I'm have been sitting an hour at the bar waiting in food with 48 people In the whole restaurant. The bar is loaded with dirty plates and when they do get cleaned off they have not wiped anything down. I can absolutely respect when a place is busy waiting on something, but this was ridiculous. We were a party of four and seated very quickly. The place was very busy and the waitress was very attentive. The food was slow to arrive. The appetizers arrived almost in tandem with the main course. Some of the food arrived barely warm. A lot of up side to the opportunity. Not a bad experience and we will give it another try as they work out grand opening issues. Everything appears very clean. This location should do very well. I would recommend for a cold beverage, a quick knosh or just to catch a game on the big screens. read more

It didn't start off that great..Granted it was 10pm when we walked in. We stood at the door waiting to be seated, nope nothing (sign said wait to be seated) so we finally just sat at the bar. Only one menu was provided, I asked for a second one and the response was "let me see if I can find one", really your a restaurant you should have multiple on hand!!! We ordered dinner, I asked for the Turkey Avocado smash sandwich with sweet potato fries - which is what comes with the sandwich according to the menu. I got an Avocado burger with regular FF. The new waitress (the original one left after taking our order) did asked if I wanted to return it for what I wanted, I did decline, as I was hungry, we just had rolled in from a long drive and I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for my food. Just for the record the burger wasn't horrible or maybe I was just too hungry to know the difference. I'm just disappointed all round, I guess I just had higher expectations since the TP in our area is always spot on. read more

Absolutely a terrible experience to eat at Twin Peaks on December 28th, 2024. This was very heartbreaking to us because we come into town every December and the entire month of July. We eat here 3 to 4 times every time we come into town. We ordered the following 12 boneless BBQ wings, 12 boneless wings sauce on side, 24 boneless BBQ wings and I ordered the Double Stack Nacho with Brisket with only cheese, queso and beans. We waited over an hour for our food and look at the quality of the nachos. This is AFTER I sent back because the first batch was burnt and sat in window. I wish I would have taken a picture of the first batch. The manager on duty was a terrible smart ass and Twin Peaks should be embarrassed of his performance as a manager and the quality of food. Absolutely terrible and Twin Peaks should do better especially in today's time! Very disappointing and sadly has placed a terrible taste in our mouth for this restaurant. read more

Let start off with the up side the beer and mugs are icy cold , great selection. Service we waited for everything, beer, food, check, and pick up the check. We were sat near the kitchen which was very loud , it sounded like a wrestling match going on, but the beer was good and cold. The food was another thing I had the Philly Steak with fries. the bun was blah, the beef had no taste at all it was hot very little cheese a very forgettable sandwich. My date had fish tacos she said they were tasty. The beer was cold and good. The skimpy outfits on the wait staff was ok but not anything to write home about. But the beer was cold. Finally beer was good, mixed drinks were good , the fish tacos were good , but the Philly Steak was a zero. Worst french fries ever. Margaritas were very weak and very sweet and we had to ask for limes ... weird... who serves margaritas without limes? Twin Peaks is a themed restaurant. Next to Bass Pro Shop, it looks like a large cabin and decorated inside to look exactly what you'd expect in a mountain cabin. There's a 360 bar with TVs all around; ideal on a heavy sports day. The wait staff/bartenders are all women and wear scantily outfits (essentially a mountain-themed Hooters) which I assume is a play on a "Twin Peaks." Consider this when coming as a family. Our server was nice, but wasn't the most helpful. For example, I asked if they had a draft beer list and she said, "no" which I thought was weird because they must have at least 12 beers on draft. Turns out they make their own beer, but it wasn't until I got up and went and looked at the taps at the bar that I saw that. Inquiring to the waitress about what I saw, I ended up trying the "dirty brunette," a Yuengling-like beer, and thought it was good. The draft beers are served in a frozen glass which is my favorite. Once we ordered our meal it was about a 40-minute wait for four dinners which put us past 8pm. Looking around at the other tables, others customers looked to be growing impatient as well. The restaurant was not very busy as it is early March and after 7pm. We asked twice for an update. I ordered the brisket street tacos and they were good. The brisket was hot and tender. The tortilla chips I did not care for, but the queso was yummy. While the food was decent and the beer was cold, the wait time and overall "type" of restaurant this is was not for us and will most likely not return. read more

Surprised our waitress gave me a "review" card after seeing that I had one bite of my food. Don't waste your money. Should've left immediately after my trip to the bathroom.... greasy floors throughout, no toilet paper, no hand towels, gross bathrooms, bland food (hubby thinks they need to change the grease or something). His tacos said they had cilantro on them... he found one piece of cilantro lol... Friend had pot roast... no gravy, no green beans as advertised. My wings came out barely warm and had a weird taste. Well I can say the food is better than Hooters and they have a great selection of bourbon which really surprised me. The 3 bartenders we had were all good looking ladies and flaunting their name sake "twin peaks" it gets a bit annoying however when you are trying to eat and they keep talking. Most likely,in order to receive more of a tip. I get it. Its a good place for a visit or for your golf buddies to hang out. Not a restaurant I would go to have dinner. read more

Myself and 2 daughters went for dinner, got there at 6, at 6:25 waitress appears, order Sweet tea, sprite and Tito's /soda.. crickets for 35 min, soda and Unsweetened tea appear .. no Tito's .. so 15 min later I go to bar, bartender says she told my waitress they were out of Tito's ... huh. So I get my own drink, back at table, my waitress is amazed that we wanted our Chips & Salsa as an app.. unheard of !! We left. Don't go , it's awful!!!! read more

Emily was a great. We stopped in for lunch. We had a toddler with us that was getting hungry after he woke up from his nap. The kids menu was great and it was reasonable priced. Emily took our order and answered all questions we had about the menu. Our food came out in a reasonable time. If it was hot, and the orders were correct. When we first walked in it wasn't that crowded and it had a good vibe, I thought this looks like a good place. There was one party in front of us waiting to be seated and it took the hostess about five minutes to seat us. We got to our table and they had appetizer plates and silverware wrapped in napkins. The top plate was greasy and the silverware had dried food on it. The waitress came right away and took our order and brought our drinks. It took over a half hour to bring our food. She brought our appetizers with the rest of our meal. My husband ordered his burger medium and the meat and bacon were BURNT. Then I went into the restroom. It was dirtier than a gas station restroom. Trash all over the floor , two stalls were out of toilet paper. Water all over the floor. Came to Twin Peaks in Myrtle Beach on a Saturday afternoon. Grabbed two seats at the bar. We waited a good 10 minutes and nobody ever even came to ask us if we wanted a drink or anything. Decided to get up and leave and the couple sitting next to us said "you're giving up?" I said yes, and they said they were there a good 5 min before us and they hadn't been served yet either. Noticed a few employees just standing around - so maybe they only had 1 bartender who could take care of all of us - but in 10-15 min to not even make their way around the bar is a bad job. I will not even try to return. They seem more interested in appeasing the large tables - probably because they'll make more $$ off of them - just doesn't make it right. Bad job all around. read more

Good food, everything tasted good and was prepared perfectly and quickly. Back-of-the-house is obviously well managed. The front-of-the-house, however, has no apparent management or training in place. There were five bartenders working the bar, and yet the service was very poor. We watched one girl uncork a bottle of wine without cutting the foil off, then left the ragged foil on the bottle and proceeded to measure out four ounces with a jigger. Another girl then made a margarita without measuring anything, so very inconsistent. I give 3 stars color the waitress that tried. Our food took forever & barely warm. My husband had the steak sandwich with was dry like shoe leather. I had ordered the pulled pork sandwich & got pulled pork over French fries. No big deal, didn't need the bread but kind of looked forward to the cole slaw. Had to ask across the bar for another soda water she made three drinks before she brought it over to us. And she never once came over and checked on us she was never apologetic for messing our order up and I waited so long to cash out that we asked the manager to cash us out. The golf simulator area had a box of leftovers, glass of soda, and crumbs/fries on the floor from the night before. The hostess that sat us and the manager came into the area and ignored the mess. We asked two different workers for towels to clean the couches and no one ever delivered. Both bathrooms were dirty. No paper towels, toilet paper on the ground, just messy. Probably one of the worst dinning experiences of my life Twin Peaks Restaurants. Served my 13yo RAW boneless wings and had an attitude with me because I was upset my 13 yos chicken was raw she argued it happens sometimes foods undercooked. Ummmm pretty sure chicken is on the list of never served undercooked. Also waited an hour for our food and we're told they were just waiting on the boneless wings that were then raw. I understand it happens but to treat us like we did something wrong or are wrong for being upset my 13 yo just ate raw chicken. read more

We had guests in our party that never got there order. They ran out of beer by 7pm that was on their special. One of us ordered a bucket of Coronas only to be told after 20 minutes that they didn't have them. Then, another 2 people came by to tell us that as well, but none brought any drinks!!
