwater. I'm waiting for the day Twin Peaks are in my area. We had one of the very best Twin Peaks bartenders I've ever had named Tayla. All four of the girls were very attentive. Tayla did a phenomenal job seeing to our needs. She always smiled and made fantastic recommendations. We found out she's Miss Twin Peaks of Daytona. I couldn't imagine a better brand ambassador. After the fourth, I signed up for their VIP email list and received a coupon for free chips and queso not realizing it expired a few days ago. We went last night tried to use it and were rebuffed. What a wonderful experience! Walking in everyone working is smiling and happy to be there! We were seated immediately with a quick turn around of our waitress, Bianca, coming by to take our drink orders. Bianca was so helpful in deciding favorites to eat, or pick between sauces for our wings. We ordered almost everything she suggested. We ordered the Peaks Sampler, Backyard BBQ Brisket Flatbread, The Smokestack Burger, and 6 Boneless wings with Spicy Thai Chili Sauce. Oh my the sampler had mozzarella bites that I continued snacking on throughout the entire meal, and the chicken tenders were cooked to the perfect crispy on the breading but still juicy when eating. What made us the most excited about the food was when Bianca told us it was Beef Brisket! Needless to say my husband ate the whole Burger as it was brisket and ground beef (a dream for when you can decided) and I devoured the Flatbread with two pieces to take home. Bianca did a beautiful job suggesting the Spicy Thai Chili Sauce for our wings and it was a rockstar choice! Everything was cooked to perfection, came out in a timely manner! After giving this place 3 chances I will NEVER return. And I had to give you a heads up too! First off there is absolutely no customer service whatsoever, the employees clearly hate their jobs. The service is SO slow, so do not show up hungry or thirsty- even on a slow day. It was my husbands birthday and I called ahead to ask if I could bring my own cake, if they would light the candles for me and if I could get a table for 12. They told me first come first serve and I could bring the cake no with no problem. When I arrived there were maybe 4 tables in the whole place but the hostesses were annoyed that 12 of us walked in. Right away just flat out rude. No smile, didn't ask whose birthday it was, didn't offer us a high chair for the baby or a kids menu. Basically if I didn't ask for it, it wasn't gonna happen. The food took FOREVER to come out and when it did, it was under cooked. We sent the food back and 30 minutes later, still no food. We watched everyone around us eat and leave. WHY would you not make our food a priority if you screwed it up. We ended up just asking them not to bring the food and we would go ahead and do the cake. But the waitress didn't light the candles and brought it out WITHOUT the candles lit ‍ when I asked her why she didn't know they could be lit and she couldn't find a lighter. That took another 20 minutes ON TOP OF THAT, no silverware unless we asked, no plates for the cake unless we asked. Not one single drink refill. Just a total shit show. I'm personally not a fan of the overall concept (feels exploitative) so just be prepared if your easily offended as this is most definitely a "breastraunt." So I didn't want to write this review but I think my fellow Yelpers should know .... I saw mixed reviews and figured I would give this place a try. I called ahead to make sure they were serving the lobster roll BLT for lunch . I spoke to Shay who without hesitation assured me they were. When we got there we were immediately greeted by Shay who showed us to our table. Peyton our waitress came over for our drink order I let her know what I wanted and she brought it out. It was a dirty martini which was okay . My husband ordered a glass of Josh cab. She then proceeded to take my order we ordered the billionaire bacon for an appetizer and I ordered my lobster roll. Peyton stated the lobster roll was not available. I told her I called ahead and she stated that Shay was a bartender and didn't know any better..... Peyton was very apologetic but seriously .... I wish I could say this was the only issue.... My husband orders the wings all flats... smoked and grilled and he asked her to make sure they were extra crispy. I ended up with the fish tacos. My tacos came out and they were good. My husband got a full plate of chicken drumettes with only two flats. The manager immediately put in another order for all flats. He ate his two flats and waited for the others..... when they came out because they were rushed they were not crispy at all.... We should have left after the drinks.... We spent about 100$ and the food was mediocre and the communication between the kitchen and staff totally.
