Great ambience! Sports bar motif! Stops there: First too many entrances you don't know the right one. You can walk completely through from a couple of entry points without anyone offering to seat you or even look at you. I know, I walked through 4 or 5 times while staying there. Never ate though! I was told once it was a 30 minute wait but after 45 minutes we headed out to Cook Out. After coming back, we walked through and the same people were waiting to be served. Food was ok nothing special. Service was frustrating, we walked in not sure if we sat ourselves or went in the wrong door and like 3 girls in the corner just stared at us. As we went to find a table assuming that's what we were supposed to do not seeing a sign saying wait to be seated. A host came over to seat us after we were already walking to find one. Building only had us and about 2 other families and food took what felt like forever then we asked for more toast for the pulled pork sandwhich and it took 30 mins. We came down to snag some dinner from our hotel. We didn't have a wait, and it's family-friendly. The thing that hit me was that the pizza we ordered wasn't very good. The crust was perfectly fine, but the amount of red sauce was disgusting. They put so much sauce on this pizza that as you went to bite, it came out all over. The sauce to bread to cheese ratio was completely unbalanced. Plus the meats... yall. I expect if I order the meat pizza, to have better quality. What I got was cubed ham, burnt crumbled bacon bits and sausage. (See the photo) Which, probably all I can say is the sausage was OK. Everything else was, eh. We were starving, so we had a couple of slices. I started pressing the cheese and toppings down with my butter knife, and the ketchup-pizza sauce oozed out. After that, it was midly better to consume. Tbh if I wasn't so hungry and my kid wasn't so hungry, we would have gone somewhere else. We now have some heartburn from the pizza. Talk about regret. The sports bar is in an excellent location. I loved the staff, they do not meet a stranger. We had mango and watermelon margarita. Let me tell you amazing is an understatement. Waited over an hour for what I think is a pretty simple order. 10 buffalo wings, crispy with 2 blue cheeses. The wait annoying but when I got home the order was wrong as you can see from the receipt. Not only was it 5 of one flavor and 5 of another, but they weren't crispy at all. After getting food poisoning years ago from wings, I prefer my wings crispy. I was able to eat one flat before throwing them away. $20 for the wings and a $4 tip. read more

I literally do not understand how this place has three stars! This is a five star location right near our hotel. My husband had a draft beer and I had mixed drink, which were both pretty good. But the speciality is the amazing burger and fries. It was incredible. They give you large servings for very reasonable prices. Our food came back out and our waitress checked on us regularly. The food was actually pretty good and they certainly give you plenty of it. I had a huge chicken Cesar salad that wasn't stingy on any ingredients. My friends really liked the beer-battered fries. However, never have I ever witnessed such rudeness from a server! My two friends and I dropped in because most other restaurants in walking distance were closing soon at the time. It was pretty empty at this place so we were seated rather quickly. When the server came to take our order there was no greeting whatsoever and it was apparent just by her body language that she was in a foul mood. First she asked what we wanted to drink. We just wanted water so easy enough. After she returned with the water she asked what we wanted to order, just like that. We kept it simple and ordered without any special requests. My friend made an Inquiry about whether her turkey wrap came with fries (because there were two other opts for sides). The server stated "you can read it yourself. Does it say it comes with fries?". My friend stated yes, but there are other options listed so she wanted to make sure that she got the fries. The server never came to check on us again after serving our food. No water refills, no add'l napkins...we even had to flag another servers down to find our server so that we could get the check and request carry out containers. My friends and I debated on leaving a tip at all and settled on leaving literally a few dollars. She truly did not deserve a tip at all. Not my business or concern what was going on with her personally at that time, but there is never any reason to be outright rude to patrons unnecessarily. We weren't being demanding in any way. We didn't bother to complain to mgmt because it was late at night, we were on vacay and just didn't feel up to fussing with it. I wouldn't visit here again, not even for carry-out. read more

We sat outside and it was a nice view of the ocean. However, the service was one of the worst we have ever experienced. We had four different people come up to us all throughout the meal, so we had no idea who our server really was. The girl that took our drink order typed them out on her phone. My boyfriend ordered an old fashioned and somehow got brought back a bud light draft. I got the chicken strips which were really good and my boyfriend got the pulled pork sandwich and it was good. It was also pretty expensive. Only giving three stars because the food was good, but we won't be back. read more

We always eat at Drafts the first night when we stay at Westgate. It's nice to have a place right on property. Pros: I had the Grilled Chicken Avocado sandwich. The chibata bun was incredibly soft. My boyfriend had the cajun shrimp pasta. Both meals were very good. 5 stars. Our server, James, was awesome!! Had refills of our drinks before they were empty and without us asking. 5 stars. Cons: menu was more limited than last time. 3 stars. There prices have increased, like elsewhere, but feel they are a hit high for what you get. 3 stars. Overall- 4 stars. read more

Typical pub food, nothing amazing but it was decent. Ordered the loaded Tater tots and wings, I've had better. Garlic parm Wings had no flavor. Waiter was great, very friendly. My son and I stayed at Westgate for a short vacation and had meals at Drafts 3 times. The Draft burger is delicious and the tots are super crispy. We came here twice when in Myrtle Beach and each time I can the food is worth it. The service not so much. The first time was dinner time on a Thursday, the waiter/bartender was rude. It was his last day and he made it known. However, please do yourself the favor and try the buffalo chicken nachos. Omg they are soooo good!! Went to try this out since it close to our hotel at the beach. Kinda feel bad for this place. Had 20 people working but only 1 person to take orders and he also was the bartender. Drinks were wrong and the salad with grilled chicken was awful. Chicken was cold as ice. We waited forever for our food. Drinks stayed empty the whole time. And the guy was complaining that he started at 8 am and no one wants to work. Why can't they train the other 19 people standing around in there. Even the manager was no help to the poor guy at all. I didn't eat here because the server/bartender didn't even greet me when I walked in. All he said, the menu is there and he pointed to it. This is what you call restaurant service? It's p*ss poor. I was waiting for the guy to show some manners and enthusiasm for having a customer walk in (the only one before the dinner rush) but since that never transpired I decided to leave the bar and walk out. Is this common for South Carolina? What happened to southern hospitality, coming from NY I know we have to lower our expectations maybe a little but not this much. This is a great way to lose customers because I will be not be heading downstairs to eat there again on this (my first here) stay, especially having read others' negative reviews. Seriously management, invest in your customer service at the eatery. Everyone's a little stiff here, including the check-in desk.
