He juggled multiple customers, and was so thorough and calm while applying the tests and then calmly speaking and explaining what had to happen next, to my Mom's car. I drove to University/Napa auto parts after doing some internet research to get a stop light switch that would fix the brake light issue in my Mazda 3. Got the part, brought it home and after beating up my back for 30 minutes trying to install it, I called and talked to Dave. I explained the situation and asked if I could maybe get some help if I came back to the store. He said he'd never tried replacing one before but he would give it a shot if I brought it back to the store. So I drove back and immediately Dave and Ricky were on top of the issue for me. After a few minutes of putting their heads together Dave was able to install the part for me right there in the parking lot! Dave and Ricky were a HUGE help and without them there is a good chance I wouldn't have been able to drive for Uber that night which means I would be short on rent which is due in less than a week.
