I had an amazing experience with this business! I reside in California, and received a quote for the perfect dresser for my nursery from a store about 45 minutes away from me. When I called them to purchase the dresser, I found that the store had closed without notice! I had designed my whole nursery around this dresser and matching crib, and desperately contacted the manufacturer, as well as any other furniture retailers I could find. Nobody was able to help me, until I called Twinkle Twinkle Little One. Both Brittney and Courtney were extremely helpful; they contacted a couple of shipping companies to request the lowest quote for me, and were able to drop ship my dresser to me in a week (thank goodness, because my baby was due in one month)!! Such an easy store and people to deal with! We ordered two separate jackets for friends. I somehow didn't put a gift message on one order so they reached out to me to make sure I wanted one. I had questions about embroidery that they responded quickly to and got me the answers I needed. They personally delivered one jacket and then when I realized another hadn't been delivered I reached out to inquired. They explained they were actually hand delivering all orders in the area! Turns out our friend has gone out of state for the next month. They asked for the address, sent me the tracking info, and shipped it for free! What a classy place! I would go back in a heartbeat. This store is a true gem! It's full of the most wonderful baby gifts, home decor, upscale crib bedding and furniture, etc. I always feel like I'm in a treasure chest when I'm there. I need to update my review because this store and all the women who work here are truly awesome. We ordered some custom canvas prints for our nursery and one came in and didn't match the color that was in the book we chose from. We voiced our concerns and Rachel and team called the company and they replaced it for us with no charge. They really have great customer service!!! Great new children's boutique. I can find things here that I haven't seen anywhere else. My friend registered there and the staff was so helpful with everything. Many items Rachel? That is a mischaracterization and who cares anyway? The items I have to return are summer items and would completely still be considered fresh since they are summer sandals (that I bought in the wrong size) and a beach cover up (that is ill-fitted) If your shop needs to have this return policy in place in order to stay afloat...then so be it. That's your right as an owner. However, it's my right to shop wherever I want and to tell other buyers to beware. read more

I don't have any kids but always stop here when a friend has a new baby. Everything is adorable and well-made. The clothing is a bit pricey but is always soft and cute. They have a range of toys for different ages. It is a fun little store to walk around- I sometimes want to buy stuff for my own home (the decor for sale is great). Went here with my mom looking for bedding and nursery decor. Both the sales people were extremely helpful and patient. They made what had originally been an overwhelming process enjoyable and fun. Since the sex of the baby is going to be a surprise, the sat with me to pick out girl options and boy options and have an easy way to register for both and then let them know once the baby is born. They were willing to show me every option until we got the decor just right for either gender! They were so thoughtful, they even offered to pick up Dunkin Donuts for us in case we needed a snack or refreshment. All the stuff in the store is super adorable and they are willing to do custom orders as well. If you are looking to decorate a nursery and want an easy enjoyable experience, this place is a must! read more

I wish I could recommend this place, as I prefer to support small businesses, but I did not have a good experience purchasing from here. I purchased a rocker for my nursery from this store. It was an expensive purchase. The customer service was awful. It was really difficult to schedule delivery, and then on the day that the delivery was supposed to occur, the delivery service didn't show up during the 4 hour delivery window. I called the store to inquire, and they were entirely unhelpful. I finally got a hold of the delivery service, and they had forgotten about us! 3 hours later when the chair finally arrived, they were very careless. They threw the chair out of their truck and then tracked mud into my house with their shoes. When I called the store to let them know about my experience and ask for a refund on the delivery fee, the store was completely unsympathetic. They did not refund my delivery fee, nor did they apologize for the experience or late delivery. The store has cute smaller items and gifts, so it might be okay for smaller purchases, but I certainly would not recommend it for any big-ticket items. read more

Truly a wonderful experience. I went in to buy gifts for three different babies. Courtney was super helpful. She pointed me in the right direction and I found cute outfits and toys for each of the babies. They also wrapped everything at no extra cost and shipped two of my gifts (at a very reasonable cost) saving me so many extra steps and time. It's a beautiful store. This store has very creative and personalizable furniture, bedding, clothes, toys and decor for children and baby. We purchased a number of items from clothes to a rocker/recliner for our daughter's nursery and were happy with everything. We had wonderful experiences with everyone who works there. Every time we went in, they remembered who we were and everything we had discussed during previous visits, which surprised me. Would highly recommend. read more

I used to shop here all the time and I would always work with Rachel, the owner, who is a doll! I was in there the other day and was dealing with Lara, who I believe is the manager... She is a real, rhymes with witch! Totally grumpy, non friendly and not accommodating at all! As long as she is there, I will do my shopping elsewhere or online. I have taken a stroll down to Twinkle, Twinkle, Little One and NEVER have walked out empty handed. It is in a perfect neighborhood location for city moms. The last purchase I made was a custom monogrammed piece for my nephew. When my husband picked it up RIGHT before heading back home for TG realized the spelling was misprinted. The sales associate quickly made a call and had the monogram was redone and delivered personally to our home within hours. We completely understand that mistakes happen and the true character of a business is how those problems are handled. We were able to present our gift and of course the our nephew was thrilled! The associates also helped my husband pick out adorable gifts for my two nieces on the same visit. I can feel comfortable with him going without me and coming home with the perfect present. read more

Could not be happier using Twinkle Twinkle and Rachel (the owner) to furnish our nursery! First of all, they had an amazing selection and she spent hours with us picking out just the right look we wanted, color scheme and layout for our specific room. Everyone at the store was looped into the process so anytime I had a question they all were aware of our order and what we were looking for. They were very quick to reply to any emails or phone calls with questions that we had (and we had a LOT). Rachel was very hands on in the process and even personally helped fix something in our nursery that was unrelated to our order with her! She also helped us to design where to lay out the furniture in the room - above and beyond! Come here for the customer service. They knew EVERYTHING and were a huge help to us first time parents. Comparing this to other big box stores is night and day. Rachel stands behind her product and offers a great selection of adorable options for furniture, bedding, clothing, decor, toys, etc. If you want a positive shopping experience, look no further. I live just around the corner from this store and eventhough I am not a parent (or expectant parent) myself, I have been in many times for little gifts for friends. Since I do not have much expereience shopping for baby stuff, I have always relyed on the women working in the store to help me pick the perfect gift and they have always been very very helpful. One day I must have spent 30 - 45 minutes in there debating between baby gifts b/c I had a fairly strict budget and I could not decide what I wanted to get. The women were so helpful and I ended up with the cutest little custom letter to hang on the babies' door. That is another great thing about Twinkle Twinkle... a lot of their stuff can be customized for you. You get to pick the fabrics, the colors, the frames, etc. which makes it so much fun and creates such a special gift. :) read more

Each employee I have encountered has been delightful and ridiculously helpful. My wife and I purchased our child's bedroom furniture from this store and were generally very unhappy with our experience. The store itself is very cute and filled with a number of great decor items. However, if you actually need furniture - look elsewhere. We had a number of mishaps, from the wrong furniture being delivered (the dresser was a totally different color than the crib), missed delivery times, missing items from our order, and defects in our furniture. The owner of the store is great at making a sale, but completely inept when it comes to customer service and managing her vendors. She was very slow to respond to concerns and unapologetic when problems arose. I got so tired having to email her about the defects in our furniture, that I eventually gave up and moved on. The only reason I am giving the store two stars instead of one is because they do have some interesting decor items that are unique and hard to find elsewhere in the city. As stated, if you actually need furniture I recommend going to another store that actually knows what they are doing. It is a great place to shop, but very poor on execution in my experience. read more

Twinkle Twinkle LIttle One is by far the best baby/children's store in the city. As a frequent customer since the opening of the store, I am appalled and shocked at the negative reviews that I just read on Yelp. From someone who has spent a lot of time and money at the store, I can say first hand that these posts are untruthful. Rachel and the other TTLO girls have always offered the best customer service-- whether it is on a $5.00 stuffed animal or $500 custom bedding. They have gone above and beyond on helping us furnish the bedrooms for my three children--even making a special trip to our house to offer advice on the decor for the nurseries. They worked with us to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. I would say that th attention that we received was customer service at its finest. Clearly Jill K is unahppy with her own personal choice in bedding and any semi-intelligent person would ask questions before making such a big purchase if it is custom. read more

I ordered a glider from them 13 weeks ago. I was told it would be 8-10 weeks for delivery. I had to call the store 3 times (first time left a message and no one returned my call, second time I was told I would be contacted by warehouse to schedule delivery by the end of the week--that didn't happen, so I had to call back a third time to be told they should be calling me soon). Finally my delivery was scheduled. I waited at home all day for the delivery. By 2pm (delivery was suppose to happen between 10am and 2pm) I had not heard from anyone. I called the delivery service 3 times with no answer and finally called Twinkle Twinkle Little One. They put me in touch with the warehouse/delivery store owner. I told the delivery person I had to leave for a meeting and wouldn't be back until 4 or 4:30. Then at 3:30pm the delivery people showed up at my front door and called me multiple times. I had to leave the meeting in order to deal with this. I was very disappointed in the overall costumer service and coordination of my order. I never got an apology from anyone at Twinkle Twinkle Little One the FOUR times I called regarding my order nor from the delivery service. Im sad to have to report this because all other reviews on here are so great. But this glider was one of the first things we ordered for our nursery and it caused by far the most hassle and was the last thing to be delivered. I think I'll stick with Pottery Barn Kids from now on. read more

As most of my friends are having babies, I came to this location on 4/23 with my mother to purchase baby gifts. We were both enamored with the variety and quality of product, and were able to find unique gifts quite quickly. Unfortunately, I was less than impressed with the customer service we received. Other than a cursory hello, we did not receive any personal shopping experience and no one physically approached us while we were in the store. Rather, we were privy to loud conversations regarding customers that placed gift basket orders that were being assembled at the time. Our experience at the register, which lasts as our final impression, was inexcusable. My mother was rung up first, and her transaction (which we timed) took fifteen minutes. Midtransaction, the associate answered the phone and proceeded to pause my mom's transaction to handle the customer online. We were left standing there. After ten minutes, someone finally came to ring up my own transaction when they finally realized I hadn't been helped. Also, due to the multiple gift basket orders, the Starbucks cups, the container of cantaloupe, and the dirty paper towels, there was no room for our items or us at the register. I expect more attention and care when shopping in a boutique setting. While I love the product, my experience will most likely keep me from returning. read more
