A family of four arrived un announced. We were greeted by the host and cashier when we stepped inside the door for seating arrangements and billiards. My family chose to sit at the the bar for drinks and appetizers. The bar maids were plenty so we did not have to wait in odering our drinks. As our drink orders were taken we were asked if we wanted to set up a bar tap for our group. We were sold! The music was bumping! The soccer matches were on the many televisions surrounding the tavern. The patrons were shooting pool, darts, ping pong and eating from the inside restaurant bistro at the dining tables. We ordered and had drinks. Well seasoned drinks and ate wings, fries, shrimp,chicken tenders, veggies and burgers at the bar. The manager advised that our remote was advising us to report to the host stand for pool table seating. We were able to bring our appetizers to the surrounding seating and begin billiards fun. The transaction lasted all night until closing with a bar maid (Bee) serving us all morning. She was very professional and courteous. My family was so satisfied with our outing this weekend past, my wife wants to celebrate her birthday this upcoming Friday 4th of July! Food, darts, ping pong......they even have something to Janga! The pool tables are always tip top and I never have to go chase down chalk, plus there's like a billion of them. Oh, and Alina kills it every time I stop by, she is speeding around that place just completing quest after quest and high five'n everyone in between. My wife and I come here weekly for league. Having worked in bar service I understand dealing with "patrons" can be trying. But when a customer is a regular, respectful, and clearly tries (I.e. stacking deads, or even returning glasses to the bar) and they are met with an attitude like we witnessed this Monday it's really disheartening. As regular patrons (not the aforementioned "patrons") the whole "what do you want" ,the rolled eyes when asking for a check, and when you try to get a drink at the bar and the question is "which waitress did you transfer your tab to" creates a whole diatribe that creates yet ANOTHER level of attitude seriously is unprofessional and makes me not want to tip or spend money there. I apologize for trying to give you money and help make payroll, didn't know it would be such a burden. Still leaving three stars because I don't want to negatively impact your score but the model of waitress vs bar staff and who has the ticket, to who gets the tip or whatever your practice is reflects on the service. nothing was horribly wrong with this place, but there were some things of note that i found to be weird. we were here on a friday afternoon and the girl behind the bar at the time disappeared a couple of times for close to 10 minutes with nobody else to take care of the customers and there was a baby sitting at the bar as well. as explicitly stated on their website there is supposed to be happy hour for pool mon-fri from 11-2 $5 and 2-7 for $7 which is the reason we came here at that time, but the lady behind the bar was adamant that it was only for the drinks and friday-saturday were $13. we wound up having to pay $13 for each person even though i showed her that the website stated that, so we got scammed a bit from this place. it's a fine pool hall nothing wrong with it, but those instances rubbed us the wrong way. read more

Been here a few times and it's always a fun time. Place can get very packed so be ready for a wait sometimes but still you could always sit by the bar and order food while waiting for a pool table. The chicken fingers were really good. Fried to perfection and the mozzarella sticks had the perfect cheese pull. Tried to go on a Saturday while there was a UFC fight and we decided to come back on a Sunday evening with more chill atmosphere and we weren't disappointed. Very spread out, plenty of tables, clean, good equipment. Music jumps all over the place from upbeat, slow sad songs, country, hip hop, pop, the volume goes high and then so low you can barely hear it. To the point my plus one and I each put in an air pod to hear our own music. We had two mixed drinks from the bar and it was a weak pour, even as I watched her pour it, it was under.
