We got a alert less then 5 mins our table was ready. () Then as we going to our table the host said let me clean your table off really quick. (). Okay so far so good. We got the same waitress from last visit which we was okay with. Im not gonna say her name but yeah. So she takes our drink order i got a dr pepper my friend asked for a beer DRESSED and queso and chips. So our drinks came out beer wasnt dressed okay no big deal just give us some salt. Okay nachos comes out but no silverware or napkins. My guy finished his beer still no salt. So we order our food he got wings and fries i wanted steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes. So we waiting still no salt still no silverware/napkins. So our waitress comes back i asked could they add onions and mushrooms to the side and can i get a1 sauce. Okay our food comes out my boy only got his wings. My food comes out and my sides was looking dry so i touched it. My shit was colder then outside. Oh and no sauce or my onions or mushrooms. Still no napkins. So i called another girl and said this shit is cold. And asked for our stuff we was missing the girl was like wtf is yall waitress doing. So my friend finished his wings i still have no food. They bring out my food and fries, with onions and mushrooms on the side. I picked up a mushroom they were iced cold that was the straw i called the waitress told her to take it back cause one all they did was warm it up in a microwave cause they potatoes was dry. 3.5 stars but I gave it 4, the service is ok and the girls are friendly and not too pushy. I have attended the place 4 times. The first two times was for Lunch with a customer. The food took way to long to come out, but it was ok. So if you come eat at noon expect delays or being late to work from lunch. The second two times was for drinks after work and it was better but still a little delay. The Mexican martini was very bad, but the margaritas were awesome. Always enjoy going to the location back in Lenexa KS. We had really good service, cold beer which is always a plus. And of course couldn't go there without getting the pulled pork nachos. Now this is a dinner that anyone could have without an entree. The portions are huge, the nachos were big enough to feed at least 4-5 ppl. Bigger plus is that the Modelo girls were there so we got free beer and was able to try out the VR. A lot of TVs so you don't have to miss any games. Definitely great chill place to come on Sunday's. I've been a couple times and it's been the worst restaurant experience. When I ordered food the waitress did not ask us if we would like to substitute the fried pickles on an entree for something else, instead she assumed we'd want more chicken tenders which were very disgustingly rubber type chewy. I asked them to the forget about the burger because I lost an appetite after trying to eat the tenders, she goes "sorry I can't do that since I put the order in already" customer satisfaction a ZERO. Went in yesterday and stood at the hostess desk for over 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged I was there. Looking around, several of the staff was just standing around. Seeing all the customers sitting at their tables with nothing on them, I decided to carry my business across the highway to Hooters. I would say worst service ever, but I didn't get ANY service. I arrived with my date for the evening (we're both female) and we were looking forward to a few drinks and dinner. We were seated promptly, but after 13 minutes of waiting... no water.. no nothing, my date went to the hostess and asked to speak to the manager. She was very friendly and polite. The hostess went to the table next to ours where the manager was sitting talking with a table full of guys and servers. The manager appeared to be annoyed from the interruption of his guy time and said he'd get someone over to our table quickly... about 5 servers passed us and still... NOTHING. We got up and left and went to 3rd Base. WAY better food and prompt service! **** UPDATE **** after emailing the company, they offered to pay for mine and my guest's meal on our next visit. This just happened about 5 mins ago. My boyfriend and I were seated as soon as we walked in ... we were told a waitress will be with us soon. We sat there for about 5 mins and one waitress asked has anyone been by to take our order we said no and she replied okay let me go see who your waitress is... another 10 mins past and about 3 or 4 waitress pass by all bringing orders to different tables but no one stops at our table. I love beer, but the most important part of my beer is how cold it is when I drink it. This place is great when it comes to that, always served at 32 degrees or colder. The ladies here are friendly and pretty attentive to their guests. Restrooms could be a bit cleaner and food selection isn't that great but it is served at the right temperature each time. As someone who works at Twin peaks. My experience was not pleasant. Waited god knows how long for our waitress. My red bull never showed up till maybe 15 min after ordering it( I'm not exaggerating). The waitress put our food in late. We watched a table across from us wait at least 10 min for their waitress before they left. The manager Ivan seemed like he could care less when we let him know.
