Unpleasant Experience at Twin Peaks - 10177 N Kings Hwy My wife and I had been intrigued by Twin Peaks and finally decided to give it a try this past Sunday after a visit to Bass Pro. Unfortunately, our experience at the Twin Peaks located at 10177 N Kings Hwy was disheartening, primarily due to the abysmal service provided by our server, Juliana. Despite having an easy time finding a seat at the bar, Juliana greeted us with utmost unfriendliness, coupled with rude and condescending behavior. Her lack of attention was so apparent that we speculated whether she was preoccupied or disinterested, even jokingly suggesting she might be romantically involved with the owner. The situation went from bad to worse when Juliana failed to return for our order, leaving us bewildered and frustrated. In our own experience of running a restaurant, we understand the importance of providing excellent customer service. Recognizing Juliana's shortcomings, we approached another staff member, who graciously took over our service. To our dismay, it was confirmed that our dissatisfaction wasn't isolated; other customers were also expressing their grievances about Juliana's demeanor. Whether it was due to our race, personal dislike, or a general lack of professionalism, we couldn't pinpoint the cause of Juliana's behavior. Unfortunately, this has led us to the decision that Twin Peaks at 10177 N Kings Hwy will not see our patronage again. We hope this review serves as a constructive critique for the management to address issues related to customer service. Discrimination or poor treatment of customers should never be tolerated, and we believe it is essential to share our experience to prevent others, especially those of color, from encountering similar discomfort at Twin Peaks. We have been coming in for quite a few months now, usually sit at the bar but because it was pretty full last night we decided to get a table. Never had a bad experience at the bar.. Jordyn and Anna are always great. We had the pleasure of having Jaylee as our server. She was so sweet and welcomed us with the biggest smile. We got the loaded french fry as our appetizer along with wings, they took about 30 minutes to come out but Jaylee promptly apologized in advance if there was any delay on getting our entrees and let us know it would be a little later than expected. It was a Saturday evening so totally understandable. When we did receive our food it was a 10/10! My husband got the hangover burger and I got the fish N chips. Sports bar food is usually sub-par but compliments to the chef! We stayed for a few hours to watch the game and had a few of their ice cold beers. You can even see the temperature gauge on the wall. This is a review for the North Myrtle beach location. Food was properly cooked and tasted good. This was on a Thursday around 430 or 5pm. Compared to Concord NC place was pretty empty but i saw several waitresses. I was sitting at the bar and service was not an issue. It's always crowded in the Charlotte area no matter when I visit a Twin Peaks location so that was an unexpected change. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. I guess I had not realized all locations are not like Charlotte area. No crowds here on Thursday in September. I'm not used to crowd levels like covid just ended though. Hopefully just a slow time in off season at the beach. I heard I missed the lunch crowd. The central bar is very large and circular. Large alligator in middle, not live. Place is in old mall next door to Bass Pro building. Plenty of parking available. Food was good. read more

The Girls are awesome the atmosphere is warm (because of the girls) HOWEVER, management and restaurant idea that I must choice either a girl or a section is CRAP. Let the server decide or I will go elsewhere!!! Noise levels is off the chain (better know sign language).. Here is the truth. The girls either deserve my generosity or they don't... they are not making a living at minimum wage. A restaurant that claims to be a sports should have better wings Twin Peaks has a ton of room for improvement. (I may not have spelled that correctly!) she is not only amazing at her job (we had seven people with huge personalities) she is articulate, hilarious, and beautiful. and GREAT with kids! one of my party just MENTIONED something she thought may not be right with her order... in NO WAY complaining... and Carley had a manager over even when we told her everything was great!!! know who does that? COMPETENT employees. Carly MAKES the NMB Twin Peaks! Better hurry though! she's in college for a Psychology degree which I have no doubt she will earn with honors. I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience. While our server, Annabel, provided excellent service, the management was completely unprofessional. Several items were served cold or incorrect, and Manager Terri Roberts made no effort to address the issues or assist in any way. Additionally, we waited 45 minutes for a beer because the bartenders were idle, leaving our server unable to deliver drinks in a timely manner. This reflects very poorly on the leadership and overall management of this location. I previously left a negative review but decided to give the restaurant another chance, only to be disappointed again. At this point, I will not be returning, and I intend to escalate my concerns to corporate. read more

Kylee was my waitress and she was awesome and deserves a raise! checked on me many times throughout my meal. I had chips and queso and they were tasty. they give you a sh!tload so i had plenty to take home. Entree was steak salad. portion was a little light for that price but still it was good. The dressing was a lite jalapeno/honey dressing that was boss. little heat/ little sweet. I wanted to try a draft beer because theirs is ice cold but i was high so i didnt bother. The only negative was that the parking lot was dark. there were lightpoles but they werent working. We go to Twin Peaks in NMB every time we come to town. Over the years we've had multiple servers, but on a visit a few months ago we had a server by the name of Cameron. We now ask for her by name when we go. She's not only efficient, but personable for a young lady. She always has a smile on her face and checks back to see if we need anything. Nowadays it's so nice to receive good service and consistent. I would highly recommend if you're in the NMB area stop in and ask for Cameron. You won't be disappointed with the service, atmosphere, food and of course ice cold beer. read more

Had an awesome experience at Twin Peaks! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor, and the drinks were perfectly made. What really made the experience even better was our waitress, Kayla. She was beyond amazing -- attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Her service was top-notch, and she really went above and beyond to make the visit enjoyable. Went for our 1st visit to TPG and we had a great experience. We were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by the hostess, had an awesome waitress, Ginny, who took great care of use and help decide what was good to have there as a first timer. The food was super yummy, I had the blackened fish tacos and hubby had the Hangover burger and we also had the mozzarella bite for an appetizer and everything was great! Drinks were also great and the specials were every better! Can't wait to go back to try something different that is just as yummy! read more

These people are not very nice. I was in there and if they didn't want to serve me, the bartender should have said " I can't serve you". But what happened was I got a drink and then this ape of a manager grabs my shoulder and grips me causing pain and said he wants to speak with me. He stated a bunch of gibberish and I said I was going to leave and he would not release me. Then he yelled down to the bartender close his tab and he told me don't come back. Dropped by Twin Peaks in Myrtle Beach and had a great time. The place has a fun vibe, good food, and plenty of TVs so you don't miss a thing. Our waitress, Kyleigh, was the real highlight. She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and stayed on top of everything without us ever having to ask. Drinks stayed full, food came out just like we ordered it, and she kept the whole visit relaxed and enjoyable. First-timer. We went on a Friday night. Did get seated quickly. Our waitress "Katlyn" was great!!! We never had to ask for a refill on drinks; the dink pour was very nice. I had the naked Wings bone-in with Spicy-Thai Chilli, Cooked perfectly, and the sauce was delicious. The manager came by to check on us; that was a lovely service touch. I will go back again!!! I highly recommend checking them out. If you have had a bad experience, give them another chance. You should not judge a restaurant by one visit. read more

Olivia. had to be one of the sweetest, most personable young ladies I've ever had. i was early so the restaurant was quiet. Service was awesome. Waitress made several recommendations and all turned out great. Wife had a margarita that she loved and she really loved that bartender asked if she wanted any tweaks to the second one. Manager "Bobby" made a point of ensuring we enjoyed the visit. Love the abundance of TVs so you don't miss any of the sports action. Food was excellent. Much better than I would expect from a sports bar. Also the coldest draft beer at the beach. I was visiting myrtle beach this week and I found twin peaks by the luck of the draw after the movies in the adjacent mall. I decided to do take out from the restaurant two times this week but my second time was by far the best. I decided to sit at the bar while waiting for my food and I was being taken care of by Nora. Service was great! Jadelyn was quick to arrive at our table and was very friendly and helpful. She remembered special requests, brought extra napkins, gave us updates on our order (which arrived quickly) and always had a smile! Had the Smokehouse burger which was delicious. We had an amazing experience at Twin Peaks. Our server , Maddie, was nothing short of incredible. My son had never been here and she took the time to answer his questions. Very thoughtful and kind throughout the whole experience. The food was hot and fresh. We never had to ask for anything as she was a step ahead. We even saw the manager as he checked to see how our meal was and ask us about our day. We will definitely be back and keep up the great work!!!! read more
