I think this is my first time writing a 5 star review on yelp. This was one of my best experiences at a nail salon. I randomly just walked in today and let them know I had to pick my son up from somewhere in 45 minutes and they said they can still take me and do my manicure and pedicure at the same time and they did get me out in 45 minutes. I especially really appreciated the person doing my pedicure. She really took her time and did a great job. I liked it so much I bought 2 gift cards for family members. What else to expect: - easy parking in the small lot in the back if you don't get a VIP spot right outside - all of the guest chairs strangely have tennis balls cushioning the bottom of each leg, like senior citizen walker style. I've been to this nail salon multiple times and they do such a great job! They're polite and Have a so many color choices for no chip. Kevin was sweet and helped me pick my color- which I loved! He took his time doing my pedicure and made sure I liked the color on my nails before actually moving forward. Truly appreciated his sincerity for my nail color. I so wanted to love this place, but unfortunately I cannot recommend it. The positives are that the salon is clean and the staff is friendly and professional. That said, my no chip manicure chipped in less than one week and that is a deal breaker for me. At that point, might as well just pay for regular polish and it will chip in the same amount of time. No chip chipping that fast is indicative of application error or poor application technique, because when done right it should last minimum 2 weeks, but in better quality salons 3-4 weeks. read more

Love this place! They do beautiful work and the staff is very friendly. First of all, the salon was very nice, and very clean. We were greeted with a smile as soon as we entered the front door. While picking my nail polish color, I was advised that any color I picked also had a matching color available in "no-chip". So for those that like to match your toenail color with you fingernail colors, this is an added bonus! No need to look at those annoying colorwheels that other salons make you look through! You can just pick the color from the bottle. I decided to go with the spa pedicure and the no-chip polish. The man that did my pedicure took his time and it felt amazing. After cleaning out my nails and cuticles and scrubbing the bottom of my feet, he rubbed my feet and massaged my legs for what seemed like a full 5-10 min per leg. This is rare as all the other salons I've been to try to rush through this process. The lady that did my no-chip Mani was also wonderful and great at her job. She did very neat work, did 3 coatings of color and 2 clear coatings which made the color look great. After that, she even gave me a back and shoulder massage. I love this place! I'm very satisfied with the results. They have a special going on right now. $35 for a spa pedicure + manicure and $55 if you want the spa pedi and no chip mani. I stumbled on this little gem of a nail salon when I needed a manicure and pedicure for my son's special event. There "Grand Opening Special sign" in the window caught my eye. While trying to find the rear entrance from the back parking lot; I bumped into two ladies that works at the hair salon next door. I asked them if they were familiar with the salon. They raved abt the great job the salon does especially Jenny. I can see why! Everyone is super nice, very professional as they greet every person that walks in, and the salon is extremely clean. They give everyone there own nail kit. You can take it with you or they throw it away. I had a relaxing pedicure in spa massage chair that's gives great massage that can be custom to your comfort level. I'm very particular with my pedicure. Jenny did a nice job ensuring I was completely satisfied. My mani was done just as well. So much so that I treated my son to his first manicure. Jenny is also awesome with nail designs which is no additional charge. Never came across another salon that offers this-such a deal! Her suggestions on polish colors and designs are geared towards your comfort. I love bright colors and usual designs. Normally, I like to see the design before they do it but I stepped out of my comfort zone and allowed Jenny to choose both my colors and designs. Love it is an understatement ;). She's awesome! Through my rants and raves, my girlfriend Judy decided to give them a try when she had a special occasion to attend. Her experience was exactly the same. The lady VIVIAN is absolutely horrible and her nasty attitude makes it worse. well let's start with the fact I was a great customer for many years. my job has me traveling extensively so i'm nit on a 2 week appointment. last few times in the salon Kelly and her niece Annie were not friendly. it got to a point where I was told i'm not a regular customer so i can't request Kelly. well Kelly I found a salon that is so customer service oriented and my girls were great. you are either in a rush or angry when you come to work. you double and triple book your clients. you have no people skills. You salons are pretty but your customer service and work has a bit to be desired. I have gotten over 10 sets of acrylics from this place and they always turn out amazing! Yesterday i went in with a reference photo, and the nails they produced looked even better than the photo. We booked a 6:30pm appointment and didn't get seated until 7:30. It was totally worth the wait. But if you are on a strict time schedule make sure you let them know before hand. They are super busy and just want to be able to give each of us exactly what they want so the wait can be lengthy at times. I came across this place by chance and I am so happy that I did. This nail salon is great. The people are wonderful and very accommodating. The salon itself is very clean and I believe everything is brand new. I was told that it's under new management now and it seems to be working well. I use this place to get my nails done but yesterday I went here to get a no chip manicure and the lady cut my cuticles to the point that they were bleeding and are still sore a day later. She attempted to put some oil on it when it was bleeding but it hurt even more. I went back into the salon the next day to show them and the lady tried to tell me that I had dry skin and that was the reason for my cuts. I was very calm and explained that the lady was cutting my cuticles and they started bleeding and she said that never happened. I politely asked for a refund and she said absolutely not and said it's my dry skin. I'm still in pain and will not be returning to Imperial Nails because of the customer service and the way the lady handled things. read more

After being disappointed at my previous location for service that just kept declining, I decided to try Imperial based on the suggestions of several friends. I was beyond satisfied! I made an appointment and was quickly seated upon walking in. Almost immediately I was offered something to drink. They had a selection of magazines and NBC Sports was on as well - something for everyone! The atmosphere is very serene! There are TVs and quiet music playing, but the location is spacious and there is not much noise at all! There are 4 rows of chairs for manicures, and each row has two seats... making it ideal if you want to get your nails done with someone. Kelly does an amazing job and makes sure every nail is the same length, that you are well polished, and that everything looks amazing. She helped me settle my color dilemma- and was able to suggest the perfect color to several others while I was there. No Chip + Pedi special is $55! Regular Mani and Pedi is $35, I believe! read more

I've been here multiple times over the past few years and I've got to say that they're been consistent with my expectations every time. I feel as though this place should receive more recognition since the quality of their work is so great. Every time I've received a french manicure here, it's always been better than the last one. They sterilize all their tools before every service and they even give you a hand and forearm massage! It's SO relaxing after a day of typing away at a computer. During the hand massage, they use a vitamin E capsule along with the lotion and it away with a warm hand towel. (I think they do this with every manicure they provide) With my french manicures, the woman always does a great job. I am INCREDIBLY picky when it comes to how the whites show up. If someone does them crooked or shows too much white from my natural nail, I will make the technician do it again until they get it right. However, this is never the case for this mail salon. When you get your nails dried, your technician also gives you a back massage. * The service is always great. The women who work here are sweethearts and always exchange pleasantries with you. *Everything is CLEAN. This is the most important thing to me since I'm a bit of a germaphobe when it comes to places that have a high volume of customers. *The decor is beautiful is a simple way.
