Victor the manager was very unprofessional, he said we couldn't buy more than 3 drinks an hour. After our second round at the hour, he said he wouldn't be serving us any more. After we calculated a total of two drinks per hour, he insisted it was bc we needed to spend more money on food. Decided to hit up twin peaks because we'd been shopping all day in that area and hungry! We wanted wings. We heard the a w decent for wings, so why not. Well it was BUSY... We didn't know but it was UFC 179 for $5 so of course everyone was there drinking and checking out the fights. I'm a huge ufc fan so I didn't mind, my wife however was ehhhh. Not interested. I guess the big take away and the reason it gets 3 stars instead of 2 is the very nice tvs they have playing sports. All sports from college football to the World Series and even the ufc fight. My friend recommended that we go here for lunch last time we were in El Paso. I thought the atmosphere was pretty good. Fairly large place and everywhere you turn your head, you will see a large flat screen TV showing various sports stations. I lost count after 30. There are tables are outside with a fire place and yes, there are TVs out there also. All of the servers are young ladies and they are very friendly and prompt with service. Oh yeah, they are attired similar to Hooters' girls. However, I have to give the Twin Peaks and the servers a class up from the Hooters. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against Hooters or their girls. The menu is fairly short, but the food has been good. There are many choices of beer on tap and the bottles, more importantly, the price seems to be reasonable. I am not a drinker, so I can not swear on that. We were there over the weekend to watch the games and it was packed and we had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. Even with the packed house, the service was pretty quick and the food came out much faster than anticipated. It is a great place to visit once in a while, but would be pretty hard to go there often. With the short list on the menu, you will repeating the food very quickly. I suppose, you could go there just for the view, but I am sure that will get old real quick also. I am writing this review for the Twin Peaks in the Fountains (8889 Gateway Blvd W) in El Paso, TX. When my boyfriend and I arrived we were told there would be a 30-45 minute wait. Kylie took my name and number to reserve our spot. Over an hour went by and still we did not receive a call/text saying that our table was ready. We went back inside and stood in line for at least 10 more minutes before being helped, only to find out that we were not on the list. When we were eating no napkins were given to us, and when we finally did get some, they brought us 2--one for each of us. Furthermore, my boyfriend asked for more water and never got any. We rated our meals 6/10, as they could've been better, especially after the awful service. Even though our visit was horrible, I will admit that I like the amount of tv's they have and what they show on them. The content is very entertaining and it's a nice change from sports. read more

I walked into Twin Peaks to have an appetizer and a few beers. I was watching some college games at the bar top. Cassidy the bartender was tremendous. She was very industrious, polite, cheerful, and frequently checked on me if I needed anything else. The beer was cold and the chips and queso dip were great. This is one of my regular stops after work on Sundays. The beer is always cold and the food is also very good . Yesterday I had the spicy chipotle chicken, excellent! The chicken does have some kick but not too spicy, the accompanying grilled veggies and mashed potatoes complimented the chicken well. The star of the night though was our server Joanne. She is always friendly, helpful and greets us with a beautiful smile! The servers were wearing their "Valentines Day " outfits which definitely adds to a good dining experience. Came here yesterday with my boyfriend & his friends and the hostess were very friendly. So I was our waitress. She was very attentive in the begging but once she got back from her break or something her mood changed. You could tell she was upset. We asked for extra ranch and never got it and instead of asking any of us if we wanted refills on our drinks she just took all our cups. Two of boyfriends friends cups were still half way full. probably the worst experience i've had a twin peak. i came with 4 friends around midnight. it wasn't packed or anything. multiple people behind the bar, but it took a while for someone to come set us up at our table. once we were seated, our waitress gave us our menus and left. we tried to get someone's attention for drink and our order. we tried to make eye contact with the people behind the bar, we waved our hands, we YELLED, nothing. music was on full blast for anyone to hear us i guess. and that was the theme for the night. trying to get attention with our server. the food was overly salted. we got some fried mushrooms, pickles, fries. and wings. lets say we had to portion our water b/c we knew it's going to be hard to get a refill. come time for the check, it was the same ol' game. we tried 10mins to get someone attention, in the end we walked up to the register at the front, and my friend actually CALLED the landline so that maybe someone would come pick up the phone to check us out. I hate writing bad reviews. However, this Twin Peaks is so disappointing. I ordered a sangria in the beginning of the night, no problem. I ordered a second. 15 minutes go by and I ask the waitress. She tells me they are out...ok, I'll have a margarita. After I get it, the lady next to me gets a sangria. Not sure if it was the waitress that LIED to me or the bartender lied to her. Either way, not a good look. It went downhill from there...waitress never came by. I had to chase her down on 4 separate occasions. Unlike Tanya (review below) I came over to Twin Peaks because my dad likes this place & it was a free meal for me! I wish they had hot guys waiting on you in revealing clothes! But the burger wasn't bad at all! I had The Hangover, it was like an upscale version of Jack-in-the- Box's, Breakfast on a Bun. It had a delicious ground beef patty or pattie? Topped with a fried egg, and on top of that, thick, crisp, delicious bacon! Bread was nicely toasted, melted American cheese, and some lettuce! No tomatoes, which I'm thankful for! If I ever go again, I'll order the same thing, minus the over-seasoned, salty, soggy fries! Did you all do want to kill me? Bad enough, that delicious burger was high in cholesterol, now get they want me to have high blood pressure. I'm giving 3 stars, because my mom and step-mom ordered the Buttermilk Chicken Sliders, and the biscuits were burned! The waitress says, "that's the way they are prepared!" Plus the lemon with the fish and chips, was charred! She said the same thing! That does not fly with me, no restaurant in their right mind will burn your biscuits, serve charred lemon, and say, oh it comes that way, that's the way it's prepared! Two friends and I visited Twin Peaks on 7/7/2020 around 7 PM. Waitress, Breanna, was very confrontational. So confrontational she began to let my table and I know that she will be meeting us outside after her shift, implying she wanted to get into a physical altercation. When we asked her to calm down, stop screaming at us and told her there was no need to be using foul language, she continued to use vulgar language and got louder. She was very violent and full of anger when she begin putting her fingers in one of my guests face. The manager, Victor, did not de-escalate the situation even after admitting to witnessing the altercation. In fact, Victor, began to provoke the situation by stating we, the guests, may have been the ones to cause the altercation. I asked for contact information for management and the Human Resources Department, Victor stated he did not have to provide this information since it can be found on the company website. My guest and I were and still are in shock this happened and the manager allowed it to happen. In addition, city ordinance that face coverings are required for those working and operating in the food industry. Many of the staff members were seen multiple times talking to guests and carrying out orders without a face mask present or the face mask hanging from their chin. read more
